My niece who is studying pediatrics noticed I was watching C&K and asked me if Brooks had a craniofacial anomalie a few weeks back. As far as I know he's fine, just a kid who isn't super cute with a big head.

Cullen’s eyes have that same glassy look 24/7 now. I can’t not see it.

Ahhh, Spring Break for two SAH parents; glad they're getting a chance to relax (eye-rolling for eternity here). Also time for driving with a golf cart load of kids without helmets, restraints, etc. And can someone please explain to me how Katie's voice is getting shriller even when she's talking "normal"? Her accent comes in/out sometimes as well, but dayum, y'all, she's almost reaching Griffith's level decibels (with honorable mention to Ashley Gardner).

She was definitely yelling at the beach. She sounded a little tipsy, all excited about her parents looking at pictures on their "iPhone".
Put down the damn phone and play with your kid.
And I agree that it's ridiculous that they use the Spring Break hashtag every year when they have preschoolers and no jobs outside the house.

Honestly? I’m pretty sure both kids had moderate flat spots on their heads. If you go back and watch some vlogs before their hair was thick/long, the backs of their heads were much flatter than normal. Maybe not enough for helmets, but enough that I wondered how much time they were spending in swings/bouncers off camera.

Holy moly! I stopped watching them for awhile (because they are boring), but I saw Cullen IG Katie with hair extensions and thought it was just Photoshop. YIIIIIIIIIIKES! She really said it herself that she looks like trailer trash. She spent $$$$ to look like that? I sort of feel bad for her because it seems like she's trying to "look better" for Cullen.

I still get the feeling Cullen cheated and that makes her insecure about her looks. I also think Katie would feel better about herself if she went back to work part-time.

But, WOW, that hair looks terrible! It's a bleached-out mullet!

I dont hate the IDEA of Katie getting extensions, i mean if thats what she wants then go for it. But i really do wish she would find someone who knows what the hell they are doing to come in and fix this mess she has going on. I think they would look nice on her IF they were done by someone other than old Ms Betty at the hair shop on the corner that's been bleaching katie's hair since high school. I think they looked better curled at the wedding AND i also think it took some weight off her face by not having her hair so short. I actually feel bad for her bc i think they could look a million times better if she had someone more knowledgeable put them in. I feel like she got screwed by her stylist. She should have never told her she could do extensions.

They addressed it on the vlog with Brooks before. she said the dr's had been watching it, but that he was ok, just a big ass head. I'm almost thinking they had a vlog once where they discussed if he needed a helmet or not,or that they asked the dr's about it, maybe. Either way, they were silent about his big ol honking head. I think they realized it wasn't "average" by any means. I'm pretty sure cullen has said he can wear hats that Brooks wears. LMAO

I’m dying. I thought the extensions looked like a mullet too but then I saw it braided and “rat tail” was perfect!

She’s going to look back on these #springbreak2018 pictures and wonder WTF she was thinking with that damn hair. You’d think Kelley or her mom would tell her how bad they look. Although the way she’s walking around like she’s the cats meow, they probably don’t want to burst her delusional bubble.

Whoever said that about her voice being shrill - YESSSS! It drives me nuts but I’m too nosey to stop watching Instastories.
