Y'all have the money! R u kidding me! Your baby is 25 weeks BARELY past the point of viability. What is wrong with her....

we’ve always speculated that they aren’t even on an insurance plan ugh. How sad that’s not a priority for her

I was wondering how expensive the progesterone would be (I’m Australian so don’t know how much things cost in the states, it would probably be free here). They have enough money to buy it outright I’m sure, so how expensive could it possibly be for them to wait for insurance? Also, what a total nightmare to have to deal with and wait for insurance companies to get something as simple as progesterone that can literally keep your baby alive during pregnancy.
Contractions at 25 weeks would be really scary and I’m glad they went in to get Kyra checked out and I’m glad the baby is ok.
So your “fiancé” could be in preterm labor and you future child could be in danger and Oscar is more concerned about a nap in a comfortable chair?!?! WTF

Are we really that surprised it’s typical Oscar behavior!
So let me get this straight kyra is rocking a new $1400 LV bag on the vlogs but hasn’t got her progesterone shots? Because of insurance issues? It’s not like they are hurting for money and can’t pay out of pocket. (Cash) I’m sure they could afford it until the health insurance issues were worked out..
The things they say on the vlogs are mind boggling. Just like the time she said they didn’t want to buy Levi a pair of shoes because Oscar had forgot them at home. So Levi was walking around the arcade place and the skydiving plebe with no shoes. She said it was a waste of money.

That’s ridiculous. I know so many people who’ve had preterm deliveries that were on progesterone in subsequent pregnancies and had zero issues, so she is ridiculous for not paying out of pocket for them. It’s such a simple fix to a potentially serious problem. They think having Levi 5 weeks early was okay, but 15 weeks is much different. They wouldn’t be bringing her home a few days later. They make absolutely no sense. I still haven’t watched and may not, but I hope she starts getting the progesterone shots and takes care of herself.

Idk what’s in her head when it comes to money. Only thinks about materialistic stuff rather than the health of their third child. Btw it’s funny how Levi calls the third baby, “baby coocoo” which is hilarious. This is gonna sound super mean and I’m sorry to say this but Alaya is kinda bratty. Yes she’s fun and cute, but never listens at all.
Shots are 1400 each so one bag = 1400. In an entire pregnancy she would need 18-20 and I've heard once you get them in a pregnancy you will need to keep getting them so in total 20 = $28,000.
She could have said insurance but its also possible the doctor hasn't pushed it yet because she hasn't had issues up until this point.
Also this was one drug I looked up costs for and there may be cheaper ones out there. I've never had issues with needing it.

Lord knows I didn’t mean to heart that...
Girl even if that was the case like I said she could’ve paid out of pocket (to protect her unborn child from dangerous early delivery) until they fixed the insurance issues like SHE SAID!
How do some of you women on this thread just make up scenarios in your heads? When she clearly said insurance issues. You make up something about a doctor pushing it. Wtf
Progesterone shots are not that expensive and they could do them at home. They cost more when they are done in office. I am pretty sure she has done them at home before so they could just pay out of pocket for the prescription and supplies until they get the insurance issues worked out. I had to have them along with Rhogam shots during pregnancy to prevent a miscarriage or early delivery.
Even in this blog they were being super passive aggressive to each other. Fighting and ignoring each other for an hour or more.
I know most of you want to believe that things have changed in their relationship. And that they are doing so much better, but the proof is in the vlog.
SMH. Like I said before, Time will show us all the real truth.

What I said about a doctor pushing it was that if her doctor was trying to hold off and wait, which sometimes can be because of the insurance not wanting to pay it yet, I've had this happen with something - but wasn't progesterone.
And I also said there are definetly others that cost different prices for a vial or like someone said doing the at home shot so your not paying an additional $150 for someone to inject it.
Maybe I just think this was one of those instances where she hadn't had an issue yet with this pregnancy and then because of her past issues they wanted her to come in. That is all.

I honestly don't care if it would habe cost them $50,000 out of pocket for progesterone. They have the money. Sure they might have to sacrifice some trips or extras but you do it to keep your baby safe.
I'm guessing she doesn't have insurance and doesn't want to pay for anything additional so maybe she just needs to fork over the cash to get herself on a marketplace plan or something. Even if she missed the deadline to enroll, change of lifestyle/circumstances might allow her to now.
How much does insurance cost?
Less than the bag I bet.
Because she could have easily gotten insurance for herself.
What are they going to do when the baby is ready to be born? Put it off until they organise insurance?
I also don’t believe the insurance thing just because she’s 20+ weeks. Insurance companies usually can sort things out fairly quickly, definitely within 20 weeks
