Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't the sensible thing to do, to consider how long you're going to continue living in a house if you're going to renovate it. Otherwise it's a waste of money, is it not? What on earth would be the point in doing what they're doing if they only live in it for another year or two.

Mindy said her birthday is the best day of the year. I find their videos are so hard to watch with all the high pitched screaming. The continuous singing of happy birthday throughout the rafting was bizarre.

I felt sorry for the people fishing on the banks as those obnoxious fools were scream singing happy birthday down the river. If it was me I would have casted right as they rafted by and hooked Branden right in his big mouth! Now that would have made for some rad and absolutely hysterical content that I could get behind!

I think she's one of those people that puts so much effort into her kids birthdays that she hopes someone (her husband), will notice that that is what she wants done for her birthday too. But because they have a relationship where the woman does all the traditionally "female" things, it genuinely doesn't occur to him, nor does he probably notice the effort she puts in. So, she will forever be let down by his lacklustre attempts at celebrating her birthday and buying her gifts. I've also just thought that another reason she was probably disappointed, is because she always spends big money on gifts and Branden didn't for her.

If I recall correctly, she did not get him anything this year either. She is likely one of those people who claim they do not want anything, then pout when they get what they asked for.

There is no point to Branden trying to do Mindy's birthday the was she does for Hazyl because it will never be good enough. Mindy is a control freak, so she has to be the one to spend the exorbitant wads of cash on the useless baubles and decorative trinkets. Mindy would only be happy with a Mindy party if somehow Mindy herself could throw it. But then she still wouldn't be happy because Mindy threw it.

This is totally off topic...but I just found this forum. It drives me insane how Hazy would wear her ballet slippers outside, in the car. The slippers must be so dirty. My daughters studio would have ours heads if the children were walking through the parking lot ect in dance shoes.

I did ballet as a kid and it was made very clear that it was a cardinal sin to wear our ballet shoes anywhere other than in the dance room. The only other place we could we them was walking to and from the dance room to our changing room, but absolutely nowhere else. Even as 4 year olds it was drilled into us. I too had noticed Mindy's carelessness around the ballet shoes.

Hazy doesnt do proper ballet, she essentially is doing a ballet music and movement class. Those shoes are just play ballet shoes.

I do agree (having had a child in ballet) it is an absolute sin to wear them outside of the classroom. Absolute sin.

That surprised me too. I'm sure it won't happen again. Mindy likely went full Karen on that poor hairdresser for not giving the princess the full salon treatment for a $7.99 coupon special haircut.
