Why does she only say she is 6 months pregnant, and never how many weeks she is, or am I missing where she says that? Every pregnant woman I have known has always said how many weeks they are, rather than months. Whats her due date?

That doesn't make sense. If she's due the 24th she would only be 27 weeks not 30 weeks.

I totally don't believe she's pregnant and it's all very fake, but whatever. Who doesn't know how many weeks along they are unless they forego prenatal care?
