I think Bryan might actually be trying to lose weight!
The pic on the left is from a month ago, and the one on the right is from yesterday. It's a HUGE difference. Hopefully he's taken to heart that he should try to be healthier for his family.

I can already hear Missy, "it's the Cali girl in me to bring flip flops to New York"

I really hope so! I didn't realize how swollen he looked until those side by sides. I wonder if he wasn't drinking enough water before because IIRC high sodium intake could cause him to retain water and bloat. Regardless, for his sake I hope he starts eating healthier.

I don't get why Americans insist on decorating everything seasonally with new disposable "stuff" all the time...

I find it pointless. I don't even decorate for Christmas anymore except stockings or the tree.

I don't get it either, and I'm American. All I can say is there are a lot of Americans like Bryan and Missy who are just obsessed with having stuff (quantity over quality). In these cases, people usually don't realize how ridiculous and wasteful they are. :?

I don't think it's the vast majority that do that and most people I know that do decorate for every holiday usually get things they reuse year after year so they aren't just throwing it away after one use. But yes, some people do go over the top and buy brand new decorations every year for every holiday. There was a DIY/Interior Design blog I used to follow that bought all brand new Christmas decorations every single year - with the exception of a few items they never reused anything. It seems like a gigantic waste to me.

I personally do minimal decorating for Christmas - tree, maybe stockings and a few sentimental decorations. That's it. No Easter decorations, or Spring/Summer/Fall themes.

I bet he was just bloated in the first picture from not drinking enough water/too much salt intake. I know when I eat too much sodium, my face puffs up to twice its size! It's scary actually!!

My grandpa is European, he takes out the same candlesticks, a few small decorations and tablecloths every year, but it's not insane. What Bryan and Missy are doing is just tacky.

I guess I am tacky lol. I love Christmas decorations. We use the same things every year, occasionally buying something new when it is 75% off after the holiday. I thought it was normal for people to decorate for Christmas, I don't think I know anyone who doesn't.

i mean they are right, missy & bryan are being tacky..

i bet yours looks better. ;)

for halloween they just put a bunch of pumpkins everywhere.
when they decorate they usually don't have very much rhyme or reason. they just throw a bunch of stuff everywhere.

Just registered to say I'm so glad I found this forum. Bryan and Missy are just... deplorable people. And in the latest vlog, I felt really uncomfortable seeing scissors on the floor where Ollie could get to them. They didn't seem concerned about them at all, only the wrapping paper (so he wouldn't mess the paper up, not out of concern for him). Missy was wrapping the door, Bryan walked off so he could vlog.... Who is watching Ollie with the scissors. :?

Why is it whenever they say, "We're watching tv show/movie" they really aren't?
Supposly they have been binge watching The Office but there's clips were they are just letting it play in the background.
