That's because the Gardners don't seem to feel the rules apply to them. Sorry for the graphic description, but we all know the seat belt laws exist for a reason. When one person in a car isn't strapped into their seatbelt and a collision occurs the unstrapped person's body can become airborne and impact the other seat belted passengers. It happened locally. One person, in 5 passengers, was not wearing a seatbelt. The accident was not their fault but an unexpected situation occurred and that one person's unseatbelted body went airborne (again sorry for the description) and caused fatal damage to other people who were strapped in properly. Tyson may fancy himself a good driver but he has no control over other cars. Other cars/TRUCKS can have tire blowouts, cross the center line, rear end them, you name it. Happens every single day.
