. I seriously think Bryan and Missy and their baby "#soon" is purely for the minions, but they wouldn't ever admit it. I think that if they didn't have all these comments every day saying "When are you going to have another?" that they would be done with just Ollie and Finn. Parenting was NOT what Missy thought it would be. And I think Cullen and Katie would consider not having more because Brooks is so "difficult".

Haha I was actually gonna comment this but I was worried I'd be clogging up the thread with B and M topics (though Steps to Wander and DailyBumps relationship is basically the Earth orbiting the Sun rn sooooo what else are we gonna talk about). I think they're DESPERATE for a girl because Missy would love one and Bryan thinks it would make her happy finally. But if not for yt I 100% believe they'd be done with just their two boys. Most kids are wilful by nature but especially with the way they're raising Finn and Ollie they both seem they just can't deal as parents. I know Ollie was so wanted and they went through so much to have a successful pregnancy but they don't come across to me (especially missy) as people who just love being parents to little kids and delight in being with them and raising them day to day. 3rd baby is for the views to keep the brand going.

Another prank video. I refuse to buy into these idiots. Their views have really dropped off. Their baby isn’t even helping. They aren’t in the Lumps videos or show them so that could be part of it. Wonder if they’re regretting the move to full time youtubers yet

I think they are too selfish, self centered and entitled to "regret" the move to being full time YouTubers. I think they don't understand why the views aren't rolling in, and think it's "not fair" that they aren't finding themselves to be a huge success.

I agree! I think they thought they'd be the next DBs, but Missy and Bryan are some weird random winners of the YT lottery. I do not find DBs appealing, but they have a massive following for whatever reason. Corbin and Kelsey probably thought they'd be in the same situation from taking M&B's advice - but I doubt M&B even know how they got so successful!!!

YT careers are like gambling! I don't see C&K doing YT full time in two years.

I wonder if Kelsey has ever thought of even getting a PT job. They seem so irresponsible when it comes to working and making an income. They have rent, insurance, bills, a baby...seems really strange they decided YT would be the best idea. Once you have kids it seems like a REAL steady job with benefits is the way to go. Corbin seems LAZY AF!

I think they are probably completely mystified as to why DB are so successful and they aren't. Heck, I am pretty confused about DB's success myself. I can just hear them talking: "My loooove, I just don't understand. Like, we're literally better looking than Bryan and Missy, and like, we're cooler. I literally, like can't understand why we're not like millionaires yet!"

If they had enough money they could try to become the next BucketListFamily, traveling all over the world together. It would actually be cool to see them travel and work with charities and orphanages. They could get sponsorships from airlines, AirBnB, and hotel chains and rarely have to pay for anything.

But, honestly, I think that as much as they claim they love traveling, toting a baby around would just be too much work for them.

The baby didn’t ruin their brand, the fact that they are spoiled, useless idiots did. They are not interesting, they don’t do anything, and I fail to see what they have to offer -if anything! Usually it’s just them whining about something or other and them acting like they are superior

I can't imagine them working with charities and orphanages. They spent most of their time in the van complaining from what I could see. They want to be hipster and "minimalist", but they don't really like that lifestyle. If they did, they wouldn't have rented such a big place, and bought all that furniture. There are small rentals in Southern California.
And I think all of Corbin's rants and dismissive comments turned off viewers as well. They acted like they knew everything about raising a baby and ragged on people who tried to help. Bryan and Missy didn't get all snarky with view when they were starting out and trying to get subscribers and views. I think Corbin just thought they would skate right up to a million subscribers on the DB coattails.

As for steps to wander, I mean... they’re sooooo boring. They don’t even try to make their content fun or appealing, like at least Bryan tries & invests into his channel. Corbin and Kelsey are just way too lazy and entitled to even try. They’re pathetic and will not find any success on YT. The only reason they even have subscribers is because DB would constantly plug them. And I bet children went over and subbed to them but never watch their vlogs because they are BORING... they need to get real jobs, youtube just isn’t for them. I think they’d MAYBE have a chance if there weren’t already so many successful family vlogging channels. I think people also only liked STW back when they were doing the van thing, as horrible as it sounds the baby ruined their branding... it was too late for them to try to turn into family vloggers, that audience is already taken by the popular ones & as a watcher I get tired of finding 1,000 of the same channels to watch. I choose my best 2-3 and only watch those. I don’t need to watch 100 different family channels, it gets boring. Sorry Kelsey and Corbin, it just wasn’t for you!

I actually think they could've been ok family vloggers if they understood branding more. The surprise baby thing is interesting and most family vloggers are mormons from flyover states so seeing a couple of parents who love travel and nature, live in a cool city like Portland, and want to try alternative parenting would actually have gained a bigger following than we probably think if they'd done it right. They killed the channel the moment they moved to CA. Plus yeah, youtube is a cult of personality type job made for natural entertainers and you CANNOT do things like whine to your viewers. They're also both way too fragile. I agree it isn't for them but if they were better at faking it they could've sustained themselves. Maybe.

Kelsey: $200+ Tiffany necklace. Corbin: $150+ whiskey set. Also a really nice blanket. I turned the vlog off before they showed anything for June.

I think it's just showing off. Plus, it's a way to rub it in their faces that they are doing better than Corbin and Kelsey.

Maybe I am too cynical about DB, but vlogging gifts like that just smacks of showing off to me.

And I think the biggest problem with Corbin and Kelsey I their "alternative" lifestyle, was that they didn't _really_ like it. They didn't really enjoy living in the "Wander Wagon", they said they were going to get around Portland using public transportation and then didn't, they didn't like being "out in nature" as much as they pretended to, etc. If they had been sincere about being sustainable and not just preachy about it and then incredibly wasteful, (ordering all that take out isn't a sustainable way to live) and really sincere about the alternative lifestyle, it would have been interesting and probably likable. But they preached a lot, and then completely went against everything they were yammering about. Then after all that preaching, they went to Southern California and rented a big house.

They are rude and dismissive to their viewers because they had a sizeable following just handed to them through their association with Daily Bumps. They felt entitled to ride Bryan and Missy's coattails. Except they don't want to put in the work of maintaining and growing their own viewership, so they're stagnant. I'll be very surprised if they can support themselves with YouTube in five years.

The expensive gifts are super awkward if one couple can't reciprocate. I can't imagine that Kelsey and Corbin spent $500 on their gifts. Kelsey and Corbin didn't film the Lannings open the presents they got them, right? That's embarrassing. Couldn't Missy just pick them out some reasonably priced gifts in the $50 range each and not show off?

That was something I was thinking too. If one couple can't reciprocate, it kinda rubs it in their faces.
The whole thing was just another chance for B&M to show off. I know people like to think that they are generous, and they do give generous gifts to their friends and family, but they make sure to vlog it!

Their Christmas special was a huge yawn fest. Wish I could get that time back. Why do they insist on trying to get juniper to do things she’s not ready for? Rolling over, crawling and now walking.
Corbin’s voice is so annoying with the my love and bug talk.
Really are boring as all get out. Kelsey throwing a little shade at Corbin when he talked about June playing music “with papa” Kelsey came back right away with “and momma”.
They certainly have bought into the whole Southern California lifestyle with a hot tub now.

You guys have said it all-- they need to find a niche that hasn't been filled yet or get a real paying job.
