Fucking. Way. Her devoted viewers would be fucking idiots to believe that. Hahahaha, Elle, your body and the fact that you actually have a breast milk supply tell a different story. What was the point of showing sped up clips of her reading the bible? What the heck is her motivation for sharing that? She seriously reminds me of the YouTubers that film giving money to the homeless just for the views.

Today's video is so fake and it's obvious. Her die hard fans must be also really dense to believe that's all she eats on the regular basis.

I'm currently breastfeeding and there is no way I'd be making milk with that diet. Satiating foods that are high in fat and protein works well for me. I really don't think salads and smoothies can cut it unless there is a lot of snacking and binging.

Since you read here Elle, the criticism you get here is not because of your body or looks. It's because we can see through the portrayal and facade you like to parade around.

I plugged what she showed into MyFitnessPal and being generous with portions what she showed was less than 1200 calories. Considering her height and that she's breastfeeding she should be eating around 2000 calories, and if she's working out like she pretends to be she ought to add another 500 to that. I would love to see Abbey Sharp rip Elle a new one.

That dinner looked boring AF and in no way satiating. She had to follow a recipe to put potatoes seasoned with ONLY paprika into a tortilla with a tiny bit of steamed kale and some hot sauce and cilantro? I don't make fancy meals at all but that is kind of pathetic. If she had added some beans or pico de gallo or sour cream or really just anything else it probably would have tasted pretty good. Also, who chops their carrots to put them in a salad instead of shredding them? That would be almost impossible to eat with a fork.

I’m 99% sure her making dinner was entirely for the vlog. I may be mistaken, but I remember a while ago her saying that Dan was the one who cooked dinners for the family. I remember thinking that was weird that he worked all day and then came home and had to cook for Princess Elle.

Yeah, I’m a nursing mom too and there is no way I could eat what she does and have any supply. Let alone be a functioning human being? Having multiple kids is exhausting - I refuse to be starving on top of that!

It was supposed to be a “what I eat in a day” vlog yet she had to plug in a discussion about Dan’s moms cancer, and a bible sesh. LOOK AT MY NEW BIBLE, I CAN COLOUR IN IT.

I have to say, Elle’s “coffee” is downright disgusting. She has at least 6 different flavours she’s adding to it, I don’t think it’s called coffee anymore.

- vanilla and almond from the milk
- frankincense which tastes awful
- copaiba (wtf knows what that tastes like??)
- MARINE collagen which has a taste of its own
- cinnamon or whatever she sprinkled on top

Why bother with an expensive coffee press when you can’t even taste the coffee anymore ?? She should just add that shit to her smoothies instead of ruining a perfectly good cup of coffee.

I wonder if she was wearing her granny spandex under that romper

Someone else mentioned that her vlog was “what I eat in a day” yet she added in all that unnecessary shit- I can’t agree more! Like that 20 minute video should have been 10.

On instastories, she pronounces Microbial as “micro-buhl” I actually CANNOT with her fucking English. I can’t believe she was EVER a teacher

I don’t know if it’s just my headphones but the audio is fucked in that decorate with me video. Her voice is coming through on one headphone and then the background music on the other. It’s really annoying, hurts my brain again. Whoever was helping her with her AV set up, totally screwed her up.

Her rant is completely unfounded. Breast milk IS more efficient and it DOES result in less poop overall. Nobody is trying to shame formula feeding mothers. Not even sure where she got that from. What a drama queen.

Breast milk has existed since the dawn of time, but of course Elle’s precious baby girl transcends universally accepted truths. Everyone must be wrong.
