It is possible to be named on the title deed of a home without being on the mortgage. However, doing so assumes risks of ownership because the title is not free and clear of liens and possible other encumbrances. Free and clear means that no one else has rights to the title above the owner.

That might happen if, let’s say, you have an unmarried couple buying a home together. Partner A has a 50% of the sale price in cash for the down payment. Partner B needs a mortgage in his/her own name. So on the deed they might be A and B, 50% each as tenants in common (meaning their interests don’t automatically convey to each other on death, they retain 50% each), but only B is on the mortgage.
But you still cannot be on the mortgage (except in super rare circumstances) without being on the deed, because you need to have an ownership interest to cover the secured loan.

Just did the confirmation thing in Discord and I am ready to engage in the un-moderated discourse. I don't know if I have enough posts in this particular thread to qualify, but I think it's fairly apparent that I'm not a troll - just a regular cunt on psychosis
Also, I think it's pretty silly for Rash to be dragging things out with her results. Why does she suddenly care about suspense when she puts very little effort into her supposed 'career' anyway?

So many guests looking at this forum right now....
Expect some of Trashy’s minions to create accounts on here defending her honor and calling us “hAteRs, c*nTs, and losErs”
Trashy wants validation, that’s why she’s bringing attention to this site lol.

Maybe they'll read what Justine said when he came on here and realize how incredibly fake and nasty these ogres are. Rachelle might have unintentionally sent new members our waySabrina_the_cat1990 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 8:35 am So many guests looking at this forum right now....

Aimee Waters has a thread? Could you give me the link?Greenapples2 wrote:Ok so some weird things to point out. All of a sudden her followers have been commenting on her insta about this site. Telling people to come over and check it out themselves. These profiles have no pictures. It's like they are fake accounts created just then to post that. Do we think it was rachelle commenting it to try and get her followers to come over and tell at us? Then when they didn't do it she and Justine took it into their own hands and made accounts on here and yelled at us. Lmao. Now all of a sudden someone is telling her friend (again no profile picture on their Instagram account) that a video is about to be made on the one topic we have been bashing them on here for. This bitch is trying to be covert but she is so bad at it. If I was her and was so bothered by the stuff said here I would log in, make an account, and post on here. Making sure the post clearly states who I am and give proof to discredit any wrong theories that are posted. Aimee waters did that in her thread on here. Lmao.

Yup, when my husband and I purchased our first home, only his name is on the mortgage but we are both listed on the house deed. They are two separate things.

Are you a lawyer? Or maybe an assistant then?
The deed and mortgage are two different things.

What state did you practice in? You do know that every state has its own laws and just because your state or bank does it one way has zero to do with another. My state allows silent mortgage partners, early inheritance holders, and 36 public figure/ well known personal laws that allow mortgage to not reflect all details to the public. Are you still active because without CE you may be way out of the loop. Also you are forgetting about their LLCRobinSparkles wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 8:13 amNo I stay home with my kid for now but I was in the legal field previously.Oma66 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 8:07 amAre you a dental hygienist by any chance?RobinSparkles wrote:

Re: Rachelle & Justin: Overspending & NEVER trending | Part 21
It would be pretty irresponsible for a person to co-sign on mortgage and not have their name on the deed. That's taking all the risk but not having any of the reward.
If Rachelle and Justin default on their mortgage, and the bank comes for the house, the co-signer has no recourse, and it will tank their credit score to have a foreclosure on there, plus they will still be responsible for paying what's left of the loan after the bank re-sells the home, legal fees, etc. But if the co-signer is also on the deed, they have ownership in the house and can hopefully catch up the mortgage payments and sell the home, and try to recoup some of their investment.

Besides, no one is questioning whether their names were on the DEED! They were saying that we have seen PROOF they are in a “rent-to-own” situation.
They got the house from someone through their church. They paid a small amount- it’s been speculated less than $200,000 upfront, that they totally would have been approved for- the remaining balance is owed to the previous owners as “rent” but it goes towards paying off the remaining $420,000.
*this has all be backed up information. The ppl that owned the house, inherited it from their dying parents. The kids did not want it, so they fixed it up, and got rid of it. One of the kids goes to their church or a neighboring church and wanted to help them out. Just look at their story:
Young CHRISTIAN couple that can’t have kids. Ex Veteran that “had” to leave the Navy due to injury. Out of work. Limited work & credit history. LOTS of bills. No health insurance. Kidney stones. They run youth groups that are “shaping our teenagers.” Plus, they really don’t brag about money. They drive old cars. Rash isn’t out buying designer this or designer that. They look like your regular young couple that you would love to help out so you can brag to your friends.
