Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
What is with baby Tabor? I can’t quite make out what is off in this situation? When babies look at mom and dad it is usually a giant smile, Tabor has this very confused look on his face most times, especially when looking at Corn! He also angrily pushed Corn away in this vlog twice!?
Tabor also seems oblivious to much going on in his environment and Kelsey mentions often he sleeps a lot, that there is a red flag! At this stage growth spurts and sensory activity should be keeping him awake!

Q&A take!
Corn was pretending to read for hours looking for a question probably because he didn’t want to answer all those his was passing on!
Kelsey pissed off as hell as usual! If her dirty looks could kill....
Questions answered were nothing new and super yawn!
Will you travel again? Paint drying Zzzzzz! June’s favorite food Zzzzzzzz Do you like Elsa or Anna? flatline.........,
Why even do Q&A when they are a kingdom with king and all to the word BORING!!!!
Did love the part ‘How are you managing with 2 kids?’ absolutely silence some awkward staring and then Kels steps in to save it!

Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
I didn't know any of this. My husband and I were looking at refinancing recently and our mortgage broker told us the closing costs would be around $1800, which is less than 1% of principal. We also would have recouped that money within a year because our monthly mortgage payment would have gone down at least a few hundred dollars. We decided not to go through with the refi for various reasons (my husband was actually under the impression that the rates we were quoted were "too good to be true" and the lender was going to change them before we locked them in, long story short). Would C & K be paying more because of their credit scores?HashtagBlessed wrote: ↑Wed Apr 15, 2020 2:39 pm
Okay, I have a lot to say on Corbin doling out financial advice. But I'll keep it short.
It takes years to recoup the 3% to 6% of principal that refinancing costs. How long will it take their savings from a lower mortgage rate to exceed their closing costs? Not to mention the first round of closing costs that they incurred a year ago when they bought. It makes sense if you’re going to stay in your house for many years. But that house is too small for them already and poorly laid out. Do they really want to stay in that house for the number of years it would take to break even, which is probably at least another 4-5 years?

Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
Yes, it definitely depends on many factors, including your lender, your location, your credit score, your available home equity, etc. Common mortgage refinance fees include an application fee, an origination fee, a credit report fee, a home appraisal, title search and insurance fee, recording fee, etc. A good credit history definitely helps, as you have more leverage to negotiate to reduce or waive some of those fees. I’ve read that cost to refinance can be as low as 2% of your principal. There is such a thing as a “no-closing-cost refinance” but it’s not really free because the lender will either charge you a higher interest rate or add the closing costs to your new loan balance so you end up paying more eventually.fossilfinger wrote: ↑Fri Apr 17, 2020 9:48 amI didn't know any of this. Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
I used to watch them and thought they were already working on potty training with June a loooooong time ago. But she’s still in diapers I see on IG.
Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
It is normal for June to regress now because of Tabor. She is also exhibiting a lot of jealousy according to their q&a so totally normal!justmeelinex wrote: ↑Sun Apr 19, 2020 3:34 am I used to watch them and thought they were already working on potty training with June a loooooong time ago. Also when it comes to potty training I am of the opinion let the kids be! My mother never potty trained any of us 3 we were all fine by age 3! I did the same with mine and also age 3 all was done!
Each kid is different and especially boys! Parents cause unnecessary anxiety to themselves as well as their kids!

I
I do not fully agree with you but I know it’s common. Professional Child psychologist over here. What I meant was the way C always talks about how amazing June is and talking about how she was potty trained and stuff. But when she’s regressing or having tantrums they never talk about it. They only talk about the perfect June singing frozen.Parktown wrote: ↑Sun Apr 19, 2020 11:58 amIt is normal for June to regress now because of Tabor. Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
I see a home very similar to theirs in Boise just went under contract with a list price of $246,600, which I believe is very close to what they paid for their home a year ago. Built in 1950, 2 bed 1 bath, big grassy yard, nice curb appeal, shed, hardwood floors, similar built-ins, very similar kitchen and bath. It's smaller, but staged and appears to be in much better shape, especially the exterior.

I will never understand how an appraiser gave Kelsey and Corbin a number above and beyond what they expected. I just don't see that much growth in a year based on the comparables in their neighborhood.

How sad when your parents buy you toys to have you keep away from them!
No idiots she can’t push herself on that!!!
Plus a proper swing would be far more fun at that age!
And what morons put a swing so close to a wall?
With all the idiotic money the spent they should get a playground set with swings slide etc...
What if that branch gives way like the one that smashed the roof that could kill her G forbid!! Idiots!
Also we can’t enjoy your dumb grass because all we focus on is poor Paris at the back up on his hind legs trying to grab anyone’s attention!!!! What did that poor animal do to be tossed back there as far as possible!
Why didn’t they just rehome him since they don’t love him anymore?

Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
I wonder if they refinanced because their original loan had to be signed with a guarantor or something? I can’t think of why they would refinance so soon

They probably need money fast! They don’t understand the implications of paying more in the long run they want a quick fix and a grab of money as they are both unemployed lazy people!
Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
If I hear out of Corn’s mouth how every other child was boring while his is the epitome of fun and glory I may just throw something!!!! You super idiot they are all beautiful little people each unique in its own way! If June is so amazing with her so amazing parents then maybe you should go LOVE YOURSELF!!!!!

I can see more and more why he and the Lannings had a falling out. I can just picture him saying to them how superior June was to Oliver and Finn. Between Corbin’s and Bryan’s egos I can imagine how that went.

So while dad lazes around on the couch and hippy mom dances around and Tabor dumped in jumperoo.....and Paris cruelly dumped at the back of the garden as far away as possible.... June is one lonely child looking to speak to some pretend person behind the camera!
.... while lazy rear dad is stretched out in the sun not knowing what weirdos may possibly be viewing his daughter?! Father of the year award!

They're both a couple of Asshats! They're 30 and darn close to it and neither of them have jobs and do nothing but lounge around all day. Parents and human beings of the year those two!Parktown wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 1:02 pm So while dad lazes around on the couch and hippy mom dances around and Tabor dumped in jumperoo.....and Paris cruelly dumped at the back of the garden as far away as possible.... Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
It is actually quite unnerving hearing June screeching “They are watching us, they are watching us” and basically sums it up! Her psyche must be so messed up! To have to perform for the camera and attention! While her parents sell out her privacy for a few dollars to laze around!!!
Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
Hold up y’all......the same imbecile who “hid” his precious daughters face on his vlogs due to online predators is now handing over the camera so she can do the vlogging for him?!!!!!
I’m sorry. My mind is being blown right now
They just keep surprising us all, don’t they?
Corn Douche laying on the backyard couch with his pastey hairy chest probably due to his high stress levels of being a Papa. And Kelsey awkwardly bouncing around with her fat ass and glass of wine like an idiot.
Meanwhile, baby Money Bag just stares at them all in his cage aka the jumpa-cage. He’s just there, just because.
Clearly the Tot hasn’t brought in much views for them, unfortunately.
I feel like Tator Tot and poor dog Paris are on the same level. They are part of the family but held at a distance.
You can look but can’t touch type of relationship it’s awful!!!
Wonder how their “membership” services are going?!

Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
Well if you are judging by the 30 sth Tshirts they sold half of which were definitely family and friends if not 20 of them I say 10 desperates out there at most!!! They keep asking for attention on insta and get like 4 to 6 replies! They are gonners servers them right for what obviously seems like animal cruelty, poor Paris , so that flower power girl can drink her mind off while breastfeeding!!!!
Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
.....and wanted to add ........during her recent Q&A when she got called out for doing nothing about her “business” her response was “We have our hands full if you haven’t noticed?”
Did she mean full of a giant glass of wine? No wonder ‘The Bear’( which Corn immediately decided to disregard of that nickname) since he just could not connect with Tabor and Tabor seemed more Koala than bear, is sleeping so much like she says!

Those poor kids.
That's a common theme throughout these forums. Sad, but a real commentary on most "family vloggers".
