Ellie said in an IG story awhile ago they were trying again in the new year. They only took a break from the time they moved until the new year. With Julie trying (and getting pregnant) there is very little chance that Ellie will continue to wait. The amount she mentions Jackson asking for a sister is very telling imo.

It would be smart for them to wait until the house is finished and they can move in. Ellie needs a fix of some sort, and it would be a waste to have two exciting things going on at the same time. Plus more time would at least allow Tommy to mature a bit, but I doubt that’s much of a priority.

I know what you mean, but I feel like her face has been a bit more filled out for months by now. I'm actually hoping this means she's maintaining a healthier weight. But maybe she's just on hormones for IVF gender selection or something. Personally I don't know if I think she'd do that, but people here have speculated that she would go to any length to get her baby girl.

So they were TTC mid-2020 before they sold their house, and then put it on pause until 2021? I don't think Landon would comment on Ellie's "healthy weight" if it was baby weight. She has a history of letting herself gain weight when they are trying for a baby. If they weren't successful in 2020, Ellie is feeling the pressure, because I believe it probably takes quite a bit to motivate her to maintain a healthy weight. Add in Julie's fifth pregnancy, and Ellie is probably obsessing over baby #4.

How in the world are they affording this million dollar plus home when all of their contemporaries on YouTube are downsizing? They are either taking on debt up to their eyeballs (hello, nearly million dollar mortgage), or Jared has a very lucrative business he's doing in the background that no one knows about. I'm guessing it's the former.

In the stories on Ellie's Instagram at Julie's house in the mirror, it looked like she went to rub her belly a few times but had to stop herself. I am on the "I think Ellie is pregnant" train!

I don’t think Jared has stumbled onto some lucrative kind of business. E&J used to budget and only had a “small” mortgage over 15 years like Dave Ramsey preaches (he says to take it over 15 years buy pay it off as fast as you can). Now they are taking their debts and putting them all together in one larger mortgage taken over 30 years. It’s no different than consolidating at a lower interest rate (and longer period) instead of cutting back like MANY people do who have overextended themselves. At the rate Jared appears to be aging, I don’t think he has 30 years of hard work in him to cover $4k+ a month in debt repayment. It isn’t just that his hair is turning grey, he looks a mess physically. He’s only 32. He doesn’t look like a happy and confident man who has his life under control at all. He looks scared and loaded with fake enthusiasm.

I watch on Invidious. It's an app on FireFox and it doesn't give them views and you don't have to watch any ads. I love it!

About a year ago, she asked her fans what they thought of gender selection. I absolutely do think she would go that route to get her much wanted girl. It is expensive but money doesn't seem to matter to her.

Ellie loves medical procedures, and isn’t opposed to spending money on them at all. They’ll make videos of the IVF process and get sympathy, attention and more views. They can also deduct part of the cost.

I mean, E&J probably spend between $4 and $5k a year on Botox and fillers alone. That’s also medically unnecessary.

Don’t forget all the medical treatments she had to have done because of her “health issues”. She said those are all paid out of pocket. I bet that MRI she had done was a couple grand at the least and that BS chiropractor that was a “hormonal expert” was probably 500-1000 dollars a session. She’s blown through so much money on appointments for fake health issues already.

Note there haven't been many "chronic migraine" or "eye pain" posts since they bought the lot and she got distracted by buying crap. I'm still gobsmacked that she bought the dining room lighting fixture before they even broke ground. But no headaches....

No doubt it is a beautiful house but it feels like they tried to cramp a lot in! There are many long corridors and tiny halls I thought it would be more open plan! Nice to see the virtual tour too though poor Jared as usual looks defeated trying to hype himself up! The virtual view was grass and a lake I wonder what those giant windows look like filled with the neighbours house in them!

What is with the walk in wardrobe being off the bathroom? I noticed B&J did that with the meth house too. I’m not American so wondering if it’s a normal thing to do there and maybe just strange to me?
