Oh lord, I'm anxious to see the end result after she's done decorating everything. Hopefully it won't end up looking like a half-ass pinterest mess. Also, I agree why she would expose a baby to all those paint fumes? Not healthy for adults to breath them in, much less kids & babies.

My mouth dropped when I saw the baby in the carrier as she was priming the walls. We recently gave the kids bathroom a makeover and primed using Killz "odor less" and the smell was so bad I had to have my father finish it because it threw me into an asthma attack. The flumes are awful and the room had to air out a good 4 hours. I cannot believe she thought is was a good idea to have the baby that close to the flumes.

I cringed so bad when they painted the trim in that green color. Why?!? I understand a feature wall but my god you don't paint the freaking trim.

Some of the people in the comments were justifying Jess's actions of painting with Addie then someone wrote, "She could be doing heroin and you all would say well at least she is watching her kids unlike other moms."

But yeah she shouldn't have painted with Addie in the room. I would have left her in a different with a baby monitor or something. I feel like Jess would have been more productive if she didn't added another 10 pounds to her body to paint.

Idk if it's different but where I live in order for a room to be a bedroom you have to have a window in it.
But part of me still thinks Jess would turn a closet into a nursery she's that weird

I am a sucker for home reno & interior design (this is the only way I'll give her my view - congrats MesssHead), so I have a few notes. Any junkie that huffs paint could tell them you don't need to prime bare white walls, just get the priming agent mixed into your paint color - maybe Ben convinced them to buy primer at Lowe's as a form of payback for bringing her harem of children to his peaceful workplace.

The next time I visit my parents in California I'm going to drive up to her house, and toss a book on why CHEMICALS and INFANTS do not mix at this insane lady. Does she honestly have a brain in there or is it all headbands, disney CD's and birthing pool info???? I am beyond rattled she thought it was ok to paint with MiracleBabyAdSense strapped to her contaminated looking chest.

I absolutely HATE the color of the boy's rooms. It's already giving me a migraine through the computer but then again when she has that many kids screaming at her she probably doesn't notice it.

My final snark is that that must be the most exercise she's done in a WHILE. Girl is looking chunky as fuck.

That was primer?! I just assumed they were painting one of the rooms white.... weird. You would think if they were buying that much paint the person at Lowes would have told them to get just paint/primer in 1?!

There's no bigger proof of minion stupidity than the "she has 5 kids so she knows what she's doing" comments wtf since when does number of kids show how competent a parent is? yes Jess has 5 kids and it's horrifying that despite that she still is clueless when it comes to child safety

The paint color reminds me of paint I'd choose for my Sims houses when I was 12...I think that's what Jess' life is like. Meet new guy, engaged, married, new kid, new house all within the same day.

I still love the Sims, but her life is becoming that part of the game where you get bored with your families so you start deliberately effing up people's lives just for kicks.

I think it's hilarious that the color of Lilia's room is the same as my room at home and the boys' room is the same as my sisters' room. The difference is I still love the pink (it's been my favorite color since I was 13) and my sisters hate the green. While I think it's nice that Jess allowed the kids to have a say in what colors they want for their room, there's such thing as picking colors that are visually appealing. Making a room the same color as the Nickelodeon slime is going to lose appeal fast. At least walls can always be covered in posters if they ever do get sick of the green (or Jess can turn their room into a Pinterest crap).

Speaking of Pinterest crap, I haven't watched Jess's videos religiously in a long time. Is the "princess room" still a thing at Mimi's?

Also, snarkyblonde, that was EXACTLY what I was thinking. I once made a house with rooms color specified (green walls/carpet, blue walls/carpet, pink walls/carpet, etc). Looking back now, it was disturbing as crap!

A bedroom completly pink ( I praying to never have a child who likes pink so much, I really don't like this color...
And seriously, Addie was in the room while they were putting paint or primer (or whatever that was) on the walls, like WTF is wrong with them to not know it's not something you do!!! Well I definitly didn't like the colors they used but if it's the kids' choices for their bedroom it's ok, I am waiting to see what they will do for their bedroom/living room/kitchen...
I have read some comments about her weight and she did take some weight for sure (Chris too!) but for someone who carried 5 children (in 4 prgnancies) I think she looks quite ok (especially when I compare her with some women in my family who took some much weight due to their pregnancy, Jess is looking good compared with them), I am pretty sure she would lose weight pretty quicly if only she was more careful with how she ate.

^^ Jess is definitely not fat, she just doesnt know how to dress for her size. Anyone at any body weight isnt going to look good if their clothes are a size to small or dont fit their body type. Her clothes are tight in the wrong places.

If we're going by number of children = knowledge then Michelle Duggar must be all-knowing (kidding - we all know how that turned out!!!)

Genuinely can't wait until its revealed Adderall's having lung troubles and Jess says "this is not a result of something we did"

I can't judge the paint colors. I picked dark green carpet, bright orange walls and blue trim for my bedroom when I was 9. I grew out of that though, my house has light gray walls with white trim now, that would have looked good in her house.

I don't think the pink is too bad (I mean it could've been hot pink), and at least they only painted one wall green, but painting the door frames was dumb as hell.

Holy shit, those colors. Couldn't be any worse. Such a young mom thing to do (sorry) She is so tacky it's not even funny. I would have picked something along the lines of grey tones for the rooms and threw splashes of color with curtains, bed spreads, and wall art. Literally the worst shades of each color. I'm afraid to see what they do next lol.
