They must be really broke. I'm guessing they wanted to rent a house in Boise, but aren't making enough to even afford that. Living in an RV (owned by his parents) is a convenient excuse to be a "wander" family.

I'm guessing Kelsey is going to hate it. Plus, it's an RV from the 90s—so it could be almost 30 years old. Jeeeez, didn't they have enough problems with their van to learn about car problems???

Corbin really needs to get a job.

I'm guessing they take 2-3 long-ish trips, but then park it in Corbin's parents' driveway and just live in it there.

This is probably why YTers allude to having secret plans that they can’t WAIT to share with everyone!!! That way they can learn it go completely silent, or announce it when it happens. At this point it wouldn’t shock me if they cancel the RV trip/whatever omorrow and say they’ve have something EVEN BETTER — like living in a cool income sharing commune! With Corbin’s parents! In their house. ...

Because being completely honest and transparent wouldn’t work for most YTers because deceit = $$$$.

Or doing what their former besties Bryan and Missy did and call living in their parents garage a "multigenerational household". I mean, yeah, technically it's true, but it's not why they did it!
And gas is super expensive on the west coast. They're nuts if they think it's going to be inexpensive to live in an RV.

Double post, sorry. But ONE of them needs to get off his or her high horse and get a job. Everyone keeps saying Corbin needs to "be a man" and get a job. Well, Kelsey is young and healthy too. She needs to take responsibility for the child she brought into this world and stop expecting everyone around her to take care of her (by "her, I mean Kelsey). She could get a job too. Her learned helplessness just pisses me off. I hate my job, and I am looking for something better, and I get some help from my family. But I don't _expect_ them to provide everything while I just goof off and act like I don't have to grow up. Just because Kelsey's a woman doesn't get her a pass on not adulting.
They shouldn't have had June if they didn't have a plan for supporting her beyond "being the next Daily Bumps".

Won't Corbin's parents want to take THEIR RV for the family camping trip and the drive down to Lake Powell? Granted, I really think this RV living with June will last less than a month. I watched a video on Class Cs and they are still WAY small. I'm now really curious where her carseat will fit and where she'll sleep.

Weren't they excited to have June in her own room for their privacy? Good luck with that in a tiny RV!

It seems like more work than fun to me—and it's going to be more expensive than they seem to expect. They could only afford the van trip because of M&B and Patreon.

I agree with this. I think Missy convinced Kelsey that having a baby would = becoming YT millionaires, so she got pregnant. There were old vlogs from when they still lived in Southern Oregon where Kelsey said no kids until they were more like 30.

The fact that they keep using the term "renovate" is hilarious to me considering what a piece of junk their van was...what "renovations" did they do exactly besides nailing down some new carpet? It reminded me of two kids building a fort or a tree house. It's also funny to me that Corbin keeps referring to their next home as their "dream home" whereas Kelsey has always said "fixer-upper." They are clearly on different pages and I'm willing to bet Corbin refused to settle for a fixer-upper that they could afford to buy with the amount of money his parents were offering to gift them with and that's why the whole thing is postponed until they can concoct a plan to make more money.

And just because you buy or borrow an RV from a family member is not a guarantee of anything. My friend's parents bought an RV from their daughter. While they were driving around the PNW, their breaks stopped working. Luckily they were able to stop safely, but it could have gone very differently. They promptly decided to buy their own new RV. RVs are so large and they put a lot of stress on their parts. An RV that's close to 30-years-old is especially worrisome. At the very least they should have a mechanic look over everything before they travel with it, but I kind of doubt they will do that.

Also the fact that they want to make "how to" videos just annoys the shit out of me. Neither know how to do anything without the bankroll of others.

A third (or is this FOUR?) free mattress in like a year? Does the company (or has it been more than one company?) really get a good return on these ads?? It's so weird! I can't imagine they are very good quality or their viewers are constantly shopping for mattresses.

I've noticed this mattress company works with really small channels, so I'm sort of assuming they are crappy. Are they just foam??

They are just the prime example of "insanity." Can't afford rent in Portland? Van life with a crappy van. Can't afford rent in California? RV Life with dad's RV. It is just so sad, a married 30 year old with a kid living off his parents....

Watching them lie and trying to put positive spins on their situations is just fun.

I have had to move a lot for my job, but I can't imagine moving as much as they do. Or living life so unsettled as they do. I'm starting to think Corbin has some sort of mental illness. He's shown that he has some rage issues, quit a good job after just a week and he definitely wasn't speaking to his parents for at least a year. Something is definitely not "right" with him.

I hope once they are back in Idaho they both get jobs and get a bit more stable and responsible. If living in his parents' RV is their only way to "save" money, they are not doing very well. Poor June. They've mentioned they fight a lot off camera. I hope not in front of her.

I think that might be one of the reasons she doesn't seem too wildly excited for a second baby. Corbin would probably knock her up with his precocious baby boy today if she let him. I wonder if he'll want even more kids IF baby #2 is also a girl?
