Knorpp and South: Manic Megan’s Pinterest Palace | Part 2
Re: Knorpp and South: Manic Megan’s Pinterest Palace | Part 2
Just looked up code for the town of Davidson...no more than 4 fowl on each lot and stipulations are pretty tight. Neighbors can call for ANYTHING, I don't see this going well. Hope Meggie didn't want more than 4 chickens....and only hens are allowed, no roosters. She commented when someone asked about keeping livestock on their youtube page and she was like...no restrictions! Um. Yes, restrictions.

Meg's can't keep up with her lies.SNT41007 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 9:56 am Bahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Their podcast still has ZERO patrons! She has mentioned on one of her FB stories that the postcast is one of their income producers. Um. Liar. No one even wants to give $1 per month. A BUCK.
They have gone pretty silent on their social media pages on DoTerra. They don't do any videos or training or answer questions anymore like they used to. Trouble in MLM paradise??
Re: Knorpp and South: Manic Megan’s Pinterest Palace | Part 2
And they can't have an RV parked on their property for more than 180 days, so I guess taking it out for a trip resets that timer....but if they ever decide to travel extensively again outside of RVing capabilities they will have to pay to store it. This was a big requirement for them since their current HOA won't allow RV parking...but guess what guys, home ownership 101...CITIES have their own set of laws. Our city fines you if you leave your trashcan out more than 24 hours after pickup. And you cannot dwell inside the RV as a living space. If they are found to be keeping a child in that RV as their primary living space, CPS will get involved...all it takes is ONE call from a neighbor witnessing it, and you KNOW those old neighbors who won't appreciate all those screaming hyper active kids running around during school hours will be paying attention to stuff like that.

For the guests here wondering what Mike said in the attached image above...
"Mike Knorpp Just to be clear with our timeline. We came back from traveling and thought we might buy a house in Utah but that didn’t work out. Utah just didn’t turn out the way we thought it would. We , along with kids, decided to move back to the town in NC where we had lived before we started to travel where the kids already had friends. So it wasn’t a big upheaval to move here because we had lived here before. We moved here to rent a home with the plan to then look for a permanent home we would buy in the area. For a short time we thought we might get something in the mountains and did indeed look at property but it just didn’t feel right. We never purchased anything in the mountains, just looked at a few lots. We then found a home for sale here in our local area and put an offer in and closed on that home last week. It is ten minutes from where we are currently living and won’t require the kids to make new friends and so forth. We weren’t totally clear about that over the last few months because we didn’t want people to be able to find the realtor listing for the home. It was a longer closing time of three months so we had to keep a lid in that a little longer than we would have liked. So when it comes down to it, we didn’t purchase a home in the mountains and we haven’t made the kids start over multiple times. Everyone is very happy to be here and we’re excited about the home we have purchased. It allows the kids even better access the town we live near now and lived by before we started to travel. So all told we have moved a total of one time since coming back to the states. And the next move won’t be for another year most likely since major renovations tend to take a long time and that move won’t really count as a move since we will still be in this area. I hope that clears things up a little. -Mike"
Yes, it was written in all ONE paragraph, ugh

I would be an awful detective because I can't for the life of me find their new house from what has been said on here... Would it be giving to much to be able to share the date sold with me to help me find it? Unsure on what the rules are on that
Re: Knorpp and South: Manic Megan’s Pinterest Palace | Part 2
It took me quite a bit of looking to find it...
Realtor.com shows it sold on 11/15/2019 for $299,000 - Davidson, NC
Re: Knorpp and South: Manic Megan’s Pinterest Palace | Part 2
Found it within seconds @gibberish, thanks! I was looking on Zillow for probably about half an hour!

The look of sadness on her face saying "it's not an Ad" while talking about La Bella Architects. Yes, Meg's not everyone is willing to give a service for free. Reality.

Where was that posted to on Facebook? Their Knorpp and South page? They overshare and then back pedal. It's pretty ridiculous. And again with the 3 month timeline. (eye roll) I actually thought they did a decent job of keeping their rental secret, but now he just divulged that info as well. They went from "it got creepy in Utah, everyone knew where we were and we will be much better at keeping info from you guys." to everything but street signs and the listing it so much easier to find once it goes from pending to sold anyway.

I don't care that the house looks like NOW. They have made it VERY clear that they were going to demolish whatever was pre existing anyway...the biggest issue here is what it is for the friggin PRICE they PAID. A half an acre in Davidson NC. Essentially.
THEN you add on the ridiculous addition they are planning, out price your neighborhood, such a silly waste of money. I wish I had money to BURN like that.

Megan and her stupid cottage ideas..How in the hell are they going to squeeze 10 people in the remodeled home? Maybe it can fit 6 people comfortably. They are going to be living in a sardine can and with all the kids unschooled it’s going to drive everyone crazy!

I really like Mike less than Megan. I kind of believe Megan believes all the stuff she spews. Mike is a fake. He made fun of his Dad's job one time saying it wasn't very exciting. I had rather be an ENGINEER than an essential oil salesman. However, isn't Megan the oil person. What does he really do again?!

Oh.. and how about regular checkups and doctor`s appointments for the kids. They can't do that, but they can spend three days in a row at an architect's office while Esther babysits. I am pretty sure that architect could not stand them
Re: Knorpp and South: Manic Megan’s Pinterest Palace | Part 2
So, let me get this right, overpaid for a house, an expensive/extensive remodel, still paying rent for another year, work for an MLM, all while we are on the brink of the next recession. That's a lot. I'd have some major anxiety and possibly buyer's remorse if I was in their shoes.

He really is an idiot if he is counting “moving” like that. He is rewriting history. Mikey boy, you can’t pretend that the slate was cleared once you moved back to the states.
Not mentioning all the moves they did WHILE in Europe and prior to that. When they were back in the states, didn’t they rent a house before they moved into the big house? Then they bought all the things. Because Megan got rid of everything they owned and claimed to be a minimalist. Then they moved back to NC and, I don’t care who you are, they will be moving again once the new/old house is finished. Guaranteed it won’t be the last time. Isn’t this supposed to be their “forever house?”
I saw the looks on those kids faces. They are NOT happy with that dump.
