So todays video, Sharis birthday, she got the choice of going ice skating or out to dinner for her birthday. Poor Julie didn't get the choice. Ruby makes sure her kids know who the favorite is.

I think it's so great that Shari loves reading and politics and history. That's more than I can say for most (all?) of the Griffiths girls. I think she's going to be really successful.

I just can't finish her vlogs. I just tried watching one and I skipped most of the way through it. One I guess I don't like her lips and I stare at her teeth, two, I'd rather hear adults vlog? I don't know what it is, I just can't. She seems really nice though.

I don't know if this is right but I think that if you have vidIQ installed and click on a youtube channel you can see what tags they've used. This are the ones that are showing up on her channel "8 Passengers, Power of Motherhood, Mothers are essential, millenial, Mom to Multiples, teenage sibling, Mormon vlogger".

Tf with the millennial tag? Ruby is barely a millennial to me and only two of her kids were born before 2004. Is she trying to attract us? I feel like her vlogs wouldn't attract the status quo millennial a who actually like to use the word to describe themselves. Like I feel those people would associate themselves as parents before gen zeta or millennial a if that makes sense ... Idk im tired but that made me raise my eyebrows just that if I searched millennial on yt rubs channel is not what I would expect to show up

Wouldn't a mom to multiples have twins, triplets, etc? I don't call people with more than one kid a parent of multiples but I guess that could just be the wording.

Just watching her clothing haul. Do each of her kids only have like 3 outfits each (including a church outfit)? And then she wonders why clothes never last long enough to pass down to the next kid? Of course they wear their clothes to death, they wear the same clothes daily!

^^^ exactly! She complains so much about the kids wearing down their clothes and in the same breath mentions how they each only need a few outfits. My question is how do the kids feel about only having around a week's worth of outfits. I recall when the kids got the new spring shirts for Valentine's Day, Abby and Julie wore their shirts at least 2-3x that week. It's one thing if they only had 2 pairs of jeans or something, I get that but their clothes are often unique and aren't general things that you can get away with wearing multiple times during the week without being noticed. And in that video she never mentioned anything for one of the boys, I believe it was Chad she didn't have anything for

This has been driving me nuts! I can't believe she is that much of a penny pincher that she can't get the kids a couple more shirts. At least buy Abby and Julie different things so they can share outfits and mix it up a bit. I know it's superficial but they're totally going to be made fun of wearing the same thing multiple times in a week. She even shops second hand, you can't tell me that she couldn't find a couple more shirts for like 10 bucks for each of the kids. But then how would all the clothes fit into each one of their little bins all folded up perfectly. Another thing that bothered me is I found an old vlog where she is complaining about the stitching on a pocket coming off on a her black and white checkered shirt from (I think) Nordstroms and how she was going to take it back. At first I was like oh that's too bad and then she mentioned she had it for 6 MONTHS!! I couldn't believe it. She ranted so long about how awful the shirt and company were but knowing she also wears the same few outfits and she said it was her favorite..I'm sure she wore the heck out of it! She owns a freaking sewing machine..just stitch it up and be done. I couldn't believe she was going to return a shirt (and made a huge deal about it)after 6 months of heavy wear for such a small, fixable issue.

If she's so stingy about clothes why doesn't she just go to a second hand shop and get cheap clothes? That's where most of my clothes come from and they've lasted a pretty long time.

She does buy from second hand shops but is still stingy and won't buy her kids more than 3-4 outfits.

exactly. paints a picture of how they were raised if multiple siblings are the same. remember when ellie recently said she had to buy jackson new jeans because his old ones wore out? what 2 year old is in a pair of pants for long enough that they wear out before he grows out of them? ridiculous.

I dislike this woman so much.
The constant meeting up with other you tubers, give it a rest woman, you've already rode the coat tails of Ellie & Bonnie to gain a hefty amount of subs let alone meeting up with anyone who will have you for a shoutout in their vlog.
Abby and Julie constantly wear the yellow jackets and all the same clothes, they all do, it's so annoying as a viewer to watch everybody wear the same clothes every other day. I cannot deal with her stinginess and it's always in the wrong areas - food, clothing, making everybody share beds so you only have to buy 1 bed for a room. Passing off need items like socks and bedding as birthday gifts.
I hope she reads here, she thinks she's a fab mum when in reality I think her kids will look back on their time at home and wish mom had fun with them more, whenever shes nice to the kids on camera it always looks awkward and like the kids are thinking moms acting weird!!!
She's a lot about the 'show' - reality check, I don't care your kids all play instruments and read books and you love education, sure that's great but I like to watch a happy family vlog I like to see a happy family, having fun, loving each other and having a great time just being them!!! Not constantly watching your kids get up at daft o clock to do chores and practice music. Give it a rest and she is looking a lot older than 34.... Or however old she is. Maybe she needs to stop stressing over being a tight arse and start learning to enjoy her family and fun!!
