Because for Missy (and Ellie), being pregnant makes you delicate and special. He treats her like a baby from the second the stick turns pink. The last time she was pregnant he even gave her the day off from vlogging and sent her to Disneyland! We could argue she becomes emotional and stressed from her precious losses, but if that were the case I think they would monopolize in that. I think Missy had a pity party like a child because she asked everyone to go with her to ID and they all said NO for once. Cue the temper tantrum and tears because life is hard.Playsinrain wrote: It's so strange bc it really is looking exactly like it was with Finn. What i don't get is why does bryan make it out as something is wrong every time? If it is true, this will be the second time he has gone on the twitter defense bc shes having a hard time. sure early pregnancy can be sucky, but he makes it out like they got bad news, or that shes going though something terrible, wouldn't it be a happy occasion? Idk, it just seems like that acting that way would put some bad mojo on the pregnancy (yes i'm that superstitious lol) I wouldn't feel kosher with making my undisclosed pregnancy into a tragedy...

This is very true, she acts like shes the most special and rare thing on earth when she is pregnant and everyone just toes the line bc no one wants to counter Missy.HelloSweetie wrote:Because for Missy (and Ellie), being pregnant makes you delicate and special. The pity party thing seems so true. No one wanted or could go with Missy and she lost her mind bc of it, It almost makes me wonder if she sabotaged herself so she could throw it in everyone's face "see i told you someone needed to go with me, i lost all my things and had a horrible time getting home bc i didn't have any help!!!" I doubt that we will EVER see Missy travel alone again. I'm positive that she came home and blamed her entire traumatic experience on everyone who didn't go with her. It's pathetic that a grown ass woman with two kids can't keep her shit together by herself. She has lost her wallet twice in a week. And last time she blamed Tal!!!!! Shes a train wreck.

Re: DailyHomeImprovements: Part #81
Didn't they title a video "The Opposite Of Pregnant" but then only three weeks later got a positive test? I agree that it's exactly the same, and newer posters don't recognize the signs.
People were asking Missy if she was pregnant and they made a huge deal about it, how it was so rude, etc...but she actually was pregnant. Bryan lectured viewers because Missy was "going through something tough" and to be more sensitive to her feelings.
I'm almost positive that there's a bun in the oven, planned or not. And if there isn't then something is definitely going on behind the scenes. They tested for Finn in late February 2015, but didn't reveal it until early March. So now it's just a waiting game.

They tested for Finn at a convention right? Bc Ellie and Jared were there if i'm not mistaken. Maybe they got their positive in Hawaii and thats why they were unreasonably (for them) affectionate?RootBeerFloatie wrote:Didn't they title a video "The Opposite Of Pregnant" but then only three weeks later got a positive test? By reading HelloSweetie's post, I'm assuming (& I hope I'm not hurting feelings, that was not my intent) that ImmomSD, has struggled with anxiety.
I have had anxiety since 1st grade, I'm 44 yo now. My dad passed away in August & I have been having the worst bout of anxiety in my lifetime.
Message to missy: my anxiety keeps me from leaving my house or my bed. Since you have flown in a plane, attended a baby shower & went to a spa. With my anxiety all of that I would be unable to go. You just need to live in the real world without ur stupid camera in your face - putting on a show for strangers! And honey you need to watch the Truman Show, it will give you a glimpse into how screwed up your sons will be!"
Ok I feel better now. Thank you friends.

You know they have to get so mad.,Gre wrote:Oh wow, I joined the site only after Bryan released Finley's Lullaby. I am sorry you're struggling. Losing my dad was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was pregnant with my son. My sister (not the one I am close to) said that I wasn't "grieving appropriately" because I didn't want to see his open casket. So I understand. I don't have anxiety, except for "normal" level anxiety. But if you want someone to vent to, you can PM me.

I have anxiety, and have mentioned it on other boards so lmmomsd was saying that to me. Your quite just got messed up. There are MANY of us with anxiety on these boards though, all to varying degrees.Emmalinelola1 wrote:

Sorry for your struggle. I agree with you, Missy may have been feeling anxious in that moment, but I think she's crippled due to her spoiled upbringing and not because of excess anxiety.
There's a lot of speculation here about the spectrum and Oliver. Just curious if anyone else thinks Missy herself shows some signs?

I think it's hard to say whether her behaviours are learned (from her socially crippling upbringing), or whether they're a result from a medical standpoint.HelloSweetie wrote: There's a lot of speculation here about the spectrum and Oliver. Same with Oliver. The kid has cameras on him constantly with people talking AT him, but rarely interacting WITH him. The sensory issues (which is a large reason people guess he may be on the spectrum)... hard to say. Could be that he has learned it's ok to be picky like his Mom is. Or it could just be him.
They both could be poorly adjusted in their environment. Or both could be on the spectrum.
I wonder if Dr Katie wonders about the things we do. It's hard to switch that off... for me, anyways. I like to psychoanalyse as a hobby, she has a phD.

Yeah. These were my exact thoughts as well. Plus Missy could have learned from bitchy Suzanne...actuallydear wrote:I think it's hard to say whether her behaviours are learned (from her socially crippling upbringing), or whether they're a result from a medical standpoint.HelloSweetie wrote: There's a lot of speculation here about the spectrum and Oliver. I don't think school is going to be enough to help Ollie with his social skills unless he goes soon. By the time he's 5 kids are going to be smart enough to recognize he's a bit different. They could find it harder to interact with him because of it.

That's why I said that even with a son with Asperger's, I couldn't possibly diagnose Ollie. It's so hard with his whacked upbringing. I couldn't diagnose anyway, because I am not his doctor. But you know what I mean.
And lovely of them to bitch out United for not looking for the wallet. It's not like they don't have anything else to do.

With all of Bryans tech crap you'd think he would have done the whole Tile thing a long time ago. I mean he can yell at at Siri to do anything in his house but they take no precautions to protect actually important things until something crazy happens. But you live and learn.

Re: DailyHomeImprovements: Part #81
I haven't even watched the whole vlog yet, but something is up with this girl. Bryan, too, for that matter! As Missy was bitching about United not looking for her wallet on the plane, she took her necklace off, and GAVE IT to Ollie! Then she looked all shocked when Ollie said he had her necklace, and Bryan called him a jewel thief! I had to watch it twice to be sure! Are they both so self-centered that they are always on autopilot with their kids and don't see what's going on around them? Ollie didn't steal that necklace! Missy straight up looked him in the eyes as she was retelling her dramatic wallet fiasco, and gave Ollie the necklace! Ollie does some bad stuff, but don't blame him for things he didn't do, like ordering toys off of Amazon, or taking jewelry!

The necklace thing had me rolling... You stupid liar.. She literally took it off and handed it too him, "omg how did you get that????" If she really is that dim witted that she doesn't even realize she took her necklace off and gave it to the kid, then no wonder she loses everything not attached too her.
Ollie might not get his foot stuck in the chair if you made him sit on his rump and eat dinner like a civilized person. Nice dinner of carbs and fruit...
The house is starting to remind me of that old Tom Hanks movie "The Money Pit" they are having repair after repair after repair on this house, and thorownig money at it for unneeded updates like theres no tomorrow. It kinda makes me laugh..
Missy was more excited to see her chickens and Karma than she was the kids. She has been away all weekend and she pretty much said word for word that her favorite part of the day was putting the kids to bed to play with the Legos, bc shes been thinking about her legos since she left. Thats more than what she said about the boys while she was gone.
