Yes I actually know this lady personally that is why (in real life)! I am located in Cairns, Queensland, Australia in case you were wondering where I live! I have watched so many of these YouTube vlogging channels (families) especially in Utah, USA (where the Binghams are)! I know this is not of huge concern, but I was a little surprised that they are allowed to have the vlogging camera on (even for a short period of time) in the cinemas! This was shown in the second most recent vlog when Mindy took the kids! Please may I kindly ask what are your thoughts of this? And I sincerely hope that everyone on this page here has the best day (or night) ever wherever you are in the world!
Have you been blocked from commenting on the Binghams channel?

Do you mean on YouTube? As I do know that I am unable to comment using my YouTube account (the one that I use the most) on anywhere on their channel including any vlog and in the discussion section! This has been the case since Friday, 23 February 2018! Please may I kindly ask why you asked me this question (or what made you think I had been blocked)? I am only curious! Obviously it appears that my comments are there when logged in with my YouTube account but when I sign out (or log into another YouTube account) my comments are not there!

Decode-you have a very distinctive posting style and I haven't noticed your name in comments when I have scanned through.

Sounds as though you are blocked.

I haven't tried posting on their vlogs in ages, but I am probably blocked too. I had the temerity to suggest they shouldn't film the boys shirtless so much. And maybe, just maybe they shouldn't call them "studs". What was I thinking?

I am actually a little surprised that I am blocked as someone else that continues to post negative comments (but true comments) on some vlogs has not been blocked! I actually thought they were too as I did not see their comments for a while but they appeared again (under the same YouTube account - I had the link)! But anyway that is beside the point of this forum! I wanted to say that it really makes me so angry when they say in the vlogs that they "love us" and that "you guys are the best YouTube family!" No they clearly do not! All they want is for people to send them things (for free)! They are nothing but greedy!

And yes if you ask me it is extremely inappropriate that they call the boys "studs" especially in public places! For example, during Krew's motocross races and even Ryler's swim meets they keep yelling it out every couple of minutes! It has to make them feel socially awkward!

Decode can I ask as you were a fan what made you change your mind? Did you also follow the Gardners and what is your opinion on them if you did?

AthenaA - basically what changed my mind is that I have noticed in my opinion that some of their content (meaning This Is How We Bingham) is only focused on getting more views and they have lost sense of what being genuine is! Not to mention they use so much annoying clickbait and often tell us as viewers stay tuned for "exciting announcements" and all of them have turned out to be nothing but duds as someone else described on this site (Snarkadoodle Doo)! And to answer your question about the Gardners, many of you are probably not going to agree with me on this at all (and I absolutely respect everyone else's views), in some ways I find them to be more genuine than This Is How We Bingham! Yes maybe their girls need some lessons in discipline etc. and they do not work but at least with their channel they do not use annoying clickbait and they do not brag for the camera like so many other YouTube channels do!

Actually, I've never said that any of their announcements were duds. I will admit that I said their announcement about doing merch out of the house wasn't that big of a deal but I also said that was because I had hoped their announcement was something different. I knew that was exciting news for the family, but in comparison to the news they had shared the day before, I thought they misjudged which news was more exciting for a viewer and they should have flipped how they shared the two things. But I've never said that I thought their news turned out to be nothing but duds. I think most people who post here regularly would tell you that generally speaking I rather enjoy the Binghams. I don't tend to complain about them often, especially in comparison to the Gardners. I've never once thought that the Bingham family uses clickbait, nor do I think they brag for the camera. Whereas the Gardners is a whole different story. They most definitely do that.

Snarkadoodle Doo - Of course I mean this in the nicest way possible, reading your post from Saturday, 19 May 2018 at 9:01am you said "And also I'm so tired of "staying tuned for "exciting announcements" that turn out to be nothing but duds." I just got the impression here that you meant all of them! And I absolutely disagree that the Binghams are so much more genuine than the Gardners! They are not in my opinion! But like I said, we all have the right to our own opinions and views! A YouTube channel that I absolutely love watching that you may want to check out is "SparklyFamilyVlogs!" I find them to be one of the most humble and real families on YouTube! Again, this is only my opinion!

Well, that particular announcement was a bit strange to me, so I guess that I worded my reaction more strongly than I remembered. That is not generally how I react to them, so I'm surprised, but it is what it is, as I had forgotten about that.

Yes, I agree with you, we're all entitled to form our own opinions of each family and share them here. This is a snark site after all. That's what it's here for! :) But since you're a newer user, I feel like I should give you a heads up that you might find that you get some resistance by posting overly positive comments about a family. Especially a family that is considered pretty controversial. Given the intent of the site, there tend to be very few threads here that are overwhelmingly positive. Most threads have long time posters who will strongly disagree with any and all positivity. I'm not saying how or what you should be posting, I just want you to be aware so you won't be caught off guard if people ask you about it. People don't tend to like being "called out" in posts, like was done up above. You're welcome to form your own opinions, but they should be your opinions. Please try to respect the other site users by not using their old posts from the past to support your beliefs and claim they agree with you, when you aren't aware if that is true or not. Since you and I have never spoken before these last few posts this morning (it's not even 7:00 am where I am), you really didn't know what my opinion of this family is, other than what you assumed I had meant in one old post.

If you'd like some help navigating the site, or to talk about this some more, please feel free to send me a private message.

Thank you so much for giving me the heads up on what really this site is used mainly for! And I absolutely understand now that it is not really appropriate to be using old posts from another site user to support my claims especially when I have never spoke with them previously! I am sincerely so sorry for this!

Like I said, we are ALL entitled to form our own opinions of everyone we watch on YouTube. And you can even post those differing opinions here, I just didn't want you to be caught off guard if it seemed like most people disagree with you, lol. But if you feel positively about a family, it isn't against site rules to post about that. As long as posts remain respectful and within site rules, anyone is welcome to share any opinions they'd like!

I only mentioned that before because I've seen it happen many times where the person posting positive things turns out to become very hateful and degrading in how they speak to people that disagree with them and are here to use the site for what it is intended for and that are not breaking any rules by doing so.

I'm definitely NOT saying this is what you did, nor am I saying that was your intention... It just seemed as though you were enjoying the thread (for exactly why it was created) and enjoying the site and I didn't want you to be surprised if you were to post in another thread that may not be on the same page as you were about the family. In particular, the Gardner page since you mentioned them also. :) But everyone is welcome here, differing opinions and all!

I'm still here if you have ANY questions about the site at all. I'm happy to help you navigate any way I can. Just send me a private message, since I might not see a post right away, but I would a PM. Image

Well said, Snarakadoodle! All opinions are welcome, as long as the poster is respectful. When vloggers refer to us as trolls and haters, I laugh, because I have found some of these groups to be the nicest and most supportive around. Whenever one of us has any problems, everyone is always kind and helpful.

Back to the Binghams. I twitch when they say they love us too. They don't. They love the views and the money. And the free crap people send them. I've said it before, but the worst is that monotone "Thank you, we love you" they have the kids say. Doesn't sound grateful or loving. And even though it's obvious that they love the kids, it's all about looks and athletic achievement. They're never complimented for being smart or kind. Even when Brexin (I still think of Brexit whenever I hear his name) got glasses, Mindy was going on about how cute and handsome he was going to be, not that he would be able to see. SMH.

I remember you (and others) discussing that before about the monotone "TY,WLY". I can see where it got annoying to people because they say it a lot. I never really had a huge issue with it because in comparison to other vloggers, it was nice to see someone actually acknowledging having received something. But I think I said a few weeks ago, I never realized how different it could sound until Brandens parents said it when they had the kids over Branden and Mindy's anniversary weekend. It sounded so much more sincere and genuine. If the Binghams could just change the inflection of how they say that, it would be so much more meaningful.

WHY does Hazy's potty training accident need to be public knowledge?

And they went to see the Incredibles 2. They come out, and he asks Hazy what she thought of it. She growls and hits him! And he just laughs, saying "Oh, maybe it was a little too violent, hahaha". Then later he says Mindy is putting Hazy to be bed, and "she's probably still terrified". She wasn't terrified. And she was digging the opportunity to hit Daddy.

Does the Phillips Fam Bam have a thread? My daughter started watching them too now. Ugh.
They're gross. They made "quesadillas" by slathering butter all over a tortilla, putting cheese in it, and cooking it on a non stick electric griddle. If it's nonstick, you don't need half a cup of butter per tortilla. Then, she keeps saying she's making "ceviche without shrimp". Except all it is, is a sliced cucumber mixed with Trader Joe's mild pico de gallo. That's not ceviche!

Yes there is a thread for PHILLIPS FamBam! Not many posts there though so it will be so curious seeing what more people have to say about them! And I truly could not believe that the Binghams travelled about 400 miles to deliver "merch" to them! The real reason was that they want to get anything for the vlog and views! I find that family (and channel) so obnoxious too! None of their recipes are healthy and in my opinion are portraying the wrong message to young viewers especially!

I only half wonder if they are doing that as a jab to the vlogger besties. Because they've mentioned a few times now that she's not three yet and that they should have done it already. Knowing full well they watch them every day and that only half those girls are even fully trained at this point that we know of.
