DailyMyLittlePony (Part 101)
Re: DailyMyLittlePony (Part 101)
I was thinking about Ollie and Finn growing up and realizing their parents made a living off of them and wondering where their paycheck is. You know....At some point I really think the U.S. should intervene in youtube/youtubers. There are so many issues with copyrights and theft of content. Mostly what about the "child stars"....In entertainment there are so many stories of parents being their manager and stealing their kids paychecks. These kids probably are not even on the payroll which means there is absolutely no oversight. These stage moms and dads think they are the star. By the time Ollie is 18 the money will all be gone so even if he understands how to sue he won't get anything!

Re: DailyMyLittlePony (Part 101)
I'm not saying B&M are smart enough to do it, but I would just make an account for the boys. Sure they're young, but they definitely have the money for it! That could really help with Finn's career and Ollie's... Uh... Yeah it would really help the boys!MadeHD wrote:I was thinking about Ollie and Finn growing up and realizing their parents made a living off of them and wondering where their paycheck is. They are all about “positivity” these days It’s their new buzzword.coolusername1236 wrote:I'm just going to quote part of the pinned comment for the video today.

Proud of yourselves M&B? Proud of the positveness you've spread to these young childrens' minds?
I'm laughing way too much at that! I really don't think it's okay to make fun of children, but I can't help it

I think this is part of their vacation. They said they still had videos planned for each day they are gone. The montage is probably going to be the best of the bunch - I’m guessing it’s going to be 6 more days of ads. They weren’t really clear about when their week off starts and stops.100midas wrote:Don't they usually still upload a regular vlog on the same day as the montage? Looks like they used it as an excuse to take the day off this year.

I thought they were doing an actual trip for their vacation though. They're still at home, at least as of an hour or so ago (Bryan's IG story).

They are - but Bryan had a “work” trip in LA or something first, and then they were leaving.100midas wrote:cat9480 wrote:I think this is part of their vacation. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Bryan got back from his trip yesterday evening and they were at home (still are) so you'd think they would have filmed yesterday. You could be right and they just started their "break" early.cat9480 wrote:They are - but Bryan had a “work” trip in LA or something first, and then they were leaving.100midas wrote:cat9480 wrote: I think this is part of their vacation. Who knows. I think they are purposely vague so they can do whatever they want. Celebrity mentality100midas wrote:Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Speaking of Bryan’s instastory...”Den mond tond de is up!” (Translated: five year montage is up.) WHY don’t they help him with his speech? That’s not even really a speech issue - it’s more that a 4-yr-old doesn’t know the word “montage,” so of course it’s difficult to pronounce! If they would just break words down for him and help him learn, he would be so much better off. I strongly believe that was a major part of his speech development issues - they always talk AT him and ask him to parrot, but they don’t realize that they actually have to teach him how to say words. He didn’t come out of Missy’s magical heart-shaped womb with a full understanding of the English language. It’s an issue on their part, not his.

So, it looks like SlyFox bought Jaedyn a horse too. Can't be outdone by the Lumps!

Did they? I watched just the end (I admit, the clickbait got me this time!) and it seemed like they just took her riding? It was hard to tell. They didn’t really say whether they bought her a horse (or at least I didn’t catch it) - I think it was just a day riding and they knew they had good clickbait with Missy getting her horse recently and all.lmmomSD wrote:So, it looks like SlyFox bought Jaedyn a horse too. Let's see if they post a normal vlog tomorrow or not. Pictures were taken this morning

I couldn't tell either. And I just can't bear to watch the whole vlog. My daughter was saying that they bought it. Maybe I can skin through the comments and find out for sure.cat9480 wrote:Did they? Yeah maybe they’re not getting a paycheck but they are benefiting in some way. Without YouTube both parents would likely be working or they’d be living with Missy’s parents still. They certainly wouldn’t have a nice house with a pool and vacations every other week.MadeHD wrote:I was thinking about Ollie and Finn growing up and realizing their parents made a living off of them and wondering where their paycheck is. Re: DailyMyLittlePony (Part 101)
At what cost? A pool isn't everything. Maybe if they weren't "famous", Missy would be actually parenting her children, and not be on the phone 24/7. The boys didn't choose this life. They've been on camera since they were in the womb. And nobody is watching for Bryan and Missy. Everything is on Ollie and Finn. And that puts pressure on them, whether or not it's overt. I wonder how many times they've been told to "do it for the vlog". And all the "byeee-boop!" at the end of the vlogs, and awful scripted things they make Ollie attempt to say that comes out garbled because they won't admit he's got a speech problem? You don't think that's gonna come back and bite Ollie someday? Every embarrassing clip of both those boys has the potential to make them victims of bullying later on. They may have a lavish lifestyle, but it's not a healthy one. Nor is it one I would wish on any child.sarahelizabeth_1 wrote:Yeah maybe they’re not getting a paycheck but they are benefiting in some way. Also how is a vacation every week beneficial? They could do without half of those so Ollie (and soon to be Finn) won’t be constantly pulled out of school.

The boys didn’t choose this life, you’re right. And I’m not even defending missy and Bryan because honestly they bug the shit out of me but what child do you know chooses their life? Um... none. Their parents do. Just saying they are absolutely benefiting from having money. I mean, yeah of course a child is better off with involved parents that have a vocabulary of at least high school level but I don’t think they have it too bad.
And I 100% think missy would still be attached to her phone even poor and living with her parents.

I wouldn't call their life lavish
The house is "hodgepodge hobby lobby" .. Maybe now that she's going country she'll be "shabby chic farmhouse"

Re: DailyMyLittlePony (Part 101)
They have money but that’s really it. Their educations will never be a priority or encouraged. Both of those kids are still so young and have awful diets that will only become worse, and their own health issues are ignored on several occasions. They aren’t even being set up to make decisions later on when every question asked to them leads to a dead end answer (yes, no, good). I don’t think they have a clue as to anything being wrong because they never seem to reprimand Ollie for pretending to shoot his own parents.sarahelizabeth_1 wrote:The boys didn’t choose this life, you’re right. They might have money but that can only go so far imo. It’s great they have an expensive, elaborate home, tons of toys and more vacations than necessary. It’s great both parents are home all and Missy’s extended family is practically living there. But that can’t fix everything else that their own parents seem to ignore.
