Doubtful. In a sense she's gotten away with it from the perspective of Bonfire and MDA, since neither seems to give two shits where their money went, or Britney threatened to sue them if they released any identifying information related to her or her 'personal' donation (in her eyes).

This video will be a good way to spread what happened to her current followers who are still blind, sponsors, and anyone else stupid enough to tell her "take my money"
