I have only left my car to have permaplate redone, and to have the tint redone, twice.. because Nissan doesn't know how to not leave huge bubbles but, yeah... it's amazing.. normally Sarah and Johnny are always home, but on this particular day they just HAD to go do errands?! It looks like they are trying to sabotage her job. I wouldn't put it past them.Lolislol26 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 6:20 amThisIsMeCeej wrote:Her parents just don't care about punctuality do they? I don't get why they couldn't have dropped the car off and taken a loaner car, like everyone else does... or waited 30 minutes for the oil to be changed. Allie said that she was late.

I have never once left my car while getting an oil change, tire change, etc. I just wait there, I’m not sure why they constantly have several errands to do and why it takes Johnny and Sarah to do all of them.

This family goes back and forth so much it makes my head hurt. Did anyone else think those prom dresses they had Allie and Danielle wearing were very cringy? They literally looked like princess costumes. It sounded like Allie made them herself, which explains the princess costume vibe. They're both very beautiful and it had nothing to do with their looks, but they did look ridiculous in those dresses, especially next to everyone else who was dressed normal. I'm sure Allie was happy with hers, but I just can't see Danielle who has a good sense of style and is more mature, wanting to wear that enormous puffy pink dress. I was really confused why they had them wearing those princess costumes, but then they went shopping to buy Mara a real prom dress. I guess if it's what they wanted, but I had a feeling it was a modesty thing and they forced Danielle to wear that dress. But now they have Danielle dressed up in a leopard print dress, wearing high heels, and with tattoos drawn on herself. I guess it's ok for her to dress like an adult model for Instagram views for her parents, but she better wear her puffy pink princess dress if her boyfriend comes by.

Wow, um, today's vlog is so disturbing. That is such a graphic story that Johnny told Canyon. Who tells there five-year old a story like that? Ugh, I found it extremely disturbing to listen to that story and it put an awful picture in my head. I can't imagine a five-year old having to hear that, especially one who has two dogs in his home. That kid is going to have nightmares for sure. The story telling is around the 4 minute mark. Maybe it's not that bad, but I personally found it pretty upsetting, so just a warning to those who haven't seen it.
And for what? Canyon kept insisting he had nothing to tell them and Johnny was literally grabbing him and holding him down, refusing to let him go, and insisting that he did have something to tell them. Poor Canyon, around 5:50, Johnny grabs him really hard and holds him down so he can finish talking to him. That really seems like psychological abuse - when a child says they have nothing to tell you and the parent continues drilling them and trying to make them believe they did something wrong. Especially telling him a graphic and disturbing story to make Canyon think he did something as awful as that. Canyon was clearly super uncomfortable and wanted to get away from them and they forced him to sit there and listen. I'm guessing he didn't do anything, but caught onto Johnny's paranoia and starting acting strange around him because he was scared and uncomfortable. Even after the talk Johnny kept saying, "Something is up" and then confronted him again at the end of the vlog. He is such a paranoid person. It's one thing to be attuned to your child's feeling and perceptive when something may be wrong, but it's an entirely different thing to be basically harassing them and trying to weasel some kind of confession out of them.

I completely agree... but, in that house "Johnny knows best" even though he's a complete tool who knows nothing and should be put in a straight jacket and put into therapy for a long time, along with Sarah, because... why would any woman, allow their kid/s to be subjected to that crap all the time, and not take them away? smhrulatows000 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 27, 2020 2:34 pm Wow, um, today's vlog is so disturbing. I thought that story was horrific and how he was holding his child down who was obviously not wanting to be there. While I love my mom she often assumes something is wrong when it is not. Which does to show how much she does not know me and I think this might be the case for Canyon. Why dig up drama when you don't need to? Also I think it's disgusting to think your child is hiding something big then follow them a camerarulatows000 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 27, 2020 2:34 pm Wow, um, today's vlog is so disturbing. At this point it's beating a dead horse with this group but you don't film your child when your are disciplining or trying to get them to tell you a hurt they have suffered. While not for the same reasons Johnny is concerned I am concerned that there are some deeper issues going on with Canyon. There has been several disturbing clues such as hiding the scissors in his pants, refusing to use the potty and pooping in his pants for what seemed like close to a year or more, his anger issuess, also in his day to day life he just seems a little "off" and also Azbury seems a little "off". The young boys in that family behave very oddly. I know little kids can be kind of cooky but the two youngest boys just have very strange behavior.

Has anyone seen this vlog? It's basically Canyon being difficult all day and Johnny and Sarah do nothing to correct him. He even jumps into the fountain and instead of discipline, the parents stand there and film it!

So I started following this Sloan guy on ig and yt when I saw his videos on 8passengers and myka. He’s doing the yawi family next I guess and he’s asking for anyone who has clips or receipts to send him them. I’m sure that yawi has a lot he can expose. Also does anyone know how Danielle met her bf and in the prom video who was allie’s date? Just a friend? I watched Branson and his fiancés only video on their new channel and it was about the prom they had. I don’t see the chemistry between them. Things seem awkward. And there is this whole scene when they are driving to get allie’s date and they stop at a gas station and Branson has this story about how their were guys standing there and how he told the girls to stay together and he was gonna punch those guys...trying to act like a big tough guy in front of his fiancé but it came off so cringe

Re: Tannerites/YAWI: Failing our kids as they fail homeschool | Part 2
I remember watching that vlog and thinking who in the world just lets their kid swim in a fountain! Canyon's behaviors have always been very strange and very outrageous. I can't remember which one it is, but in one of the more recent vlogs he was bullying Az like crazy. Can't remember exactly, but I think he was calling him a name, chasing him around the house, and getting in his face (something to that effect) and it seemed like it had been going on all day. Az was literally crying and very overwhelmed begging Sarah to make Canyon stop and instead she laughed at Canyon and yelled at Az for overreacting. I get that the youngest is usually spoiled, but they take it to a new level with letting Canyon do whatever he wants with barely a reprimand. I can't stand especially how he bullies Az - beats him up, calls him names, snatches toys from him, etc - and the parents do nothing about it.
I am excited to see Sloan cover the Yawi family. I feel like they don't get much attention because they're newer to Youtube and caused a lot of confusion when they randomly made a separate family channel and turned the Tannerites into a challenge channel. However, there are definitely some messed up things that go on in that family. The thing I can't stand most is how Johnny and Branson constantly terrorize the two youngest. Every single vlog it seems they're chasing them, throwing bugs at them, grabbing them roughly, swinging them around, throwing them fully clothed in the pool, holding them upside down, shaking them, wrestling them on the ground, and all while Az and Canyon are screaming 'No!' repeatedly. I get teasing and sometimes roughhousing, but they bother Az and Canyon to no end. In one recent vlog Branson was holding a trash can or something and was spinning and swinging it around like crazy - I was completely horrified when he set it down and all of sudden showed that Canyon was in there the whole time! Az always strikes me as extremely nervous and I think he's in constant fear of getting bullied by Johnny, Branson, and Canyon. He seems like a gentler, more shallow kid, not one who likes all that constant roughhousing. I think some of Canyon's strange behaviors might be from that, too, and definitely the way he treats Az is picked up from watching his dad's bullying.

Re: Tannerites/YAWI: Failing our kids as they fail homeschool | Part 2
I am catching up, but as for starting a list of "receipts"....
1. Johnny appears to pull Az up by the nipple when he doesn't give an appropriate goodbye (I think when they left the kids for Christmas)
2. When Az had a serious concussion and they wouldn't let the kids take him to the ER until J&S got back from vacation.
3. Making Canyon sit on a potty at the dinner table.
I am having a hard time thinking of specific clips that easily show the dysfunction after diving deep into the Griffiths. I am sure there are plenty though.

There was the time Canyon "broke free" from his leash at Disneyland and they couldn't find him right away, but instead of acting at all concerned, they laughed and made the girls go hunt for him. It was probably staged, but that and the fountain swim (that they just shrugged at) stick out to me. And don't forget Canyon sticking scissors down his pants.

In the video where Lizzy and Savannah got new beds, Johnny put the old bunk beds at the other house (the new one they bought with a pool) and mentioned how they weren’t sure if they were going to sell it or rent it out.
Since all of the stuff was left inside of it and they found another set of bunks in the garage I wonder if that home was in foreclosure and Sarah and Johnny bought it on a whim. I feel like from the little bit we’ve seen of it, it looks more like a family home then their current home.

Re: Tannerites/YAWI: Failing our kids as they fail homeschool | Part 2
I don't watch their vlogs as extensively as I used to, but here are some of the more disturbing things I've seen when I do watch them:
1. In 'Five Year Old Runs Away', Canyon apparently left with both dogs, with no one noticing. Instead of going searching for them, Sarah went to go get the camera first because she was vlogging in the house asking if anyone had seen Canyon. They found him on some sidewalk on his bike away from home and the two dogs were running wild in the streets. How do you not notice your five year and two dogs leaving the property and how is your first instinct to grab the camera rather than search for your child?
2. In one of the vlogs they posted within the last week, Johnny was roughly grabbing and holding Canyon down while telling him a traumatic story.
3. In 'I hope he is ok' Johnny films Az laying on the bathroom floor extremely sick and makes him walk to his bedroom bent over in pain while following him with the camera.
4. They left their kids alone on Christmas to go on vacation by themselves.
5. Filmed Canyon with scissors stuck down his pants, cutting his finger inside a pencil sharpener, and cutting underneath his eye (I think?) when he hit it on the edge of the pool. Also filmed Danielle when she got her hand bit by a dog and Az when he had a concussion and looked extremely sick. They should have called 911, poor Az was throwing up and completely out of it after hitting his head super hard, but they made him wait until they got home from their couples retreat to take him to the ER. What happened to not filming kids in pain or distress?
6. Filmed the girls shaving their armpits or legs, or talking about their body odor or bras. Made hundreds of videos about Allie's period and her suffering from cramps.
7. This might of happened back when they were the Tannerites channel, but didn't they have a pet bunny that mysteriously died like days after they got it?
Not sure if anything of these things would really be substantial to report abuse, but for sure they should be demonetized and all those videos of their kids being ill, hurt, or their girls dealing with private feminine issues, should be taken off Youtube.

Re: Tannerites/YAWI: Failing our kids as they fail homeschool | Part 2
Wow, and right as I criticize them showing their kids injured or in distress, they post a vlog of Canyon splitting his head open. Some things just don't belong on camera and your child crying and shuddering in pain is one of those things. You just have to wonder what is wrong with these people - if someone I loved was seriously injured, the last thing in the world I would think of is pulling out a camera to film them. Seems like tomorrows vlog is going to be part 2, still covering Canyon in the hospital. In the preview they showed Allie crying saying that she thought she was going to lose her little brother. It must have been very serious, not something that should be filmed at all.
Also, it sounded like Canyon hit his head by climbing on the side of the pool. Why is no one watching those kids in the pool?! That pool is enormous and looks extremely deep. Those kids should never, ever be in that pool unsupervised, but they had to have been alone for no one to see Canyon climbing on the tiny edge of the pool or to tell him to come down.

One thing noticed is, that Sarah had to ask Johnny's permission to buy Savannah a bra...
That disturbed me.

It's a thing with most family vloggers. Kid gets injured? Pull out the camera! I just don't understand. If one of my children was crying and bleeding, the last thing on my mind would be filming it!rulatows000 wrote:Wow, and right as I criticize them showing their kids injured or in distress, they post a vlog of Canyon splitting his head open. Why on earth are they chewing their scared hurt small child out before and all the way to the hospital??? He's just a little boy! You should be comforting him, not chewing him out and telling him the same crap over and over and over. I can't stand them....

For me that’s become normal for me watching them quiz him over and over I just roll my eyes! What got me is in the next video preview is Allie crying her eyes out because she was told Canyon needed stitches and she was so scared she might loose her brother!....really!!! How old is she!!

Re: Tannerites/YAWI: Failing our kids as they fail homeschool | Part 2
I didn't think that was Allie's fault. Why would they use the expression, "split his head open" to tell her about what happened? That sounds so much worst and scarier than saying he hit his head and needs stitches, but will be all right. Why was no one communicating to her about what actually happened? She wasn't there so she probably thought it was a lot worst than it actually was.Lauralou_15 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 5:48 am For me that’s become normal for me watching them quiz him over and over I just roll my eyes! She said in today's video that her plans have changed and she's moving next month and will be living 5-6 hours away? That's weird, considering she just got a full-time job and now suddenly she's going to be leaving. I'm curious to see where/why she's going.
Re: Tannerites/YAWI: Failing our kids as they fail homeschool | Part 2
isn't Anaheim 5 to 6 hours away from St George. Maybe she's going to disney to make her dream of becoming a disney prinses?

Having watched today’s video, I still think she’s being a little melodramatic having realised he cut his head and had stitches she’s carrying on about it but I do feel sorry for her the other father shouldn’t have said it that way to her!rulatows000 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 10:50 amI didn't think that was Allie's fault. I also think that maybe this reaction has less to do with Canyon more to do with her moving away next month from her family!
