So I haven’t posted in a looooooonnnnggg time, but I wanted to comment on this breastfeeding thing. I’m in the same boat as Rachelle (kinda). My daughter is 2 weeks older than Emma and I have 1 baby boy that is 2 months older than the boys. For the clothes part, it’s actually really easy to breastfeed with a bralette because it’s not structured and you just pull it down to the side. I couldn’t see tandem feeding with it since it’s a little uncomfortable compared to a nursing bra, but when you’re feeding one side at a time, it’s doable. Plus I gave up on finding nursing shirts, you just pull up or down the shirt you’re wearing and that’s it. Plus they are at home all the time, it’s not like she’s trying to “nurse” discreetly.
Now I don’t believe she’s nursing all the time. If she was, we’d hear about it a lot more than about their sleep because nursing is hard with one. Her supply dipped at 4 months with Emma, we would hear all about how she’s soooo happy her supply isn’t dipping at 4 months now and what she’s doing to prevent it. She would be bragging about it if she was doing so well.
Also shouldn’t we hear about how Emma is jealous of them breastfeeding? I had to exclusively pump for my daughter, but ever since my boy was born, she always asks about “eating mamas milk” and at the beginning she would cry from the jealousy. I know Emma doesn’t really know what’s going on.....but with breastfeeding twins you would think Emma would see Rachelle breastfeeding and have some kinda jealous reaction that Rachelle would complain about.
Also her freezer stash isn’t that impressive. If you think about it, she formula feeds the boys at bedtime and then she pumps probably 5-6ish oz. so every night she does that and stores the milk for 4 months. That’s about 120 days of 6ish oz of milk. She never uses that milk cause we never see her defrosting milk or a bottle warmer to give that milk to the boys. It would be impressive if she exclusively gave the boys all breastmilk and then she had that stash on top of it. She’s probably doing all formula bottles during the night. They don’t get enough nursing calories during the day since Rachelle doesn’t feed them often enough and is probably cutting them off at a few minutes of nursing. So they are “satisfied” during the day but eating their most formula calories at night and shes reinforcing their wake ups at night because they know they get the good calories at night.

Also one more thing, Kendra Atkins posted on their 4 month update post that “it was nice to meet the boys today”. So either Rachelle is secretly taking the boys places and they ran into kendra or kendra went over their house.... great social distancing! Idk why Rachelle would hide a “collab” opportunity. Think of the clickbait titles: “twin girls meet twin boys” “twins meet twins” “advice from twin moms” etc

Yes I believe she's lying about where she goes so she doesn't get backlash. She said in today's vlog she only takes emma out of the house once every couple months. I don't think that's accurate at all.

She probably sees Keren, Aaryn, Tara, Kyra, etc. getting all this crap for going out places and doesn't want to be confronted about it.

Yes! Like how do you only put her in the stroller if you only take her every few months...also a lie cause she just took her to target last week to pick out her bedsheet...which didn’t she show in a later vlog that she bought Emma a white sheet??

I wonder if that was a random meeting, Kendra is nothing like Rash, they seem like world’s apart in maturity. It’s a shame Kendra’s channel isn’t bigger because her content is really good, I’ve learned more about raising twins from her than any other YT personality. I honestly don’t know if she would want to do a collab with anyone. I will blissfully assume they ran into each other at Trader Joe’s.

I don’t want to make a second post, but I agree with you Mamabear01 and everything you said regarding breastfeeding. If you do it, it is such an integral part of raising a baby, and Rash has two to feed. That’s probably why they don’t show any of their real daily life, because it would out them. She’s too deep into the facade, she’ll take it to six months and then make some videos about weaning and drying up. There is too much easy content if she really was breastfeeding the boys. My guess is she is pumping only. I didn’t think her stash was that impressive, either, meaning it’s not a lot for twins. Together, they would be consuming 50-60 oz a day, her stash looks to be enough for 1-2 weeks.

Just a side note, I hadn’t realized there’s been no word of Emma having any jealousy since the boys were a few weeks old. I’m kind of curious how that is going. In my house, there’s more jealousy between my 11-month old twins, not so much between my 3-year old and the twins.

Well they met before at a park when Rachelle was pregnant with the twins, Kendra posted it on her story, but Rachelle never mentioned it. I’m guessing because Rachelle doesn’t want to point any viewers to Kendra since they’ll see how much better Rachelle can do with her daughter and the twins.

As time has gone on, my daughter is no longer jealous either, but it’s weird that Emma’s jealousy stopped at 2 weeks...like she didn’t get used to them that fast. Also now cue Rachelle posting a story showing Emma crying while Rachelle “nurses” a twin.

The whole poor us attitude is getting old. Complaining about have 2 parents take 3 kids to the doctor at once is a joke right? My mom used to take 4 kids to the doctor (and just about everywhere else) alone and she never complained about it since my dad worked long hours to make it possible for her to be a SAHM. These YouTube moms really need to check themselves because there are plenty of people who would trade positions with them in a heartbeat.

Seriously I don’t know why this is hard for them. The boys don’t move so they just sit on the table the whole time and we know that Rachelle just gave Emma her phone to watch. Maybe I’d feel bad for her if she did it alone and if she didn’t allow screens for Emma, but we know she turned on Ariel for Emma and had her watch that the whole appointment.

So Rachelle says she needs swim lessons bc she doesn't know how to swim??? My boyfriend's entire family doesn't know how to swim/tread water either and I'm just blown away. I guess if you live somewhere where there's no bodies of water around it's not a big deal but we live in CA!

Idk maybe it's just because I was raised with a pool in my backyard and did swim team my whole childhood, but is it really that common to not know how to swim? I'm not trying to be judgmental, I'm genuinely curious.

I grow up knowing how to swim, we had an in ground pool and we took swimming lessons as kids and had to take four years of swim in middle school.

I live hours from a beach 3-6 hrs depending on where we want to go.

Wow that’s interesting? I’ve personally never heard of having to take swim in school myself. Or even seen a school with a pool inside. Maybe because I live in a more rural area. I only live 3 hours from the east coast (USA) and that’s unheard of here. But even still majority of people I know, know how to swim. Kinda can go both ways I suppose.

I’m in NY, having lived in both rural and cities and Almost every school has a pool. We all took swim classes as part of gym and had swim teams. Def. not true for all of the east coast.

It's all for the "you're such a supermom" comments...when I nannied we took 4 under 4 all together to the drs every time....if you have a multiples stroller to keep them contained and an activity to keep them preoccupied, it isn't that bad.

I’m guessing 0 isn’t an option for age, the boys won’t be 1 in time for this trip. That was pointless to share, unless they are trying to thank that individual/business. And I agree, listing her husband last speaks volumes. I wouldn’t dream of taking my young kids to Disney right now, it’s a goal of mine since I’ve never been there, but not until my kids are 6 and 4. I’ll bet she’s currently roping Kaylee into going with her to help, but she’ll have to pay for her family.
