Did it happen at night or in the evening? Sorry but I understand David trying to get Vanessa to be quiet about it. My husband chopped his thumb off recently and my first reaction was holy shit and then, you have to be quiet. I don't know. It's a knee jerk reaction when you live in an apartment.

I agree it's a knee jerk reaction to tell someone to be quiet if they're being too loud in an apartment... )I've banned scary anything in the apartment when my roommate is there because she thinks screaming "makes it more fun" -.-)

But they also have a three year old and may not want her to start thinking screaming in the house is okay.

But yeah... Yelling typically not allowed in apartments.


I will say, I'm kind of scared to use a knife now the next time I cook dinner O_o I've cut myself a couple of times and I over-react. I'd hate to be in her scenario.

a few things surprised me about this vlog, 1. I really expected to see her complain the whole time and do nothing, but was happily surprised to see her up and cleaning and cooking (goodness when I am hurting and on pain medication, I have a hard time just getting out of bed) 2. On the subject of driving, I don't think she should have been driving on pain meds, especially when she said they made her really sleepy and David was in the car with her and could easily have driven. 3. when she was changing her bandage she put a disclaimer that said something like "it was too gross to show" but she was showing it so I really don't get what that was all about lol.

2. On the subject of driving, I don't think she should have been driving on pain meds, especially when she said they made her really sleepy and David was in the car with her and could easily have driven.

I could be wrong, I was only half paying attention, but I think she said early in the video that she didn't like the way they made her feel and that she wasn't going to take another one during the day. So maybe, hopefully, she wasn't on any medication by that time.

Well, you said "not everything she does is incorrect". So it seems contrary to say the video was clickbait. It wasn't literal. She didn't cut off half of her finger. It had warnings about graphic pictures, and it was very graphic. Sorry, but the statement made no sense when your other statements were in favour of Vanessa.

Moving on. I doubt they gave her anything stronger than a T3, maybe even a T2. It seems like at least 8 hours went by before she drove? I'm sure if David thought she was incapacitated in any way he would have stopped her. You know, for the sake of not crashing their car.

I noticed Vanessa has only driven with David.

She drove with Tracy once. Where I'm from; if you just had your g1 license you can't drive alone and must have someone with their full license of 4 years to drive with you. David and Tracy probably has their full license so Vanessa shouldn't be driving with Lily alone if she just got her license and is practicing to become a better driver until she does her testings for her full license

I haven't noticed them before, but like I stated in a different thread, I haven't been watching her very long. I think I started watching her in December and I haven't gone back and watched many of her previous videos.

Wow, I saw Vanessas post about cutting off part of her finger and immediately rolled my eyes thinking she was exaggerating(which obviously she was because she did NOT cut off half her finger) but she did cut off a good chunk and I know that had to freaking hurt. I do not get squeamish by the sight of stuff like that normally but it was almost too much for me to handle watching lol.

And I have been gone for a while now. Did V really claim she just decided to stop having a mental illness ?? I suffer from severe anxiety disorder and agoraphobia...I wish I could just wake up one day and decide to not live like this anymore. Its got to be the worst feeling in the world and while I know eating disorders and anxiety are different things I don't feel that either of them are something you can just decide one day to get over. I wish it were that easy. I've lost family members because they don't understand why I can't just "get over" it. If she did say that, its probably one of the most ignorant things V has ever said.

I don't really think she 'decided' to stop having a mental illness, she decided to stop abusing laxatives when finding out she was pregnant. You can tell she still has issues with her body.
