Idk if somebody has already mentioned it but I just saw Ruby's Insta Story post about the bin and wow.. She didn't know how to spell it correctly ? I mean I know that's she's not the smartest but once again..WOW

I think it’s more an age thing, from all the different videos of nye I’ve seen the general message was that the kids were split by age (by their own doing) and I know Daniell Klai Zaid and Chad are all really close like best friends and I think they are very close in age, I personally find Ali a little odd/young for her age but at the same time quite standoffish and I think Shari is very mature for her age (not a compliment haha) so I think maybe she and Ali gravitated towards each other as sort of “were more mature than the younger teens” and I think Roberta did hang out with them a bit and Rykel tends to stick with Klai as she’s a bit of an odd age and she didn’t have another one of the kids that was her age. Does that make sense? I feel like I waffled a bit there haha

I literally have no input towards this other than what the fuck are those names?! Omg lol.

Has anyone ever come across Alex Boye's channel, the "Boye Family Jewels"? His wife Julie vlogged the party too and she was not enjoying it at all. (Surprised they don't have a thread!) Dealing with a newborn baby (#6) and 50 other screaming people would not be enjoyable for me either. These youtube dads are so childish...

It's funny that all the vloggers, especially Ruby, had to swear up and down they were drinking sparkling cider and not alcohol.

I had never heard of the Boye family and just (stupidly) checked out their channel. Wow. SO many vlogs violating youtube's rules, SO MANY violating their children's privacy, so many about injury and illness. I'm disgusted.

Honestly I find it so obnoxious that she is even talking on her channel about trying to save money. a)they are incredibly wealthy b) she actually shared no useful tips c)they have a house FULL OF FOOD, they could literally not shop for 2 weeks and be a-okay c) besides youtube she is a stay at home mum, she could make bread everyday, cook meals everyday, not buy sandwich platters etc! The food she cooks is odd but she has all the ingreidients and things like crockpot etc to cook from scratch. d) I know they are a large family but no understanding of how LUCKY they are to have $100/week for groceries and how that is just to cut back/ save money not how they have to shop all the time or how they have to shop to afford basics like 'we need to save because x child needs new shoes' or similar.

She's completely forgotten what it was like to struggle. Weren't they totally poor when Kevin was in grad school and they were popping out babies?

It's worse to me when someone does that than when someone who was raised in wealth is clueless. You expect someone who never went without to not understand what it's like to need to budget. But when someone who has been through it forgets about what it was like, it really chaps me.

I know she's not important to Ruby but anytime ur dog starts vomiting more often and it lasts for a few days there is probably a reason, rather than just 'old age'. She could be having problems with her liver or an obstruction or many other things. So neglectful. :/

Hi, new to this forum and somewhat new to watching this channel. I was just wondering if Russel’s health has been addressed, either here on in the vlogs. I don’t expect youtubers to tell us every little thing, but those dark circles are a little concerning.

I'd like to thank you all for your previous comments but since it's so difficult these days, consider this my thumbs up!

I agree that this vlog was really tasteless (literally!) Making a "game" out of saving money on food when we all know perfectly well she has tons of money for food and other things, just oozes with privilege. And then the judgmental part in me thinks that at least she could use the $200 to buy fresh stuff rather than processed white floured crap since she has tons of non-perishables to back her up and she can afford it.

Re Kevin: Is two classes a lot to be teaching? I have some experience in academia and two is the standard I think. Maybe he does a lot of research too...

My cat is getting old and he started vomiting whe change dhis food to special veterinary food that you only get at a vet and he no longer vomits and completely refuses his old food which was the only one he would ever eat. So yes, she very much needs to take that dog to the vet. However in her family it seems you barely go to any doctor or vet unless you'r eon the verge of death. Need help with anything medically ? Nope you cant go . Have dark circles around your eyes constantly? Heck I dont care.

Ruby just was talking about staying on a budget last video. Now she's having the closets redone by 'professionals' as the stuff is purchased from the container store, which from my experience is very over priced. It is a fun store, but there prices are high.

Is it just me or have we watched Ruby reorganize those freaking closets like 10 times? I'm not a fan of the new shelves. It seems like something more could have been done to utilize the awkwardly shaped space better. It was funny how there were no longer shelves dedicated to pretty trinkets from relatives and old photos. The organizer probably informed them that is just dumb Chad's and Russell's closet makes literally no sense (you can see on intsagram)...you have to reach behind the giant shelves either way to get to the hanging clothes. Russell couldn't reach anything out of there if he wanted. But don't worry, there are 12 fancy baskets for everything imaginable. She makes no sense. I also found it interesting she calls the rooms Shari's room, Shari's closet, etc. Same for Chad. It's like it's their room and Abby and Russell are just visitors. I'd be annoyed if I was Abby and had that giant hedgehog cage taking up half the extra room they have. And no new closet for Julie and Eve?
