Me too. It didn't sound good when she said that they needed to process it, but then she wants to make sure everyone is thinking about Maeve so she doesn't want to share her news before the "wave of light"

I think Vera getting her own post is VERY few and far between. It is a constant barrage of foxes, rainbows & mentions of Maeve. Honestly, I could be completely wrong and there not be a single one. Which is a shame, because Vera is a unique individual and deserves to be spoken about without being overshadowed by a ghost.

To be honest, I kinda get her here. If it is a memorial for lost babies, (I understood it is not only for Maeve, other people also join) it would seem at least to me totally inappropriate to celebrate a chance to get pregnant or other pregnancy/baby related stuff..

I get that. I just think it's confusing that at first the story was "we need to process it". And now it's "the wave of light". She had to know this was coming up. She never misses one of those memorial events.
And I understand making a post about Maeve for it. I just still think that Vera is overshadowed by her dead sister.

Vera will always be overshadowed by Maeve, and no matter how many times Joan reminds us that that Vera is the light of her life etc, nothing will persuade me otherwise.

I took It as opposite... they don’t feel right sharing their news with the wave of light happening today....That’s what she said.

No, Joan. Not everyone’s world revolves around you and whether you get pregnant or not to the point where we’d feel like we got the wind knocked out of us if your embryos don’t make it.

Also Why does she keep saying they took a 6 mo vacation from social media after losing sweet pea (who is meaningless to them now)
She didn’t. They didn’t. She was on all the damn time. I’ve never in my life seen someone re write as much history as Joan.

Could she possibly mean YouTube? Was she doing YT videos after she lost Sweetpea (who hasn't been mentioned in forever)?

If so, it's ironic because if she thinks of YouTube as "social media" but doesn't think Instagram is, and Ruby says that she cut off Chad's social media but is using his return from Anasazi for views and money on YT (and of course she has him on the 8 Passengers IG)

But why?? Why not wear your baby as long as it’s comfortable? There’s nothing unsafe about baby wearing while pregnant. Women have done it forever! It doesn’t cause anything to go wrong, it doesn’t hurt the baby. And Vera is old enough to be worn on the back now.
Joan is so damn dramatic...
