DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30

That depends.... do you enjoy bratty children screaming at their parents?

Or hearing about how apparently pregnancy makes it ok to make your sister put your shoes on your feet, and somehow causes you to not be able to hit a cup while peeing?

Just think it's stupid if you can't be confident in your beliefs.

I felt like it was pretty clear from her video that they were planning to circumcise - also seemed to be confirmed by a video around Christmas where Bryan pointed out that the baby Jesus in the nativity scene wasn't circumcised, almost like he was poking fun :? I was just shocked that Missy brought up the fact that babies can die from the procedure but brushed it off as unimportant - this coming from a woman who has experienced losses, you'd think you would want to minimize any risk of death to your precious rainbow baby!

i'd bet missy would circumsize if her dad and brother were done even if bryan weren't... because they're creepy cult members like that.

Only positive thing about this vlog was that Missy said Cassie was looking at a college, I have hopes that Cassie will turn out completely normal!

Unfortunately it didn't seem like the college was that far away from all the family.

Haven't watch the vlog, the comments here are enough

She is such a lying princess! Gosh I am 10 days away from my due date, I can still put my shoes on! Just cleaned my garden and I am fine! Yes I am definitely asking my hubbi for more help but come on! I am 11weeks more pregnant than her! But to walk around DL, she is ABSOLUTELY fine!

Edit: Hellosweetie, were you induced then as you were overdue? Just curious ;)

Wait. Didn't Cassie already graduate high school? I guess she's taking a gap year if she's only looking at colleges now.
Just the opinion of an internet stranger. Don't take anything personally, for your own sake as well as mine.

Hope you have babes before your due date. Being overdue sucks! The waiting will kill you...

Yep, they induce at 10 days here in Canada, but I think that's the same in the US too. I think you can make an argument for going longer if you want to wait, but I was ready! I had membrane stripping at every appt starting a week before my due date. I think it was probably done 6 times? It did nothing for me. Then when I was 10 days over they induced with Cervadil. They placed it in my cervix and I went home for the day. I went back in 12 hours later for a check and to maybe start Piticon and my water broke (so no P needed). Labour started and I had my little fella 6 hours later.

Ok, not little fella.... he was 9 pounds 7 oz! So glad they never gave me a size estimate the whole time he was overdue!

And fuck yeah I was able to pee in that cup, put my shoes on (ok, I switched to slip ons), look after my 7 year old, do laundry and I even still gardened. It was hard to get up from crouching, but I was 40 pound heavier and had a gigantic baby engaged in my pelvis! Missy is DRAMA.

Not all doctors induce at 10 days in Canada.. that is kind of a sweeping generalization. It depends on the woman, the baby, and the overall health of both. I went 11 days over, and my doctor told me that as long as I was fine, baby was fine, and there was enough fluid - that there was no reason to induce.

Are they hinting at revealing the name soon? I'm going with YourMotherWantedAGirlAndProbablyHatesYou Lanning. It's beautiful, sounds French.

Read again. I said UNLESS YOU ELECT to go longer. At 10 days over, it can go either way, and they will induce if asked. There are increased risks for baby past 42 weeks, and given many women are off on their dating, 40+10 is the standard for a SCHEDULED induction (with no complications) at the facility I work at.

That's great your doctor let you go to 11 if you wanted, but if a woman had asked at 10 he would most likely have complied. I have heard of very few women to deliver past the 42 weeks. It's more common than not to have an induction at 40+10... you're an exception Image

Thanks for the info, hope not to be overdue either as ... well... an engaged baby's head is definitely uncomfortable :D

I am in the UK and I think this can go up to 14days overdue. :(

Lol, it was early when I posted that. I meant "dropped"... engaged would be more than just uncomfortable Image

FX your baby comes when ready and you don't need an induction. Hopefully that's nice and soon!

Today's Vlog... So no one else wastes time on a snoozefest.

They bought all the stuff for the baby's room. EVERYTHING. Showed is nothing.

Apparently all the shopping has somehow given Missy peace about the baby's name. They want to do a video but can't find the stuff they need... so everyone will probably have to wait awhile for them to film a reveal

Parked in "expecting parking" (of course they had to show us that).

Ollie got a haircut. No that doesn't make him cuter, he still looks like a brat to me. Oh, and the screaming continues.

Invited the Hollisters over for Olive Garden takeout. They then proceed to lounge about.

Basically, NOTHING HAPPENED. If that were my day to day life, and I were with Bryan (or Missy) 24/7 I'd go insane.

Didn't they just it a new chair for the babies room? I might be wrong but I thought for sure they did...if so, now they are buying a NEW chair and furniture. So they will have two cribs, when Oliver's crib could've gone to the new baby since he's 2 years old and should be in a toddler bed. And I'm so over the babies name. And STILL haven't heard Missy express any kind of like e for the baby. She says she's excited that things are moving forward...excited to do the nursery...but not excited to have her baby boy in her arms. CAN'T. STAND. HER.

At the beginning of today's vid I was seriously going to come here and start nitpicking about Missy touching and looking at her hair in the camera every time she starts vlogging... Then the next time they're in the car Bryan brings it up. Lol. He was trying to be nice but you know he's annoyed with that stupid tick of hers!

Is she wearing the same shirt almost daily?

Also, at 41w1d I painted my own damn toe nails so I had fresh color on my toes before my son came the next day. All you do is hoist your foot up to your opposite knee. It's not rocket science. But whatever she can do to be lazy.

Ollie's cut was cute. The sides were like what I asked the stylist to do with my son but she left him with a bowl cut. Ugh. Lol. Random rant.

Hellosweetie- you've mentioned Ollie looking bratty. I totally agree. I've always found this to be the case, even before he started being bratty. I think it's the upturned squint at the outter part of his eyes and his eyes being like an ice blue (beautiful color!) on top of that. Bryans eye shape for sure.
