This wedding video, her excuse for not posting it earlier was that they wanted to give the kids a couple of months of privacy. How is this concept supposed to work? She mentioned it so many times that the oldest was married, showed Jenna multiple times in her videos, plus the newlyweds themselves were not particularly hiding the fact by posting wedding dress photos and such. But 3 mins of motion picture would have had them drastically exposed somehow and privacy compromised? Which would have been in what form exactly?
What’s her logic here?

It’s not that she let him have dreads, most probably it was her idea and she influenced him to get them similarly to how Cleo got her tongue pierced for her bd. That’s all part of her master plan of creating a perfect family which includes artsy, non conforming to standards, free-spirited children

I honestly don't think she pressure D'Artagnan into the dreads. It seemed like he was genuinely excited for it. And Leonardo didn't have dreads so I don't think she was forcing them to get them.

I honestly don't think she pressure D'Artagnan into the dreads. It seemed like he was genuinely excited for it. And Leonardo didn't have dreads so I don't think she was forcing them to get them.

No one is saying she is necessarily forcing them into things. But she has managed to establish herself as such an unquestionable authority to them (curious about the methods) that they have become very responsive to and accepting of anything she says or suggests (remember that video where she told one of the boys to ride the bike down the sheer slope and he immediately conformed without any natural moment of reservation despite him being first time on a bike?). That’s the vibe I’m getting off them. Could be wrong of course

I don't think he necessarily did that because she said to lol. But I also have a lot of siblings and know how crazy some kids can be. I think he just did it to be funny.

I thought it was cute. I think you guys are just reading too much into it honestly. Not sticking up for her, but that is my opinion. The blanket training I do agree with.
Also it seems like she makes the older kids take care of the youngest kids which bothers me

So Taina mentions she is a wedding photographer/wedding planner/general photog in her wedding video... I guess that is why her filming seems so odd to me
