Desperate for something baby related in the title... I’m sure Kelsey wasn’t planning on giving the big sister thing to June just yet.

Corbin and his “June is so excited” “June loves...”. She’s two! Even the chickens love whatever. Wonder why they didn’t show June at the swimming lessons. Caught Corbin saying he changed the time of the swimming lessons. What exactly does Kelsey do?

I really think June is a handful. They don’t keep her in a shopping cart or stroller. So it probably takes the two of them to corral her!

They really don't seem to know what people are interested in watching. They "said" they went to Trader Joe's and they "said" they went to swim class, but they don't even show that for more than literally one second. Why not do a TJs haul? I personally love seeing what other people buy. Why not film a clip of June in the pool? (Obviously not the other kids, but Corbin should be able to figure that out. I guess this is his job? LOL!)

They only really film at home and it's getting so boring. I agree they gave that present to June about SIX months too early. Why? Did they just need clickbait?

Filming the chicken is LITERALLY 100% just to fill up space to get them up to 10 minutes for the ad revenue. What effing slackers.

Another couple I follow just announced this week they are pregnant and due in October...and I'm more interested in watching them. It's really interesting to see how two different couples due around the same time make such different videos about it. Kelsey and Corbin are just SOOOOOOOO desperate for the $$$$$$.

Right? The baby isn’t coming for another six months. That’s not “soon” in the eyes of a two-year-old. She’s not going to connect the present to the new baby. Kelsey is only 13 weeks. And telling her she’s going to help them so much with the baby…she’s two. Let her be two. It reminds me of that dumb activity they did where they let her pull a bunch of wipes out and practice changing diapers. The fact of the matter is they’re probably scared because they’ve taken the path of least resistance in parenting, so she’s probably used to getting her way 24/7. And they don't regularly socialize her with other children. Instilling manners, discipline and a routine is going to be a lot more helpful than fake diaper changing activities and big sister presents. But that also takes actual work.

I probably wouldn’t care that Kelsey is an idiot and doesn’t know how to pronounce “bolognese” except for the fact that she is constantly referring to herself as a “foodie,” which is cringy enough as it is.

There's something about the way the space is laid out that's making it feel even smaller. Their kitchen is long and narrow and not a good use of space. There are so many little closets on every wall that it really limits furniture placement. And then you factor in the fact that they have all of this oversized furniture. You need low profile pieces if they're going to be up against a window. That massive headboard does not fit. I can't get over how small their living area looks. The layout of every room in their house, paired with their McMansion furniture, just does not lend itself to a good use of space.

After house hunting and going to a lot of open houses just for fun I've learned that there's a lot that plays into how big a space feels beyond square footage. It's like they saw that this house was 800 square feet, two bedrooms, and had lots of closets and just assumed it would work. But they didn't think through how the rooms would be laid out.

That house was a huge mistake and they were suckers to buy it.

Wow the journalist really blew me away with his skillful videography, a flash of June at the pool then in the garden him begging her to respond if she liked swimming! Why even show her in her swimsuit if nothing is vlogged in her effort to swim?
Also thanks homestead wife for saying you haven’t vlogged in three days and throwing bits of junk at us, not that we didn’t know but she was stupid enough to admit it,and journalists dumb enough to include it!

Yes, he's obviously desperate to get out of Idaho—he never even wanted to move there in the first place. They were forced to move home because they were/are BROKE. I think the embarrassment and stress of that has taken a big toll on his ego. He desperately needs to compete with DailyBumps!!

Obviously the house was a massive mistake (I think everyone here knew that from Day 1), but that doesn't mean pick up and move AGAIN! Does he ever follow through with anything? These two have a worrisome history of running away from their problems. I would imagine his family is pressuring him to get a real job to support his growing family...and now they are around all the time, so he's pissed off all the time.

These dumb ideas are all Corbin. I think Kelsey just goes along with his messed up plans because of his shitty temper tantrum problems and her lack of spine and refusal to get any sort of job.

People are commenting that they can rent out their house and move. WTF? That's such a pipe dream. Even if they rent the house out, Hawaii (especially Maui) is SUPER expensive. Are they putting everything back in storage? Are they planning to live with that photographer friend? Didn't they complain Hawaii was really expensive just on their vacation there? What are they going to do about a car? Are they going to ship everything over? Will they take Paris?

My parents lived on Maui most of the year for about 10 years after my siblings and I went off to college. Moving there is not cheap and not easy. I think I recall it takes about a month just to ship a car there.

I'm guessing he's just floating the idea to get attention, but if he's serious, then I really wonder what his mental health is like currently. They've said soooooooo many times they moved to Idaho to be around family and settle down, but those are obviously just lies to cover up the fact that they are broke and probably drowning in debt and Corbin is seriously depressed.

I don’t know what it’s like in the states, I’m Canadian, but here if they sold their house this early into the term of their mortgage they’d either have to port it or pay a hefty penalty (usually the interest you would have paid over the course of the term, typically 3 or 5 years).

I sort of think that's the case too, but Corbin does things very impulsively — like quitting a good job after only being there a week...and he moved all the way to Portland for the job. I think even buying this house was an impulsive decision.

I get the feeling he's fighting with his parents (again) and wants to bail on Boise. I had a feeling the peace between them would only last so long—as long as they were giving them money, most likely. Corbin's parents didn't even meet June until she was almost one because they obviously weren't speaking.

I 1000% could see Corbin blowing a gasket about something and impulsively moving to Hawaii without any real plans.

How could they even afford to move to Hawaii? There is only so much debt you can take on before you just aren't approved for a loan/rental situation. They rushed into buying this old, tiny house and it wouldn’t have mattered what was said about it. So wonder who’s going to pay for the new roof, new baby, plants, and travel? He couldn’t be making that much money doing that video stuff he says he’s doing.

He better HOPE that the inspector lied about the roof. That is, if he hired a registered, certified inspector. There are some stiff protections in place for inspectors who miss small problems, but if an inspector misses something huge, or flat out lies about a major problem, they can be forced to pay to fix the damage through their insurance.

But, chances are, Corbin didn’t hire a registered, insured, legitimate inspector.

They keep saying "harvest," but I grew up with all sorts of fruit trees and there's not really a specific day you just go out and get everything off the tree...and more often than not squirrels, birds, spiders, bees, yellow jackets and worms would already take their turn. Plus, it becomes a massive mess in the yard if you don't keep on top of cleaning up.

I feel like maybe the inspector said “up to 5 years”, and Corbin heard “don’t worry about it for 5 years” - you know if it had been written in the report, Corbin would be stamping his feet and trying to make the inspector pay. Also today Kels was like harvest harvest harvest ,love my homestead blah blah blah! Probably reading here seeing people are laughing at them! She even mentioned she missed the planting timeline like sb mentioned! But what grinds the most is she mentioned an array of vegetables and fruits ,I mean sure she wants to be farmer Joe but seriously woman!? What takes the cake though is her saying this is her dream home! I mean how more of a lie! Yeah, dream home if you are couch surfing with a toddler!
