I roll my eyes hard when they mention that one. None of the girls had huge medical problems when they were born. Pretty certain you can’t blame adjusted age at 4.5. But they sure as heck would try.

I saw someone online saying her 8 week old wasnt behind he's only 5 weeks adjusted... 37 weeks is full term. not sure why she feels he's behind his birth age though.

I think it varies place to place/Dr to Dr etc. Where I am 37 weeks is term and 40 weeks is full term. So a premie would be anything born before 37 weeks and after is just a little early. My daughter was born at 38 weeks so was 2 weeks early but don't adjust.

I had planned c sections for my three girls
And always delivered at 38 weeks so I wouldn’t go into labor. They never said this was early or adjusted anything.
