I’ve noticed indie seems really developmentally behind the other girls. It’s not shocking considering how tiny she was then and how tiny she is now, mixed with the eye issues. She looks like a 3 year old and developmentally seems like a 3 year old. It’s sad she won’t get the help needed. They’ll be going to kindergarten in the fall...the others can write their name and she doesn’t seem to be able to.

I would love to pretend they are getting help for Indie (and the others too for that matter) off camera. I highly doubt it though. They love to vlog every second of their mundane lives and the excitement and drama of visiting a health professional would definitely be vlog worthy material.
The trouble is that the girls are nearly five. Five. They are getting too old for
early intervention. They really need to get Indie's eyes looked at and into see a physiotherapist, speech pathologist and occupational therapist and commence therapy pronto. She is in high danger of starting school unable to keep up with the work and getting labelled "the dumb kid". It's a hard label to shake, because if a child believes they are dumb, it will become self fulfilling prophecy and an impediment to learning.
Ashley doesn't seem to understand that labels open doors and get kids the help they need. She is too preoccupied with presenting what she believes is the perfect image that she is doing her children a huge disservice by not getting them the help they need. The trouble is that this "perfect" image is just a veneer and huge cracks are already obvious. Those girls would be so much better off, if Tylard and Trash put down the camera and got real jobs. Keep Manny at home with the girls because she is the only adult in their lives who seems to have half a clue on how to raise children (I know she is far far from ideal but she is their best bet).
