For all we know, they have a million in the bank. Someone mentioned they need 0 down for a VA loan. Maybe they said hey we can do this and seller financing then keep all our savings for fun money. Not smart long term, but it’s possible. Or maybe they have tons of debt but are pulling 250+ a year and it ends up being more than enough to make payments and have leftovers. Clearly, they have good credit if they are being extended loans for multiple purposes.

I’m just really shocked that they bought a house that needs so much work. I could never purchase something that didn’t even have gutters! I didn’t mind the inside but most posters here are right that it’s a hole in the aspect that they are having to put so much into it right away.

All she has done this pregnancy is lay on her couch and order fast food while her son watched tv. That is lazy.
He stays in pajamas all day.
She never takes him out anywhere to interact with other kids.
She hardly made any videos, I was shocked to see she put out some videos lataly....it was crickets over on her channel for the last 8/9 months.
She had a bit debate on her IG stories the other day where to put the new baby in the car...
Either behind driver, or behind passenger (which would require her to move Bash from passenger to driver side) but she is.l choosing to put her newborn baby behind the drive out of sight and comfortable reach to keep Bash within sight and comfortable reach. That says to me Bash is more important then the new baby.

Yeah well Krista is lazy and doesnt even like her child who is about to be born...so...

What?? Krista tried forever to get pregnant again .. I actually follow her and I’ve talked to her a few times. I’ve never saw her do or say anything that implied she doesn’t like her unborn child and she’s far from lazy. Maybe you have her confused with one of these other bimbos.

I don't watch her videos, but I have seen some.

BUT - she's in PJ's, ALL DAY?! She eats fast-food? She's pregnant. That's a easy pass. I have never seen her neglect her child. He always looks well dressed and taken care of. Matter of fact; the videos I do recall watching she was always playing with him, feeding him. If she hasn't posted a lot - how does that mean she doesn't want her unborn child?! Serious question. I thought she was trying, for a while, to get pregnant.

I was disturbed by the way Skyla yelled at Adeline, and here's why...the other day I noticed Skyla freaking out because Adeline wouldn't pose for a picture Aaryn was taking. I think it's quite possible that Skyla was yelling at Adeline today because she was whining and disrupting the video Aaryn was taking. If so, that's ridiculous. Even if it's for another reason, Aaryn needs to nip that behavior in the bud.

I cannot even express the awful vibes I get from Skyla. Idk what it is but every time I see her face I just get the worst feeling. She's a little monster bully in training. Obviously they must talk to Adeline or Nick like that because she had to have gotten that tone and attitude from somewhere.

Wow her assistant really is just that and not a nanny. I don’t use one anymore but my friends who still do would never let their nanny sit there in a pile of iPads on her own phone with the kids. They’re supposed to be there and play with or do enrichment activities. She really is just a paid friend and not a child care professional. I’m baffled that anyone would need to spend money on that.

Couldn’t tell because the filter she uses mutes the color. Dear god I hope it’s not her bed because honestly that’s gross but the number of times we’ve seen her kids in HER bed on their iPads is countless so I wouldn’t rule it out.

That's what im wondering as well. Their guest bed would probably already be in guest house so she would have a bed there.
