Dang britch shows no emotion while Frank is looking at the ultrasound pics. She's so cold and only concerned with how many pics she received and how many ultrasounds she will get. Considering Frank says it's his last baby, I'm thinking its a boy. I'm super curious if the baby has something wrong since everyone is pointing out a potential issue seen on the ultrasound pic.

There were at least two comments in the latest videos about how Frank took Nolan to the store to buy him a lifejacket and how it was disappointing. Those comments are now gone, so she's purposly ignoring social distancing recommandations.

This reminds me of her pregnancy with Harlow she didn't mention it and you know how much she likes attention UNTIL they found out she was having a girl. At the time I wondered if she planned to terminate if the baby was a boy with DMD. Now I wonder if they just plan to not say anything because if the baby doesn't have DMD she seems the sort to rub it in the nay sayers faces see we got a healthy boy.

Or does this kid have a hand difference like Nolan? Can they tell on the ultrasound? IDK if those are genetic or they just happen.

In a normal situation I don’t think it was wrong. Those stores are open. But with Nolan being high risk it was stupid.

If they are going fishing on a boat with a grandparent, Nolan absolutely needs a well-fitting life jacket. And we know Nolan struggles with balance issues because of the DMD. Personally, I think it's a good thing for Nolan to go out fishing with Frank and his father(?). In a few years, he will have difficulty getting on a boat. I hope he has a great time!

The governor of South Carolina has not been as strict with stay-at-home orders as other governors. Stores are allowed to be open if they limit customers in the store. He is opening up state parks. Boating was always permitted if you could launch from a private dock and ,now, the public docks are opening up. And, in South Carolina, a visit to family was considered a justified trip. So Frank is not doing anything that goes against the stay-at-home order in SC.

How old do you have to be/weight recommendation for a booster like that to be safe?

My 3 year old, who is a week older than Harlow and three lbs heavier, is still rear-facing so I’m years away from that.

Proper car seat safety is literally one of the easiest parts of parenting and none of these YouTube moms seem to get it.

I am talking about common sense though, Nolan is high risk. Bringing a kid into a store right now unless absolutely necessary just seems ridiculous. They’re putting themselves and all their kids and others at risk by not following social distancing recommendations. Nolan is high risk and so is Scarlett because of her asthma. Nolan should NOT be going to a store nor with Frank’s parents. None of the kids should be going to stay with his parents. AND his parents took Harlow to the fire station??? Like what planet are these people living on?

So her most immune compromised child is gonna go outside...around ppl....during a pandemic...you have got to be fucking kidding me. Just because SC isn’t strict with staying doesn’t mean they can’t use their last 3 brain cells to stay home.

I live in NYC where it has the most cases but if I lived in a city like SC I would still stay tf home because I wouldn’t risk giving my kids something that has no cure.

These assholes have it all....a big house, a porch, backyard and STILL feel the need to go fucking around outside when we’re supposed to stay tf home. My kids dont have any of that & yes it’s hard to be indoor but guess what, we stay tf indoors because we give a shit about ourselves and our kids.

Being in a booster is a combination of a maturity thing as well as a weight and height thing. Some boosters are weighted as low as 30 pounds so you can’t just go off of size alone. You child should be able to sit still for the entire car ride. That means no leaning over to bug siblings, no leaning against the door or out of the seat to nap, etc. The child also needs to be able to buckle and unbuckle their seatbelt on their own and be trusted to keep it on the entire car ride. So Nolan may meet the size requirements to be in a booster, but 5 year olds are rarely able to sit still and straight up 100% of the time during a car ride.

She used to be really good about car seat safety until she met Frank. When they got the Tahoe they switched Nolan to a backless booster and Aria doesn’t have a booster at all. When she did that Aria wasn’t tall enough or old enough to be without one which ya know is illegal. I got bombarded when I pointed it out by people saying “it’s her kid not yours” “mind your own business” “why does it matter to you it not your kid” “why does it matter” Nolan should still be in a five point harness. It’s not like he’s too tall or too heavy for that Diono seat it’s honestly pisses me the fuck off.
My next door neighbor died in a car wreck when she was 5 in a high back booster. I strongly believe that if she would’ve been in a five point harness she would have lived. This was ten years ago at this point and we didn’t know better then but we do now. I’m so tired of these YouTube parents playing games with their kids’ safety in the car. I fought with my parents to keep my brother rear facing until he was 3 we would’ve gone longer but Dionos take up a lot of room rear facing.
I stopped watching a YouTube family after they turned their 18 month old preemie babies around at 18 months because they were finally 20 lbs and could forward face. They got ripped in the comments and they haven’t talked at all about car seats since. Random people on the internet care more about the safety of these children than their own parents.

I thought for sure the car seat thing was a known thing. I swear I made a comment about low muscle tone and protecting his neck and spine with a 5 pt seat as long as possible. Seriously some Britax seats go up to like 90lbs now forward-facing with a harness. She can totally afford to have all those kids in hella good seats if she wasn't a POS.
