My feelings exactly. My husband is also in the navy and most of the wives/girlfriends I met are completely obsessed with anchors. I don't understand.blahblahblacksheep wrote:It's a henna tattoo. The only thing I don't like about the infinity symbol with an anchor is that I know like 50 girls with the exact same tattoo. I believe if you get a tattoo it should be original and not something you see on 1,000's of people. It's even worse because my husband is in the navy and I'd say about 1 out of every 5 wives you meet ha some sort of anchor tattoo. I just don't get it? If their husband was a trash man would they get a trash truck tattoo?!

If there's enough bedrooms for everyone (including the baby), I'd say it's plenty big enough.

Can someone tell me why Henna tattoos at bad for you? I've never heard of them, I don't think we have any place around me that does them.

It's one thing I will never understand. It's HIS job not yours. Be proud but don't obsess. I don't understand. I guess I never will! Hahailoveeeecheeesee wrote:My feelings exactly. Re: BumpsAlongTheWay Part 2
Eh..a tattoo should be whatever you want it to be A million girls get stars or butterflies, it makes them happy, who cares? Lol. The infinity&Anchor has meaning to them, I remember they explained it either in a vlog, or a bumpdate, so I can see why he/they would like it.
As for the wives, it's probably just a small thing that makes them feel closer to their husband. It's not much different then hockey wives who show up to every game, decked out in the teams jersey/colours.
I can see why the anchor would mean something to them, an anchor keeps things grounded, stable, safe, and I think it suits them just fine.

Your absence has gone through me like a thread through a needle.Everything I do is stitched with it's colour

The trick here is to check in on the narcissistic train wreck once in awile without being subscribed.
I used to like them in the beginning but holy shit they are so fucking self righteous and annoying hypocrites now. True colors I guess

I was tempted to comment on today's vlog and ask Bryan if he was still on a diet lol. He is looking chubbier. His facial hair isn't hiding his double chin very well anymore.

Re: BumpsAlongTheWay Part 2
My point is and always has been that no age is "too young" to let them sleep in a separate room, as Bryan stated. No where did I ever say there is anything wrong with baby sleeping with you. If that is what works, go for it! But don't preach nonsense that just isn't true. (not you personally, of course!)FLOSSY77 wrote:He sounded stupid. But Lfo3, what is your point? What is wrong with the baby being with them? I kept all my babies in the room with me till around 1ish. Each was different. None had a problem. What is your argument?thelittlefamilyof3 wrote:I get what you're TRYING to say here...But really, it's invalid. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to put your child outside with no shelter with dangerous animals such as wolves (just using the example you provided). Not so much just letting them sleep in their own room. YKWIM?briannaspeaks wrote: Yes, you CAN put a child in their own room from the start. But you CAN also put them outside in a crib with the wolves. But that doesn't sound too realistic... Just as to some parents sleeping in their own room is the same; Not entirely but you get my point, I hope so.

Re: BumpsAlongTheWay Part 2
Commenting on Bryan's "double chin" really brings nothing to this topic.Perhaps Bryan keeps failing at his diets, because diets don't work. Diet is a temporary fix to a long term problem. For all we know, he may have an emotional thing with food, a lot of people do, and it's really quite sad.
The best thing to do is portion control, there are plates and lots of cool things that help teach you. Personally I used something called "lifesize portions" I gained 40 pounds with my son,and this alongside beach body products (Turbo Jam,Insanity,P90X etc) And lost it all Then got pregnant again because I'm a fool haha.
I'm not sure if you read here Bryan, sometimes I feel like you do because of things said on the vlogs. If you do, I'll give you some advice, take it or leave it.
Start out small. I know you work often, and I know you tend to get take-out while on your lunch break. Start off small, even bringing a packed lunch 1 day a week will make a huge difference, work your way up to atleast the majority of the week, 1 day off for a take-out lunch.Have your take-out lunch, but make a healthier choice then you normally would have.
I know you like those bubble tea's,those are atleast 200-400 calorie range, it adds up,quickly. Try to make your main drink water. If I choose to have a "treat drink" I usually only do it with one meal of choice. Our drink choices add up calories incredibly fast,it's generally empty calories that are better spent on real food, that is going to help keep you full.
While at home, always try to include veggies in every meal. I make half of my plate veggies, always.A tiny sliver of butter, teeny tiny pinch of salt, and pepper, seriously delicious. Watch your meat portion, try to aim around the palm size of your hand.It makes a huge difference. I know you eat mac and cheese, but don't treat it as a meal, treat it as a side dish!
You need to move.I suggest getting a gym pass, purchase a work-out dvd like Insanity. My hubby does insanity, and loves it. It's hard, very hard, but his body shows for it. You have Karma, take him for an hour walk, everyday. He'd love it,he needs it and you'd love it. Missy can come along with Oliver when she feels ready.Great alone time and bonding time for YOUR entire family.
It's easier to make small changes and work your way up,then to declare a diet and start out with drastic changes. It can't make you feel good to state quite a few times now, that you are going to diet, and then fail. It shows on the vlogs. It's honestly just common sense, and little things we don't think about.
