Regular checkup's aren't a huge deal breaker for me, my husband only went to a handful of those. BUT... if there was something major going on he dropped everything to be there. If there were ultrasounds of my kids heart or kidneys going on, or getting the results back for those tests he would have been there right with me. Bryan has NEVER cared about the kids health issues. Even though i don't really have issue with him skipping an eye appt (my husband has never been to any of those either) it's just another appt he has missed bc he's always got something better to do. That bothers the piss out of me. Im not 100% convinced that it's all Bryan though, bc i can totally see Missy telling him her mother is going and he is not needed, and Bryan knows better than to try and come between Missy and her mother. Another thing,.... if Bryan was so busy with work meetings that he couldn't come to the appt, and Mimi was with Missy and Finn... who was watching Ollie????

I listened. Don’t think they’re going to get the listeners they’re hoping for. I was curious to see how they came off. Yes, he still interrupted her. Which is so annoying. They’re trying to justify the hard work of daily vlogging, yet he said that he sends stuff out. They made it sound like they were filming from the time they woke up to 7 pm “when the camera would go off”. That’s a lie right there.
He had to convince her to Daily vlog. I’m still not sure of their whole time line thing. It’s seems out of sinc somehow.

You could hear the pause/edit when at first Ollie says he wants a pirate party then suddenly it’s Harry Potter. Sure Bryan.

They also talked about how good the quality of their videos are now and the content. I still think they’re crap and all they’ve done is made it into a kids channel.

There will be a video of it on her channel. Oh almost forgot... right at the start they have a whole discussion about him not wiping his penis after peeing. I actually felt a little queasy. You know their young viewers are going to watch on her channel and have to listen to that.

He plugs vidcon and the two performances he’s doing there. All the other busy things they have going on and still play fortnight every night because they’ve gotten so good.

Yeah.... I listen to a ton of podcasts are rarely watch YT anymore, but that is a crap podcast. Some podcasters actually put work into their shows!

I don’t see them getting enough sponsors to warrant continuing. I say they do 6 shows tops before calling it quits. Kids aren’t listening to podcasts.... adults are.

Depends on your definition. If not really daily vlogging, and doing bad skits with Ollie and occasionally Finn, and turning into Ollie's toy channel, "better", then yeah. Adults are unsubscribing in droves, but their overall views and subs are going up. They are _minting_ money. But they are also _spending_ it... And it ain't gonna last forever.

As much as I don’t enjoy their content, and I’ve been unsubscribed to daily bumps for so long now...I honestly respect their business sense and hustle compared to lazy Ellie and Jared and C&K. DB may be sellouts but they do seem to know how to be creative and make changes when needed in a business sense. I watched the podcast and enjoyed it- I turned the video off as soon as Ollie came on lol I enjoy watching adults talk, I don’t watch family vlogs for the cute but boring kids lol I watch for the mom/dad life and relationship dynamics- I find it interesting. I never knew Bryan had a job serving, graphic design, daily vlogging, filming Missy’s channel, wedding photography and he was creating content for another channel. Gotta admit that is pretty impressive. Can’t imagine Jared or Cullen doing that.

I gotta wonder about his "graphic design" job. I don't buy it. He doesn't have the education to actually be a graphic designer. I have a few friends that are, and they worked really hard in school. One graduated Summa cum Laude with a BFA. He might have worked for a design firm, but I don't think he was actually a designer..
I did know he was a server. I don't think he learned anything from it, by the way they let Ollie run around restaurants and what we've heard here about the way they act in restaurants. All those jobs and no actual career? He was in his early twenties when they started vlogging. All those jobs at that young age speaks of inability to stick with something, not a great work ethic. If he hadn't lucked into vlogging, they would still be living with Mimi and Papa. He may have hustled when they were first vlogging, but now it's like he's throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks. He's doing the minimum amount of work to keep the money flowing. They're not even daily vlogging anymore.

I like how many times they said they were relatable and other similar descriptions...I think the only people they are convincing is themselves.

Relating to their comments on “I miss the old Daily Bumps”, I think they are missing the point. People miss the Bryan and Missy who weren’t grandiose and arrogant, I don’t think I think matters when people started watching per se - if they watched any time before B&M moved into their McMansion, that’s the Daily Bumps that’s being referred to. Pre-skits.
