She'd said she'll leave it up to the girls to get tested to see if they're carriers for MD. I dread to think if Harlow or Aria as teenage girls think they're invincible like their mom seemed to and are a young mom with a son with DMD.
Considering teenage pregnancy is cyclical, and all the other things we know about this family, the odds of those girls making it to an adult age without pregnancy aren't great.
I think B confuses the idea that special needs individuals should be treated equally with the fact that in the case of MS, it isn't a pleasant way to live (or die). YES Nolan deserves to live a great life and to be treated the same as his peers wherever possible. NO that doesn't mean he would ever wish to have MS and it isn't just "another thing" for her to deal with.
Hopefully Ean or someone else will step in and educate those girls so that they don't have kids without understating the odds of passing MS on.
