Lol. Ew.

She probably plans to use them while in the ocean to prevent infection or something. Missy always knows best right?!

Seriously though, tampons are a definite NO while pregnant. She should know better. We've debated on whether a lot of the things she's done are safe (rollercoasters), but this one is a no brainer. You'd think she'd be more careful. I hope her MW doesn't watch the vlogs.

(Ok no... I hope she does!)

Could you explain why you can't wear tampons when you're pregnant? I've just never heard of that (I've never had kids) and really didn't know lol!
Although sterile in the pack they still pick up bacteria from the package to the vag, and this is no big deal to women, but if it gets to the baby he/she can get very sick. The tampon holds the bacteria in place so there is a greater risk of it spreading.

There is also the risk of Toxic Shock, which could be deadly to an adult, but will be deadly to a growing baby.

Tampons also mess with your bodies natural flora and a yeast infection would suck while pregnant.

Basically it boils down to there being no real need to use a tampon while pregnant, but many reasons not to. That said, this is Missy and she always has her reasons.

Which goes back to my theory of her being careless on purpose knowing that the pregnancy was a boy.

Why do they insist on putting Oliver in that damn "original" shirt? IT'S.TOO.SMALL. I swear they act like the kid has other clothes. If you love it that much, buy another one that's appropriately sized. Sheesh.

I wonder what day Cassie's prom is on? Is it the same day as the wedding? Personally, I would have gone to Hawaii. I wonder if she could have gone to Hawaii and come home early for prom or gone to prom then Hawaii. Seems like they're going to be there awhile. Why did they need a two bedroom suite if Mimi and Papa won't be sharing the room?

So why can't Missy, Bryan and Ollie take the room with two beds and Mimi and Papa take the big bedroom? Seems super wasteful. That room can't be cheap. Must be nice to have so much disposable income.

I wonder if Ollie has a college fund.

Why did they need two bedrooms? That's two extra beds no one is using, and I'm sure Ollie's crib would fit in the "master" with them.

Or maybe...either Missy or Bryan will be sleeping in Ollie's "bachelor pad"? Watch for unmade beds!

I'm not sure where I stand on the separate bedroom theory, but it's bizarre that Missy took so much time to decorate the guest room and yet the master has not one single thing on the walls, they have yet to paint over that purple color they've complained about so much and on nightstand doesn't even have a lamp? It's like it's a guy's bedroom or something...
Yep, that's exhibit A right there.

Exhibit B- the guest room bed is often messy, so someone sleeps in it.

Exhibit C- Missy took great care to decorate it, paint, new furniture. The works!

Exhibit D- Missy keeps her clothes in the guest closet and her makeup/hair stuff in the vanity.

That's enough proof for me!

Exhibit E - Usually in the master bedroom 1/2 the bed is still made up...while the other side looks slept in.

Yep, obvious. ;)

Um, all of those can easily and have been explained.

A-They're just soon bussssyyyyy you guuuuuyyyyssss

B-Um, Karma likes to sleep in there and mess EVERYTHING UP.

C- they gotta do something with their Target purchases and it's where Missy occasionally films videos

D- Bryan's clothes are SO BIG they take up all the room and the guest room has... better... lighting... for makeup?

I dunno, those are better than the excuses they give us.

Today Vlog wasn't so cringeworthy. It made me want to move back to Hawaii lol. They should of roomed with Missy's cousin and saved money.

Or at least Mimi and Papa. M&P could have had the master, M&B could have each had a separate bed and Ollie in a crib. And they could have eaten every meal together like they do at home.

Ok, I may just be a Hawaii snob but.... that is no $700 room. IF it is, it's only because of poor planning on their parts since they technically rented two hotel rooms (a one bedroom and a suite). For that money they could have stayed at a nicer resort (I'd be surprised if that's a 4 star) and had an ocean front room.

We were a family of 3 for 7 years and travelled a ton. You don't need a whole extra room for you kid! They have couches in living room areas, or our little fella liked his "pod"... like a little travel tent. We would put the extra money into a nicer hotel or ocean front view (much different!).

About Cassie... I'm thinking they couldn't afford for her to go. Perhaps prom or Hawaii wasn't an option? I thought she told her mom and dad it was ok to go. That doesn't mean she ever had the option.

How happy was Missy when she was "playing" in the ocean and her mom and dad were standing the watching. Ugh.

Who wants to guess that this "vacation" for Mimi and papa will be watching Ollie?

Yep, at least half the time by Missy's way of thinking.

How does she think her kid is a chore anyway? He doesn't even seem that bad! But even if he is a chore, he's HERS... not mommy and daddy's. They aren't your slaves Melissa.

Poor Papa. No more going in the ocean for him because Ollie doesn't want to, and apparently that's his problem.

Double post, but wait!

Ollie still sleeps in a crib.

Ollie has a bed (?) and an entire room to himself.

Sure no one will be sleeping with him. Sure.

And if not, holy irresponsible!

They could have fit a travel crib in that room easy. Looks like B&M need their space.

I am of two minds on this. Our 14-month-old's crib is in our bedroom. We have to be so, so quiet when changing and climbing into bed. Their Hawaii suite is spacious, but Ollie will definitely wake up even if they are just watching TV or talking in the same room.

Just to add: My family and I stayed overnight at a hotel on our way to an event with another family member who has a young child. We basically had to hang out in the hotel hallway, which I know people think is irritating (see: last vlog conference). There isn't a good solution except maybe to spend the entire rest of the night on the porch in their suite.

Or in their bedroom. They pretty much go to bed as soon as Ollie does anyway.

I think Missy gets the big bedroom, and Bryan gets Ollie. An extra $250-$300 a night for the length of the trip seems like a waste when it could have gone to a real 2 bedroom suite or a nicer view.

That's just me.

Not to mention... since when do they care so much about Ollie sleeping? At Playlist they shared a room with him, and moved his crib around the hotel with them. Just saying the extra beds doesn't make sense unless 1 is for B & M too. They like to blow money, sure! But only on themselves.

On the plane they had a 'deal' for each to watch Ollie for an hour.
Why? Just let your parents relax and deal with your kid yourself... Oh right, this is dailybumps.. That's a foreign concept.
Ugh.

I'm not from Maui. I'm from Honolulu, but when Missy and Bryan were pronouncing the town's name I laughed. #sorrynotsorry
