I honestly don't think the name will be too "out there," but I could be wrong. I could see it being a flower/plant name like Violet, Lily, Sage, or Iris. Maybe something related to water, like Marina. Since Kelsey said she liked more masculine names for girls, it could also be something gender-neutral like Reed.

This has bugging me the past few days. If they are truly trying to make YouTube their full time income, they certainly don't act like. The put up some half assed videos. Are they "daily vlogging" or just throwing up any video every day. Today's video was ridiculous. A 3 minute video of preparing for a name reveal, are you kidding me? That should have been one clip in a longer video. They don't show anything else they are doing in a day. They are just putting forth the most minimal efforts while hoping they can support their family on this!? I know the Lannings are quite annoying, but at least they show more than one tiny clip and call I a vlog.

I hope these two are freelancing and bringing in other incomes more than they let on.

I really don't know how they're not freaking out. They don't have their own car, they don't have a home, they really don't even have jobs. I would be worried sick about providing for this baby, so would my husband! Are they just banking on making it big on YouTube? What's their plan!?!

They are probably in denial about their channel not growing. I'm sure Bryan and Missy are coaching them to just keep putting up daily vlogs (when they should be posting 2-3 days a week because of lack of content) and that their big break will come soon. They probably think once they put up the birth vlog that they will make it big. I bet Corbin is putting off looking for a "real" job because they are holding out hope YouTube will come through for them. And I'm sure Kelsey never plans to work again.

I think Corbin might have burned a lot of job-related bridges in Portland, especially after he quit a job with a MAJOR news station after about a week!!! I'm sure they are desperate for YT to work out for them at this point. Corbin should probably be looking for even a part-time holiday job just to help out with the future finances. They seriously can't expect the same YT career as DBs...or they are just freaking nuts!

Their biggest problem is that Corbin is completely unlikable and seems like a total douche bag.

Oh yeah, they are totally phoning it in at a time when they should be motivated to work like crazy to bring in more money. If they are doing freelance work, I can't imagine it's going to be enough. It's not like they're highly skilled consultants. The kind of freelancing they're capable of is stuff like blogging, copy editing, data entry, etc.

At least Missy would put Bump Updates on her channel and not use it as a substitute for a vlog. Their new subscribers rate is going down and they're only at about 1,488,000 views the past 30 days. When you take into account that they're paying a sizable share of their earnings to a network and that their monetized videos only bring in money based on viewer engagement with the ad that plays before the video (whether viewers click the ad or watch it without skipping), they can't be bringing in more than a couple thousand max a month from YouTube. They need to be getting consistent sponsorship deals to make the big bucks like Bryan and Missy, but their channel just isn't popular enough. The more I read about Fullscreen, the more it seems like a scam masquerading as a premium service for vloggers. I'm sure their meeting in LA was with them to try to jump start more sponsorships, but I don't think Fullscreen is able to provide that for the small channels who don't have clout.

Using non-skippable ad and clickbait titles are their method of keeping their revenue stream alive until the baby comes. it is sad. They could have done so much better for themselves with the help they received. Will see if the baby can help the channel in the future.

Also, how the heck are they doing any sort of freelance work when they don't even have WiFi at the house??? Are they using dial-up?? I do lots of freelance work and at-home WiFi is a MUST. I think Corbin has been lying about his "mystery" job since the beginning.

They spent almost $300 for Thanksgiving?? How many people are they expecting for the meal? Don't people usually offer to bring a side dish or dessert or wine or a salad? They really don't seem to have any budgeting skills. I did Christmas dinner last year for 8 people and I don't think it was more than $175, but I also shopped in advance, purchased things on sale and went to Walmart.

Also, why didn't they go to Walmart - that would be a lot cheaper than Safeway and there is definitely one in their town. They must think they are too good and too hipster to shop at Walmart.

I'm pretty sure Kelsey is on the Oregon Medicaid program for her health insurance, so I'm assuming if they qualify for that they qualify for whatever the nutritional assistance program for pregnant women is in their state. This is usually a voucher program I think, slightly different than food stamps or SNAP. I don't think it would cover an almost $300 grocery bill though. If they did all this shopping for relatives who are coming into town I bet his parents covered the grocery bill. That can't be just a meal for two.
