These family vloggers have backed themselves into a corner. Youtube doesn't care about their families. The business side of things have changed on Youtube because of the loopholes and sellouts. It has been easy money so of course they are going to jump just to keep what they have but it will come at a big cost.

Yeah, I’ve read about it in a subreddit I frequent, and a user there essentially posted the ‘resolution’ of the problem:

This is actually illegal in Ireland and violates The Hotel Proprietors Act of 1963.
Duty to receive all comers. 3.—(1) The proprietor of a hotel is under a duty to receive at the hotel as guests all persons who, whether or not under special contract, present themselves and require sleeping accommodation, food or drink and to provide them therewith, unless he has reasonable grounds of refusal.

Would the fact that someone is asking for technically “free accommodation” be a reasonable ground of refusal though?

Yes, refusing to pay would be reasonable grounds to refuse a guest.
However you can’t turn away a guest who is willing to pay just because of their profession as a YouTuber.

I had no idea it was illegal. The comment the hotel made... "Who will pay the salaries.. being featured will not make up for lost wages" makes sense.

I personally don’t even think they know yet what their schedule will be. The are skirting the question big time every time someone asks - either they don’t have an answer, or they are just completely rude and unappreciative of all the viewers out there who legitimately love them (for reasons that are beyond me! lol). Say what we will about the minions, but there really are a lot of them who are very loyal and look up to DB. I don’t know why they can’t give them a straight answer, if they are expecting the fans to stick around and continue to support their channel or whatever comes next.

I love how Missy said they had figured out how to vlog so that it doesn’t interfere with their lives. One, I think daily vlogging is so inherently tied to their lives that this isn’t really possible. (They may think the boys are living normal lives without cameras in their faces too much, but it’s pretty clear that the boys are affected and will continue to be affected as they grow up.) And two, jobs don’t interfere with life - they are a part of one’s life. Why are they proud of figuring out how to do the least work possible to pump out low-quality content? If they are so proud of their job, why do they treat it as a total inconvenience?

Nope. I wish there was, because then we'd likely get some more insight to why Missy is like she is. Maybe.

I finally had to join. It’s been killing me that know one has been able to figure this out.

On one of Missy’s Q&A, her mom talked about a girls club Missy was part of — Denim and Lace. That’s a Hyles-Anderson Independent Fundamentalist Baptist Church program. That’s what I think they came out of.

My guess is somewhere in Mexico. They said something about “not caring if the internet even worked” where they are going, so that makes me think it’s out of the US...since their phones would likely give them internet access within the country. And they are all about scratching more countries off their map. I don’t know...just my random guess because I bored with them.

My bet is Salt Lake City Utah! Going to Moab. Theirs no service there and meets there love of desert/dry arid places. In nature enough where cell service may be questionable
