Laughing... She's competing with Aaryn and other Mom's on those Oils. She has no business acumen, no concept of branding and probably believes just because of who she is will get sales and subscribers. I can't even see her keeping up with all the communication it takes with orders and downstream peeps.

Cue for an IG story on how hard being a Snake Oil Salesman it is... Or another Mom Fail

You could probably just google it. I wasn't paying attention completely but it looked like your typical run of the mill sweet potato casserole. There should be tons of easy recipes just like that on the internet.

Right!! I just watched her story too and it got me thinking. I don’t know how these women are so convinced that their videos are not “for kids”. They are constantly doing videos about their daily routines, their nighttime routines, their birthday parties, gifts they got them etc. Hell, they even post videos all about potty training and breast-feeding. Yeah, those are tips for moms but how many of those videos include a kid on the boob or a kid on the toilet? All of them! How the f is that not a targeted for kids video?! Any kid under 18 could see that title and be like, oh cool let me look for Christmas gift ideas, or how cool was that birthday party! And I guess unless they sign in with the YouTube kids app or something you’re right, they would have no idea that a kid is watching it. I think more of the issue will be that none of these women are going to mark their videos for kids but kids are in it and they’re all about mom life. I wonder if it will be up to YouTube to determine the kids content or if viewers can flag the content. Just because they’re not watching a cartoon or the ABC’s as Bri stated, doesn’t mean that the video can’t be found by kids. I think the main issue here that all of these women are missing is that their children are being exploited on the Internet. They are making money off of their child’s face and that’s really screwed up. I understand the panic for some of these people, I don’t feel bad, but this is their only source of income and it could literally put them on the street. But like I said I don’t feel bad for them because you made this decision, to quit your jobs, and rely on something as unstable as social media for your income.

She sending anyone who signs up for her young living a personal package... desperate much? Why don’t you just go back to work, it would be so much less stressful! Steady pay, health insurance, retirement... like why put yourself through this?

My exact thoughts. This is WAY too much effort. Just go back to work like everyone else and live a minimally stressed life. Shes so desperate. I cant even imagine how neurotic she is in real life.

Maybe change to her is when she is counting macros VS when she is not counting macros.

Yeah I think she is saying if someone watches baby shark, (or any kid video) then her video YT will target her. But it's still the same ISP, so I'm not sure if it matters or not.

Kids under 13 are not supposed to even create an account, so wouldn't most be using their parents accounts and then maybe some older kids probably make them before they turn 13

I feel it’s just a way to pass the blame and responsibility. If I, as a parent, choose to allow my four year old to watch certain videos, then that’s my choice. Even if a stupid choice, it shouldn’t remove her responsibility as a YouTube video creator. There will be rules. They will need to make videos regardless of when people allow their kids to watch. She needs to stop trying to make parents feel guilty for the fines she may incur.

Thanks for stating this. I see it as child labor and those kids get nothing out of it other than future embarrassment.

Its really interesting to watch this unfold, I do see comments on some of the mom videos from kids (at least if they are real comments) saying they wish their mom was like that. So older kids are potentially living vicariously through these YouTube moms, which is sad.

What about teen moms? They are still kids themselves! Do they count as children? And some of these teen moms that create video are going to be SOL for relying on YT for income.

There is also auto play which can be toggled on or off, sometimes YouTube will play a similar video to whatever is being watched, or if mom passes kid a phone they could misclick.

I do think that they need to take some responsibility here. Don't leave it up to your "fans" or up to YouTube. Properly label the videos and follow the rules, what happens if I get in my car and start speeding and get caught, it would be MY fault. Take some ownership and stop shifting blame.

Tiffani already has said she's not scared. I don't believe it, though. Her husband doesn't work, she doesn't work, they are relying on this!

Omg who wants to watch her peel potatoes. Had t fast forward most of her new video. She leaves the oven open forever to put new toppings on everything. Letting all the heat out of the oven? Has no one ever told her to quickly close an oven when it’s open for that reason. I guess she’s never worked a job in food

Yeah, writing goals in a planner about only buying coffee out 3 times a week is the sh*t she’s talking about. Not actually working on her issues. She used to say she had a text therapist but I guess she was just promoting the app b/c she hasn’t spoken about it in a while. She said it was great for her since she can’t get out of the house for actual therapy. ImageImageImage If you can hire babysitters to go get orange spray tans, nails done, massages, etc, you can hire one for psychotherapy. Also, maybe, idk, leave the kids with your stay at home husband? But why get better when you can continue to whine on the internet and ask strangers for mental health advice?

Bri is sadly mistaken in asking her fans to not let their kids watch her channel. It’s out of the hands of the viewer. The onus is on the creators. Youtube is not basing this decision on who is watching now, it is basing this on their parameters for child content.

Also T.Titty said that they had a babysitter today so she could take Ellaaaah to the doctor. Where is Tiny Nanny today? Maybe he is out on a job interview? He had better have some backup income coming in now. Put all their eggs in that youtube basket.

The problem with youtube right now is they are only giving 2 choices when you upload a video...1. Its for children (if it is then they don't get monetized or promoted in any way) 2. its for adults (but that will be reviewed and if kids are in or if they have cereal in it or say the word Fun..all these crazy rules. They could fine them 42k dollars. They didn't leave any middle ground for even craft channels or music channels or even people that sell on ebay but show antique toys for collectors could get the boot.
Chris needs to get a freaking job and they better save all the money she has made. Its crazy how now she is selling the oils. She always looks so desperate to make money. Its nuts when she has a nursing degree and could have a regular job with benefits and live a normal life

Exactly. Why would they expect their fans to do their work? So lazy!

The fact they even use baby sitters is a joke. They spend a hell of a lot of time together both being at home parents and with those early bed times or nap times they could be spending quality time together. Play some Scrabble or connect 4, have coffee together, watch some TV. Nope it has to be expensive days out. They can't even be around each other without Tik Toking it or pushing for hotel sponsorships. They don't know how to be a real couple. I know some couples aren't content just staying home but others don't even get that, they work opposite shifts and don't get a bunch of free stuff like toys and nurseries.

I think maybe they will use the first few months of the new ToS as a beta, and iron out the kinks as they go along. Hopefully people using the platform for that will still have their other jobs til the rules are more clear cut. Or maybe they are ambiguous on purpose so YT itself shifts the blame. 🤔
