And apparently, the laws vary by state. Some states give an exemption for taxis and liveries. Anyone wanna look up Florida?
ETA: I checked. Florida does not exempt taxis. They should have requested the Uber with car seats.

Florida is one of the states that offer the car seat program.

Do you mean Uber has car seats? Or that the law exempts Uber? Because what I found said that car seats are still required in taxis and liveries. If you found otherwise, that's fine.

That they offer car seats.

I'm from from Canada so laws are different.

my husband works at a WDW resort & was a manager in the bell services department. The resort had different car seat to put in the limos/sedans/luxury suvs for guests that were true vips or wealthy & good parents who paid for the resorts private cars so children were safe & the resort was not breaking the law. Boom! Lumps suck as parentals!shocking no!?

*waits for the latest update to come out from Bryan saying that they totally requested an Uber with car seats and that the "dangerous driver" insisted that they not use them and that they get the hell in without them.

And also, he was definitely drunk.

(Seriously though, this guy drives in Kissimmee so he's no stranger to children. I wonder just how OTT the kids were for him to tell Missy she needs to control them!)

From what I could find Uber Family is the service that B&M were supposed to use in Orlando. The minimum age is 2 years and 25 pounds though, so Finn wouldn't have qualified anyway. Bryan and Missy sued to wrong service, so no wonder the guy wasn't expecting kids.

Does anyone else find it ironic that they fly first class and spend ridiculous amounts of moe y everyday but they are Ubering around Orlando to save money?

If he was actually dangerous, then why didn't they call 911??!! That's what normal people would do. They didn't. I think they knew they overreacted to something and were ultimately in the wrong. Hence, no vlogging of the incident, no police report, Uber customer service didn't help them and Missy basically said "he might have just had a bad day."

Think of all the recent airline incidents people have been videoing and posting (or selling to news networks). You really think Bryan and Missy would miss out on that publicity if something was ACTUALLY dangerous and wrong?? M&B f'ed up and won't admit it.

Yes, this will probably be the case. He can gives whatever excuses/damage control he wants - they *still* would be responsible for getting into that car and not refusing and calling another Uber that had car seats. And if they thought he was possibly drunk, WHY would they not have the driver drop them of and then call another car? It's their responsibility as parents to remove their children from that situation, even if it's an inconvenience. So spin it anyway you want, BryBry...you are still ultimately the ones responsible for your kids' safety.

Yep. And that's why they didn't show footage. Because they didn't want everyone to see their children in the car without car seats, acting out, yelling (Ollie) etc. If he was really "dangerous", they should have had him pull over. Yes, he may have been a jerk, and it was bad customer service to yell "F*ck you!" at Missy, but he wasn't "dangerous". And they knew it.

From Ellie and Jared's vlog, it seems like they had some business panels today, but "too good for panels" lanning fam didn't bother attending. I'll give Cullen and Katie a pass here- they flew in yesterday. Seriously though, it seems like they came for the fun of playlist instead of the business side. Do they think they are too good for bad things happening in terms of their YouTube channels? That they're all set for life and they can party and vacation every day of the year?

Ollie will be 4 soon and he is old enough to be taught not to kick and put his feet into the back of someone else's seat. I was taught this at a young age and I taught my daughter the same. Heck, if I kept on my dad would pull over and have a stern talk with me. And I knew to knock it off.

There is no excuse he has not been taught that it can be dangerous if someone is driving it is naughty to do this and can cause that person to get hurt and it could hurt everyone in the car and others in their cars as well.

What gets me is,this is this man's property that he purchased with his money. He may have worked very hard for this car and to have a child which I assume kept kicking the back of the seat and B&M ignoring him and laughing about it like they do for everything when he acts up was beyond fed up and said something to tell them to make him stop, instead of ignoring it. As it has been said Ollie does no wrong in their eyes.

I blame B&M for Ollie's bad behavior because they have taught him to act this way. It is very disrespectful of B&M to not stop the disruptive seat kicking when it was happening. He is old enough to be taught not to kick or break some one else's (whether it be a toy from a child or something that belongs to an adult) property. Not everyone can just throw money away like his parents.

I do wonder what's going to happen when Missy and Bryan are called in to Ollie's future school and told he's done something wrong.

They have to be proactive in disciplining Ollie. It's for his benefit. On their vlogs, if Ollie misbehaves it's an opportunity to get a thumbnail and a great vlog title. That's not the way the real world works, Kids are not going to want to play with him if he's out of control. They're going to make him into the weird kid.

The girl that took the stickers off and told him looked so pissed. It's just super immature. You can have tons of fun and not act like a dumb 15 year old.. it was so embarrassing to watch. These playlist parties look so boring haha. I'd just grab my friends and either drink wine and eat treats in our hotel while the kids slept, Or go to a nice place and eat food, get some drinks and listen to some live music/dance... just me? I just don't see how it's fun to bop around awkwardly like a high school dance. Katie and Ellie had the right idea lol.

Well now we have proof that Bryan controls Missy's social media accounts. He accidentally posted on her insta story, then went to his story and confessed to the mix up.

Plot twist on Missy never posting about Bryan.
Since Bryan is doing all the writing and posting on instagram, he doesn't feel comfortable praising himself on Missy's account, even though people assume it's Missy posting.
Just a thought I had that's probably far fetched ImageImage

Bryan is in charge of the networking and social side of things. It's business, and if Missy won't engage with the fans it's actually a smart business move for Bryan to do it for her.

As much as I hate to stick up for him, I actually think he's the one bringing in the money as Missy sits back and just watches it roll in.
