Yes. Teach for America is for college graduates who cannot get jobs with their educations. School systems waste taxpayers’ money “guaranteeing” spots for TFA “teachers” when legitimate, trained, and passionate teachers are sitting right there, trying to get a job. Their research is garbage and they have a terrible reputation.
Everything you both state above is true. I know two other people from OU who couldn't find jobs in their majors after graduation and went with TFA for two years. The way it is supposed to work is that you are given a conditional license for two years and placed in a troubled school district of their choice. It is then expected that you work during the day and go to a real accredited college in the evenings and work towards getting a real teaching masters degree and license by the end of the two years. All expenses are paid for by TFA. So at the end of the two years they should be REAL teachers. At least the ones that go through this program made something of all the time and expense of 6 years in college instead of wasting their parents money.
Now TFA can't force you to do the evening school part - if you choose not to you are out of the program after two years. It sounds like Brianna didn't want to put forth the effort and chose not to pursue a real teaching license. If she partied in Baltimore like she did at OU that would answer the question. I wonder how much she regrets her choice now. She could have had a nice teaching job with summers off and also could have taken advantage of the liberal time off policies for having a baby at most schools. I think she said her BFF that still lives in the area is a teacher.
She doesn’t regret TFA for one second. She talks about it like it’s the Peace Corp or Doctors Without Borders.
I’m sure her teaching skills were abysmal. She probably just liked decorating her classroom and the false sense of superiority that Teach for America instills in its “teachers.”
One of the best early-grade teachers I’ve ever seen was “lateral entry” with a degree in Psychology while she worked on getting her teaching license. She was truly skilled with managing even the most difficult kids. Her students were several large leaps ahead of the other classrooms (with teachers with education degrees) in that grade. Sometimes the talent is just innate.
Brianna can brag all she wants. Those of us in education who know what we’re doing know the truth. She has zero reasons to brag. ZERO.

Since she’s been home from her trips, I’ve seen her cook ONCE (for St. Patrick’s Day, and Adam bitched and complained about it.) Bri and Adam are total slobs. If you ever look in the background of her stories it’s a disaster. One of the first times I saw her videos was a clean with me and she showed the before. Dishes piled in the sink. Overflowing trash bins in the bathroom. Clothes all over the bathroom. I consider myself somewhat messy but I thought wow I’m neat compared to them! I think Bri wishes she had this type A personality but she really doesn’t. She stays up late , drinks, watches crap tv and has anxiety about everything. We all have issues. Stop trying to look perfect.
Also I never want to hear her complain about free time. Since she got back from her girls trip to London , she has had a date night and now a girls night. And she got her nails done today. But tomorrow it will be omg what a day, I had to take L to school and speech therapy. I’m exhausted. Please. Spare me.

The car was trashed like that with the snacks WHEN THEY GOT TO THE POCONOS (they showed it in the vlog). She made her sweet little girl sit on top of a mound of OLD FOOD for 6+ hours straight during the ride home!!! Not to mention however many times she rode in Bri’s car since they got home. Disgusting. She should be ashamed.
I’d say that’s pretty good evidence that she only cleans for the views and the Grove affiliate link clicks. Nothing she does is authentic except her excessive drinking and horrible style.

It would’ve been so easy for her to take her nice new Dyson outside for 2 minutes and just vacuum her seat.
For someone who's so omg TYPE A like she thinks she is, it would have made perfect sense to keep the dyson in the car for a trip like that knowing good and well that you're giving kids snacks like that and you KNOW it's in the car seat. GROSS!!
Bri is disgusting... whoever called her a surface cleaner said it best. She's so filthy and nasty. Between the non showering and the nastiness that she lets her car get to, and subject those kids to... I'm so grossed out. Nothing is inspiring about her. Nothing is "boss mom" (wtf I hate that phrase). Nothing motivates me from her stupid "motivational chats" she does. I'm not convinced ANYTHING about her channel is anything less than a parody of being a mom.
I know Moms who really have their shit together who work, go to school still, shuffle kids around, PARENT THEIR KIDS, still put dinner on the table and have clean homes... BRI ISNT ONE OF THEM.

She is so full of shit. Bri is NOT a working Mom. She is NOT a "boss mom". She wants to be relatable, yet she sits at home on her exercise bike in her ratty slippers, drinking wine and giving fake motivational speeches. That's not relatable. That's not being a role model. She needs to shut the hell up, put down the camera, work on her marriage, spend actual time with her kids, and fix herself before she can give advice or motivation to anyone else.

Nah! I think Aaryn posted that because she read the mean girls from the Aaryn thread are setting up a private chat group. I promise I can't stand Aaryn, but I'd hate being part of that chat group even more.
