It's annoying because I live in Northern Canada where there's a ton of snow right now, and I still feel the need to get outside whenever its milder out, like -5 Celsius. In the summer when it's warm we are always outside! I can't believe B&M don't take advantage of the beautiful weather more often.

I wonder if that's the norm for people that live in warmer climates. Are they so used to the nice weather that they no longer appreciate it? Yes! Haha. I live in Israel, weather is gorgeous 10 months out of the year. And yet, although I miss the good weather during the three weeks of super cold and rainy winter, once July comes around and it gets super hot, no one appreciates the heat, we all just miss the winter. It's the same here! If it's 70*F in the winter people say it's "too hot", but then it gets down to 50*F and it's "too cold". The summer is ALWAYS too hot. No one is ever happy. Of course, this summer when it was raining rockets we weren't exactly complaining about the heat. But usually what I wrote above is the case
It's not normal to have your mom go to all your doctors appointments too. She's a grown woman, and shouldn't need her mommy so much. It's ridiculous. Not judging the multigenerational household thing, but I don't think they all did it right. B&M got spoiled, and were able to "play house" without having to do any of the boring stuff like fix things and cook.mommyluvv wrote:

They were still there yesterday. It rained though, so it doesn't look like they did much.
