Lol that scene where Justin calls Rash was totally staged. She answered it showed :03 seconds on the phone, then he says "Hey, you still out?" at :10 seconds but acted like that was the start of their conversation. She answered, told him she was vlogging, and he acted accordingly. Must be nice to live a fake life.

also notice how he tells her 'i love you' at the end of the call but she cant be bothered to say it back. he must've irritated her in some way beforehand.

Also, does she never just let Beau hang outside for a while on his own? “Are you gonna stay out there all day? You’ve been out there for like ten minutes.” Ten minutes? That’s nothing for an active dog that’s practically still a puppy. That house is so cramped and small for a dog like him, just let him do his own thing outside for a while. Put some water and some toys out and make sure he has a shady spot. If they don’t let him stay outside on his own because the backyard isn’t dog proofed then that’s their fault. What does Beau do all day inside? Every single room in that house is cramped to the max. They have been filming them at the park more often with him but I hope they actually exercise him enough for his age and breed.

10 minutes here in SE georgia is a long time for my dogs. but they are boston terriers and they cant handle heat.. If they are out longer then that they are panting like crazy. Once my son left them out for 20 minutes and one ended up at the vet with IVs his temp went to 106. That is because short nose dogs cant regulate thier temps especially in the summer months here in Georgia .. But she is in Cali where ther is NO humidity at all so thier 80 degrees is like 70 or lower here in the SE

California does not have that low of humidity levels. But her dog is definitely not like yours can handle it a lot better.

She probably legitimately spends 200 bucks in clothes for Emma every month, especially if they’re from places like Jamie Kay or wherever she got her Easter dress from. Time to cut back on Jamie Kay and Starbucks!

200 seems like an awful lot for rent to increase at once, though. In my experience at least. That would be more reasonable if their landlord suddenly decided to update all their appliances or fix their countertops or floors/grout etc, something to increase the value of the property significantly. But they are in Southern California so it may be different than what I’m used to. My rent’s going up 15 bucks when my lease renews lol.

I think it’s pretty standard especially if this is the first increase in three years. She also mentioned they are in a month to month lease. The landlord can increase the rent every single month if he wanted to.

18mths ago we sold one house and rented for 4 months in between selling and buying again. Our landlords actually lived next door to the house we rented and have turned into good friends. We obviously signed monthly for that cos we didn’t know when we’d be buying or take possession of a new house.

California does not have that low of humidity levels. But her dog is definitely not like yours can handle it a lot better.

It would be hilarious if he saw them talking shit about the house and he decided not to rent to them after their lease is up so that he can go in and fix the house up to be able to sell or rent for double the price. They better have enough in their savings for that.

I cannot imagine how much/how fast they’re actually saving for a house. The median value for houses in Temecula is 472k according to Zillow. A standard 20% down payment would be 94k for that. She keeps complaining that houses in CA are so expensive and “jokingly” saying they’ll move somewhere else that has nicer houses for cheaper but I don’t think she’d ever do it. I get wanting to be close to family in CA but her complaints are all out of sorts if they decided to have a baby with college funds and leave the military etc. It’s like they don’t even make the connections that their decisions have put them exactly where they are right now and have delayed their house hunting process. I get the feeling that their house itch is specifically because they’re so sick of the rental they’re in right now, and if they moved into a nicer/more updated rental they’d feel better for the time being and would be okay with holding off buying a house for longer. Even without their grossness, their apartment just seems dingy and very outdated so I don’t blame them for wanting out. They just have no self awareness about the situation they’ve put themselves in. They did say they’d be making a decision about what to do this summer probably so I’m assuming they’ll be moving into a different rental.
