I’m sorry, but your average upper middle class family in Ontario cannot afford a $4000 bag. My household income is likely higher than hers and yet I would have no business buying myself something that expensive. I would consider that stealing from my family. That’s two months’ worth of mortgage payments. A down payment on a vehicle. New appliances. A family vacation. Christmases, birthdays, a safety net...need I go on?

You can do A LOT with $4000 and all of it is more important than a Chanel purse. Maybe she thinks that because she has so much stuff given to her for free, she deserves even more.

I don’t think she bought the bag...this time. I do think it’s weighing heavily on her mind and it will show up at some point, along with some absolutely ridiculous justification story.

I just got caught up on 55 posts on here and wow, once again this page has delivered !

I don’t think Elle bought the Chanel purse. Knowing her she gave herself a personal goal that if the she hits 300k subs she will buy it, then justify to Dan that she will keep it forever and hand it down to Blankette.

She has been giving so many mixed signals lately on her brand and ETHOS of her channel.

She’s done this after every kid, when a new baby is born she gets a boost of energy or “creative ideas” for her channel and she runs with all of them, running around like a chicken with its head caught off, trying to see which one makes her the most money. Then she burns out and all we will see for a month is vlogs of her folding laundry or sitting on the couch.

Stay tuned bitches, it’s going to be a bumpy ride but so worth it!

Also, about the LUXORY Thrift haul that no one asked for, she made it seem like she visits these stores all the time! She has “favourite shops” in Toronto... Well I call bull shit. I’ve never, ever seen her wear anything but fast fashion or some organic cotton/bamboo romper. Other than her LV purse, what else has she bought from these Luxory thrift stores?? We all know Elle is a hermit and doesn’t leave the house unless she’s getting Botox or filming a vlog so it’s not like she goes downtown Toronto to hang out with a friend going thrifting.

I think she has a regular job and her blog/social media is a side gig? I’ve only been following her recently so maybe I’m not accurate on that one.

She posted some questions/answers tonight on instastories and she had the best answer, which is so opposite to Elle’s ETHOS.

Question from a follower: “How do you find so many brands to work with you?”

Her reply: “I don’t, they find me. That’s their job”.

Not like Elle who probably contacts any and all companies for free shit. “I’m out of toilet paper, I should contact Cottonelle for a #paidpartnership”.

The only people/businesses that reach out to Elle are Etsy shop owners who need social media accounts to sell their shit.

On bluebirdkisses account. And I completely agree. Ana is such a weird person. You basically hit the nail on the head with your description of her. I wonder how far in the hole they are financially. She spends money like it’s no thing, yet on instastories earlier in the week she was having a shit fit over a $120 lululemon shirt. Like, yea, it’s lulu it not cheap, but you have 30 luxury handbags.... you have no business being upset over a $120 Henley if you have that kind of spare cash

She made it herself because it has to fit her Scandinavian Target-chic minimalist mid-century modern neutral earth tones palette. Don’t worry, I’m sure she will make it available for viewers to purchase in an e-book soon!!!

5 min of Elle moving that nasty stinky wool rug inside, only to decide it isn’t clean enough and she’s going to have to hire an expensive company to clean it but that’s ok “the rug wasn’t cheap either”

Elle goes to the dollar store to buy sustainable ethically made ethos-aligned picture frames. Jk. Normal dollar store frames.

She explains the chore charts to the kids. Poor Forde sounds so sad during parts of it, he is already exhausted by his mothers controlling narcissistic personality! I have said it before and will again: her controlling, micromanaging behaviour is robbing the family of peace and joy. I think Forde is a people pleaser by nature and just wants to be a 'good boy' for his mommy. News flash buddy: she will NEVER be satisfied. You will always need improving. This will make for a very anxious child. He is a good kid and should be happy--Dan needs to grow a pair and tell her to leave the kids alone and stop imposing her neuroses onto them. Very toxic indeed.

Am I crazy for thinking having 4 glass picture frames in a heavily trafficked area - whose intention is for little kids to constantly manipulate them - a dumb idea? If it were me, I would have laminated the pages and framed without the glass or found/cut plexiglass ‘glass’. In my opinion that is asking for something to break.

Also - agreed about the POOR choice of aesthetic. YOU like it Elle, not your boys. And Cohen can’t read so he can’t tell which is his. Hell, YOU made it - why not add their pictures to it AT LEAST. I’m surprised she let them have blue and green markers instead of rose gold and gold

Also - definitely love her sustainably sourced picture frames with minimal packaging. Definitely abides by her ‘save/do without until you can afford quality’.
