I was thinking the same thing when she was showing the 'tour' - what a typically uninspired show home. Nothing original about it. I don't understand why these women strive to just get the same versions of what everyone else has, but just newer or bigger. Are we sure that’s the same home? Seems like a crazy price jump, even if she got money from her dad. Her current house is in the $300k range, right? Even if she is able to put a huge down payment, there would be higher taxes, maintenance costs for a larger home, etc.
Regardless, there is something seriously wrong with our world if someone can buy that expensive of a home for cleaning toilets on YouTube and exploiting her children while hard-working teachers, nurses and the like struggle. They are the ones who deserve nice homes, not greedy, soulless strivers.

I looked at the house listing/builder's website, and yikes, those are some hideous exteriors on those homes. No architectural design, charm, or character. Just plastic and cheap looking. She will basically be living in the middle of a construction site. I guess I just don't get the appeal. And if she is moving into it before her baby is born, you know those houses will be just slapped together. So many corners will be cut. Those are the kinds of houses that tank in value over time because they are so slap-dash.
Her money situation doesn't add up, especially since Adam seems to not be working. Just a few years back she was finally able to make enough with Youtube to not have to work her full-time job. I find it incomprehensible that she has made such a huge amount of money since then. Maybe she did scam everyone with that course of hers, maybe her father had more money than we know. Or maybe they're just all about faking it until you make it and they are in massive debt.
IF it were me, I'd rather buy a smaller home and renovate it to my tastes and sock all of that money away for my kids' college funds. Three kids are expensive! And who knows what the future thinks. Does she not realize that there is a whole new generation of mommy vloggers coming up behind her, ready to take her place. She will be old news soon.

Her current home is worth 350k, I was thinking the new one would be 450k to 500k. I don't believe they will go thru with this purchase. Is it all for views? The property taxes is what’s the craziest to me. I wouldn’t be surprised if they could pay off a million dollar home over 15-30 years, but property taxes are huge for homes like that, and those payments do not end.
On Myka’s cash crush channel (take with a grain of salt, obviously!!), she said that as a general rule, number of subscribers = annual income (including sponsorships) and if it’s less than that you’re probably being underpaid by sponsors. So theoretically if Bri has 300k subs, that’s $300k a year. But if she is be making that much now, I doubt she’s going to be making that much 20 years from now. So they may be able to pay off the house but those taxes will be harder to keep up with if they don’t make good investments.
