Here's another issue I don't think has been addressed yet. The dogs! Their old house had a fenced in yard. They would open the kitchen door and the dogs would run down the stairs from the back deck to relieve themselves. I think one of the reasons they didn't hang out much in the backyard was because it was full of dog poop. What will they do in the new house? Their backyard is not fenced and is open to the golfers and golf course. How can they just let the dogs out to poop? They are no longer fenced in for security. Will they actually have to put the dogs on leashes, walk them and carry clean up poop bags now? With their lazy habits I don't see them doing that. So what is the plan for the dogs? I still can't get my head around the fact that they spent a fortune on a new property without a fenced in yard knowing they have children and pets!

I 100% agree with you. They seem to be the type of people that are super optimistic about stuff at first like, "Oh no fence? That's okay! It'll be good for us to get out and walk the dogs" and that last about 2 weeks. " I bet they'll end up geting an invisible fence for the dogs.

Watched a chunks of their live stream... more like Cullen drunk stream at 2am. He made a remark that Kelly and Jay had a half hour drive home. It drives me crazy that he so easily lies on the fly. Yes I get that it may be to protect their location or whatever, but when he just pulls lies out of his ass so quickly it makes you wonder how much he actually lies that we don't pick up on. People that do that are some of the worst in my book. Also, I like Cullen, and I like Jay, but when they get together it's so obnoxious to watch. Maybe it's more of "it's funny if you're there" kind of things. But as an adult watching from the outside I just roll my eyes.

Watching right the vlog now. Not entertaining to watch drunk Cullen and Jay going through the live stream comments. Caught that "half hour drive home" too. Not sure if he was joking or lying. Just muted him. They're really cracking each other up, and he thought this was good vlog footage?
This is just the first day in the new house, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but if it's going to turn into the Jay and Cullen Show, I won't be watching.

I took the 30 min drive home as a sarcastic remark. Not snarky just oh it's 2 AM and you still have a long way to go wink wink. Watching Cullen and Jay reminded me of when our friends would come to our house and stay late. The guys always thought they were funny. It made me nostalgic for the good old days

In a golfing community they may not be allowed a fence, but they can do an invisible fence for the dogs. We had one when we lived on 6 acres. Now that we downsize we have a fenced in yard. We walk our dogs daily as well. Not sure how old their dogs are, but our 12 year old mutt can't walk to far in the summer heat per our vet's orders. So we have to go early in the morning or late at night.

That's strange do most golf communities not allow a fence? My sister has a golf path right behind her yard and lives in a golf community but has a big wooden privacy fence.

Or hire a professional dog walker now they're in an up market area. Nothing like seeing a personally paid for service driving up your street and into your driveway for all the neighbors to see.

I really liked the livestream. I think C&K are the only vloggers I would ever want to hang out with irl. And Katie seemed buzzed (or super tired) so I'm not sure about the pregnancy speculation. But wow would that be exciting if she was. I've been catching Cullen's little hints about growing their family. I hope she is. They're older and her biological clock could be running out soon. They want 1-2 more children so it'd just make sense to have them now.
Has anyone seen clips of Katie breastfeeding in the vlogs lately? Maybe they were using breastfeeding as birth control and just haven't used anything else since Brooks started eating solids...

I wonder if they just decided to let it happen naturally and not use any form of protection after Brooks. She is in her 30s now. If she wants a big family, it needs to happen fast. If she is pregnant and Ellie doesn't get pregnant she is going to be so jealous. I wonder if missy, Ellie, and Katie are all pregnant at the same time.

A fence isn't something that is particularly hard or expensive to add. They said they had landscaping plans.

We have a house on the market in Alabama on a golf course, and they have no HOA, no covenants and membership to the club is not required. It will vary from community to community, but just Bc they are on a golf course doesn't mean that they can't put up a fence or have a super strict HOA. Doesn't mean they don't either, but... just saying...

Katie typically doesn't show her breastfeeding outside of the newborn stage when it's impossible not to show since it needs to be done so often. I know she weaned Gaines a few months after her 1st birthday, so I assume she's still BF Brooks. I doubt they were/are on any type of birth control knowing they want more kids, and Katie's history with infertility/miscarriages.

A fence isn't something that is particularly hard or expensive to add. They said they had landscaping plans.

A fence can be pretty expensive, especially after laying down a large downpayment for a house that cost $640,000. Fences can cost thousands of dollars depending on size and style.

There's been lot's of talk in their comments all on youtube, Instagram, and facebook about them living closer to J&K. Most of it is skepticism and questions. Cullen totally did that to throw people off and make them think they don't live so close to each other.

I don't see how it'd be possible to hide the fact that they live right next to each other, or why they'd want too, so I really doubt that's what's happening.

The end of that livestream...major eyeroll. I don't believe for a second that they would make a pregnancy announcement this way, with obvious hints and whatnot. I took the family tree growing comment to mean something silly like they're getting another pet or just that Kelly and jay will be so close by.

That being said, I would love if they were pregnant! I just don't think they'd announce it this way.

You're definitely not the only one. I muted the last 10 minutes or so of the recording they posted of the live stream. It was just Cullen and Jay looking at comments and cracking each other up. "Oh, hey, look! There's someone from Australia!" "I'm gonna squish your head" "Look at my leg. The hair hasn't grown back yet!" That was when I muted it.
