I really wonder if they had $ saved somehow but since the seller helped them out they didn't need it (the VA loan is 0 down - this is how Tara furnished her house when they moved). So that's the $ they are spending.

Not all VA loans are 0% down, usually the first VA loan is but if you use it more than once they do have you put money down. You just usually get a better interest rate and don’t have to pay PMI.

But I don’t know if they have used it before so I’m not saying they did or didn’t have to put money down.

Nah not usually. I grew up around them and they roam where I am now, they usually won't approach humans.

I just stumbled upon this website while doing a search on Aaryn...specifically just trying to find out what part of Austin she lives in - due to her new 'ranch' lol

I, like many, found Aaryn from being a BB live feeds watcher. I did not like her on BB...but I live in the exact same town she went to high school at. So, her F listed fame interested me. Amy Adams is from this town too - and I follow her (but she is a great actress). I have seen Aaryn in person - at a restaurant, but did not approach her at all. She is not approachable. She never smiled once (she was with mom). She seemed in person, how she seems on IG Her mom lives down the road in the next town over. Same neighborhood as a friend of my daughter's.

Anyway, I digress.

So, I have always followed her and a bunch of other BBers on IG. But never paid a ton of attention to her. Like I have only recently watched some of her YT vids/vlogs/whatever.

Now and then based on whatever she posted - I would respond to her story and mention something about this town. It was always relevant.
Not once did she ever acknowledge what I wrote. It was not trolling. It was not mean. It was actually something that I figured would interest here - like "Hey I live close to where you went to HS and my daughter will be going there too!" "Or have you tried this new place here in CR when you have visited your mom". It all was very innocent.

But I was never kissing her ass. And I guess THAT is what you have to do to get a response or something. I was never praising her or bowing to her greatness (F list celebritiness.) I have other BBers respond to me and some who are quite interactive with their fans. Nicole Franzel always respond to me when I send relevant messages. I have gotten many responses from Elaina, Jessica, Cody...to name a few. (I am originally from Texas too).

Im drawn to her trainwreck self. Like a literal trainwreck, I cannot stop watching.

Anyways.....I could say more - but yall have said a lot of it already

Im married to a vet. We used the VA for our mortgage. It is always 0% down. But you can put $$ down if you want. Lowers the monthly mortgage costs. Also, you can use the VA as many times as you want; however, you can only use it on one home at a time. So if you buy say a vacation home or a 2nd home or a home to flip, etc....you cannot use the VA for that.
Also, every VA limit amount depends on where you live. I live in Colorado (where Arryn lived) and we have a much higher limit than say BFE Idaho.

I just don’t get her ( and all the other social media moms) her latest post sounds like she’s complaining about all it takes to get 3 KIDS out of the house.... but yet she has time to 1) snap a selfie 2)post it... and 3)respond to multiple people asking dumb questions....
Also, if it’s that hard (WITH and assistant) most of the time) then don’t have 3 effing kids and plan for more. She makes herself look so idiotic constantly complaining about a life she created. How about be grateful for all the stuff you have and all the help you have and a husband that supports your ass so you can live this privileged life you so take for granted.

Not defending her but when she was replying to people it was probably as Nick was driving. I agree she shouldn't complain, but I thought her post was funny and it goes back to her trying to sound more relatable and not perfect like these other youtubers do.
