Hi, first time posting here. I’ve been lurking for quite some time but I just have to get this stuff off my chest. I avoid confrontation at all costs, so I’d much rather post here than in her comment section.

I’ve followed her for I want to say close to two years now? (Around the time she took the Ireland trip with her mom and family) From there I have unfollowed and re-followed so many times, but like someone mentioned above, it’s like a train wreck. You can’t look away no matter how awful it gets. But it seems that the “deeper” and more “educated” she tries to get in her posts, the more ignorant and shallow she appears to be. What’s really bothered me and brought me to posting here today is her two most recent Instagram posts.

Let’s start with the one in regards to anxiety. And how people who suffer from anxiety need to just stop “fearing their thoughts”. And maybe I did completely misinterpret the message, and she actually wasn’t talking about “such a hot & touchy subject” anxiety. But as someone who does live with this everyday I would say: no, I shouldn’t just accept the things I’m feeling. Because when I’m not in the thick of my anxiety I can acknowledge that the things I’m stressing, worrying, or obsessing over are not rational thoughts. Those are anxious thoughts. I should not accept them, and doing so would not make me happier. THE POINT BEING, she attempts to speak on heavy subjects that she has nothing other than surface level knowledge in. Hence the disastrous “no bad husbands” and abuse videos.

Then there is her anti-vaccine post today. Yikes. Listen, I am all about doing what’s best for you and your kids. I like to think I’m very open minded and accepting of differing views from mine. However, some of the comments on that post actually make me sick. Saying anyone who is immunocompromised should just die because that’s “natural selection”. My jaw dropped at that one. Haleigh even ‘likes’ these comments. Which to me only means she must agree. But of course as I’m typing this, I look back and all of said comments have been deleted (probably due to the fact that several people were arguing back and forth on them)

Sorry for the wordy post, but in conclusion, I cannot stand this girl. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt so many times. I even attempted to feel sorry for her, because I figured she must have such a low self esteem that she feels she needs to do all of this for attention. She needs validation from strangers on the internet. She craves having nice things and looking the prettiest. She wants to have a “#goalz” marriage and family. And yeah, she’s failing at mostly all of that. But I no longer feel sorry for her. Nor do I find any redeeming qualities in her. Her kids are cute, I guess that’s the only one.

I deal with chronic anxiety as well and have since childhood. I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt in this case and assume that she wasn't talking about chronic anxiety. But the wording of that post was poorly thought out and I can see why others who struggle with chronic anxiety would be offended by it. And you're right, she's been creating a lot of posts lately that are clearly meant to sound motivational and "deep", but they come across as canned and insincere. She's definitely not qualified to be giving advice on the subjects that she's been posting about recently.

What an adventure that family could have had together! My husband and I moved across country with 2 little children many years ago. We made such great memories on that trip! We stayed in hotels along the way, stopped to visit sights, had local food in towns along the way. We still have photos of that trip displayed in our home. It was a fun, magical journey. And a great segway into our new adventure,waitingat the end of our journey. To bad for dumb bitch. She'll NEVER have those types of experiences. EVER!
Time together, as a family, no school or attention stealers, before their upcoming separation. How neat that could have been! Man! What a sad experience and family memory she's missing out on.

I used to send her so many not-found-on-Pinterest articles when she posted anything about vaccines before she made a bunch of people unfollow her during her little hiatus. She’s “#JustAsking” but she’s not listening, apparently.
I’m honestly surprised she isn’t deleting comments that don’t agree with her or are stirring up drama. But at the same time, I’m sure she’ll use it an excuse to make a post or video about it later on.
Also, didn’t she say she wouldn’t be posting her kids or posting about controversial topics? What the hell happened to that? The need for attention and the need to be right all the time was too strong.

Your answers dont fit her agenda. Shes not #justasking. Because if she was searching for answers, she would be reading studies on both sides of the argument. Because that's what people who are searching for answers do.

I was actually thinking the same thing. Not posting personal info, info about kids, controversial topics.

I think she tried doing this at first. then realized no one would watch her stuff. Not that she has gained back much of her following anyway. Going "off the grid" was definitely a mistake if her goal was to be an influencer - which it was. Even though she makes claims to the contrary. She has said several times she wants to be like Al Caraway.

She wants to he a lifestyle influencer - even though she has no lifestyle. They're poor, in debt, and purposely offend other people.

She really seems to think she can get through any situation in life by just deciding to think a certain way? Every new video she does is “I want to speak on this topic because of this podcast I listened to! If you don’t like something in life, just decide to think about it differently!”
That podcast really can’t be that same message over and over and over, but all Haleigh’s videos are that same message over and over and over.
I’d rather watch a makeup tutorial at this point.

Oh fuck me I'm only 19 seconds into this shit show of a video and she says 'I'm basing this on Jody Mores podcast' - that she's been listening to for only a few months maximum. But yeah Haleigh sure you've repaired a life long fucked up relationship (probably fucked up by Haleigh complaining about perfectly fine mashed potatoes!) by listening to a fucking podcast.
