My daughter works at Goodwill and it's still open so far. She works in the back sorting donations and washes her hands a lot. I have a job interview tomorrow that's changed to a video interview. We forgot a couple of things and I have to pick up some prescriptions, so hopefully we can get what we forgot.

I rarely watch vlogs as I can’t tolerate Porky’s pervy laugh and you ladies keep me well updated for which I’m grateful. I’m fast losing patience with their Instagram stories too in regard to the coronavirus. Their blasé attitude is so condescending for those of us for whom it poses a real danger. There is complete hypocrisy with one story they’re claiming they’re making memories and that this is God’s way of having us spend time with our family but in the next story they’re showing and talking about ways to escape the kids when quarantined at home. They encourage the sharing of what you have with others that don’t have enough but in reality that seemed to consist of nothing more than giving Byson’s brother some hand soap. But the one that gets me the most is they keep seeking pats on the back by claiming they’re self quarantining as their “civic duty” in order to protect others yet they’re picking and choosing when they quarantine by still leaving the house and going to shops and the like.

These past few days I’ve done the last of my preparations for total lockdown. On Saturday I literally (yes Trash literally in the true definition of the word) spent 8 continuous hours on both the phone and online to organise a grocery delivery which the customer service rep working with me managed to pull a lot of strings to get me a timeslot for this morning. Even then only two thirds of what I needed and ordered arrived due to lack of stock from people buying up. There was one task that I had no choice but to go to a nearby shopping centre. I had been told by my doctor that I could be in public for a total of 15 minutes provided I wore a mask and disposable gloves, it wasn’t too crowded and that I showered as soon as I got home. So I went on Sunday. It was a horrible experience because of my obvious lung issues and the precautions I had to take. I got a lot of dirty looks. I got comments made between people deliberately loud enough for me to hear. I got abused by a man for being out in public and putting others at risk. I tried to explain the precautions were for my own protection but he was so irrationally angry that nothing I said was sinking in. I got a dressing down from a woman who told me that I was overreacting wearing a mask and gloves in public and when I tried explaining why she told me she had breast cancer a few years ago and she wasn’t taking precautions and that I was “pathetic” for doing so. I completed the task I was there for and was fighting back tears as I walked to the exit. But before I reached it I got stopped by security. The reason - they asked me to leave the shopping centre because they’d had multiple complaints that I was displaying respiratory symptoms and wearing a mask and it was causing alarm and panic amongst customers. I explained my health conditions to them, emphasised that the precautions were for my benefit and that others were far more of a risk to me than I was to them. I went on to tell them I’d done what I needed to do and was actually leaving. One of the security guards accompanied me. I don’t know if that was for my protection or to ensure I did leave but either way I felt conspicuous and embarrassed as people watched me essentially being escorted out of the shopping centre by security.

When you pile on top of all of that cracked ribs on each side so I can’t move or even take a breath without wincing in pain I reached my breaking point and have been in tears for most of the day. Meanwhile the Greedners in their bubble don’t have a darn clue or give a crap as to just how serious the situation is for not just me but many of our SISsies here and/or members of their families. For the Greedners it’s purely a PR opportunity to paint a false picture to present to the next company that they go to begging for freebies.

Oh, Rabbit. I am so sorry. People can be so ugly. And yet, they can also be wonderful. I have a friend who accidentally (really-- it was an accident) ordered too much TP and he took the extra to his mom's senior living apartments and put them out with a sign saying to take one, and offered to shop for anyone who can't get out. I hate that my nursing license isn't active. I want so badly to help
I'm sorry you were exposed to the ugly side and not the amazing compassionate side that I know exists. And then to see the way these bozos are acting must be like a slap in the face.

Self quarantined, but the nanny can come and go, potentially bringing in sickness. They are as dumb as a pile of rocks. We are in quarantine, in California. Both daughters and I are home, not leaving and no visitors. I'm immunocompromised. Hubby has to still leave for work, he's a first responder. He takes precautions when he gets home. Change of clothes, showers....these idiots have no business. Hod forbid they get sick and pass it to the grandparents. They are in risk due to their age. How much you want to bet at sometime during their "quarantine " the grandparents on either side make an appearance? Or these asshole get tire of being home and go out somewhere. We all know fatass tylard needs his fizz drink.

NARN is letting the cats have LEGO time... great! I love LEGO and the learning that goes on. However one of the cats is sitting/standing on the table while the others sit in a chair. It would take literally 2 seconds to say “no ma’am, we sit on chairs”.
Next slide, she’s rambling about those dumb activity cards.. and the cats keep putting their hands in the screen. Again, 2 seconds “please keep your hands down, that’s not polite”

They always preach “whatever’s easiest”, but they aren’t doing anything easy! It is super easy to gently correct a child, but since they’ve let them run feral they definitely have work cut out for them should they ever decide to actually be parents.

I don’t understand them quarantining themselves, yet NARN comes over from her house each day to get the girls up and ready for the day?!? They go to the supermarket still?!?

Then goes home again and infects her flatmate, the person pumping her gas (shes gonna need gas to get from home to work), when she gets her own groceries.

Come on Gardners, have her move in already! I’m sure she wouldn’t mind sharing the spare room with TubbyTyson! For the greater good, move her in fulltime.



In New Zealand we are preparing to be quarantined for 14 days. My kids school is seriously considering closure, information went home today about the access to internet at home and devices should “home schooling” become necessary. Sadly there will be many families who do not have access to internet or reliable data/devices to complete schooling.

I completed my “stock” today. I have enough food for probably a month or more for my family of 5, plus four animals. I’m hopeful that we wont end up in strict quarantine, but 100% prepared should it happen. I have a work meeting in the morning to discuss our business (medical field). Some major changes are coming.

Then some bloody idiot was tested in australia, didnt get his results and then he flew to new zealand - shopped and ate out and then found out he was POSITIVE!!! Seriously some people are bloody stupid.

I live in Southern Ontario, Canada. The schools were to be closed this week for March break anyway, and the province has closed them for two weeks after. Many people including my husband are working from home. Yesterday when we were at the library it was crowded: today it has closed until April 5. Our region has only 8 cases of Covid19, but that is up from 4 last week, and from 1 three weeks ago. There has been some panic buying, but I hope that will settle down as the govt has promised that grocery stores and pharmacies will remain supplied and open.

Canadians abroad have been warned to come home while they can, and to self-isolate for 14 days when they get here. Our Prime Minister's wife has the virus, and he is self-isolating as a result (she is not too sick: headache like a bad cold, he said). Not sure when his 14 days will start since he is living with her and she will have to test negative.

How is it where you are?

(This is off-topic, I know, but I liked hearing from Haulnarse how things are in NZ and thought others might want to compare notes. If not, scroll on by!)

Everything is pretty much just as normal here. Just extra hand washing and personal hygiene being enforced at schools. Some large events have been cancelled or postponed. That’s it really.

They both "work from home" so no change there.

The couch is still there for Porky Perv to sloth about on and the internet still works so he can chat to his underage fans. Trash can hide away in her office staring at herself making fish lips in the mirror.

NARN sleeps over (which she does sometimes anyway) so the cats are taken care of.

Swap daily eating out for Uber Eats and Dominos delivery and they are set.

Oh Rabbit, I’m so very sorry this happened to you and you were treated that way. People can be such assholes. If I was with you or saw people treating someone like that, I would have given them a piece of my mind. To put it bluntly, fuck all those people. I wish you lived by me. I would come take care of you and get you whatever you needed. Please take care of yourself my friend. You are in my thoughts and prayers as are all of my SISsies who are struggling and going through tough times and for everyone who is being impacted by what’s going on in our world right now.
