And they’re all HER friends. He has none. Well, just Gabe because she’ll allow that. I hope he one day wakes up and sees how controlling she is. Hell, maybe he knows and is resentful. He certainly does not seem happy.

Since Mimi supposedly will be a "guest" going forward why wouldn't they give the suite to guests. Then the guest has their own bathroom as well (I think).

Seriously, where has Mimi been? She been absent since move in day. I haven't even spotted her in the background.

And she hasn't went camping with them when Mimi is the camper in the family. Weird. Unless she's off taking care of Grammy but you know Jess would talk about that because she loves sympathy.

So Mimi & Poppys room can sit empty but not ok for T & C room to be just theirs. Makes sense. Typical. At least they have beds now, just have to share with who knows. Gross.

This. I have no problem with people staying in their room when T&C are not there. What I have a problem with, is she actively favorites her own kids over her step kids, VERY noticeably may I add, over and over again.

T&C aren’t first on the ladder, not even second or third. They are always an afterthought in that household. In the first house Chris and Mess bought, there wasn’t a room for them and they were shoved somewhere. Now they bought a new house, had every opportunity to perfectly fit it towards their needs, and still they can’t call a room their own. I figure their thought process was something like this: “Oh the master bedroom upstairs needs a huge bathroom (we don’t use it that much but who cares) and a big walk in closet”. “Oh yes my kids need a place to hang out so let’s add the loft upstairs!”. “I want my mother to move in so she can babysit and clean, so I want a suite downstairs”. “Since we’re moving so far, friends need a place to crash, so that room downstairs is perfect for that”. “What are we forgetting? Oh that’s right, your sons need a place to crash. Let’s just put them downstairs in the guest room. They aren’t here that much anyways”.

I feel so bad for T&C, not even their own father putting them first in that household.

I agree, my issue isn't that it's doubling as a guest room my issue is that it's being decorated as a guest room. If I were in her place I would likely use that space as a guest lodging when they weren't there--because, well, beds. But I'd tell my guests "This is my preteen stepson's room, deal with their decorations."

I suspect after living w them for awhile in Modesto,they were glad to finally have their own space away from the crowd n noise at JesssHouse.Jesss said they bought into a 55+ area,so I bet they are enjoying the peace n quiet there.Or maybe extended camping somewhere.They didn't even go camping w jesssssfam so I bet they felt they really needed a break.
And all that,despite jessss saying they loveddd living together! LOL.I think mimi n glenn see it as more of an occasional guest suite,rather than their main residence

Exactly, all i could think of watching that was my 60 year old mom's beach bathroom! All that decor on the dresser, what kid or teenager would want that?! And I'm pretty sure those weren't the LED lights they had in mind. I'm sure they wanted the colorful strips of LED lights that are popular right now to put behind the tv or line the door frame, etc.. not clear lights balled up in grandmas basket of seashells!

Exactly. Caden didn’t like it all. He was obviously crying and upset about something, since he was wiping his face a lot. They weren’t happy tears because Mess would make sure to get that into the vlog. She also cut near the end when Chris was about to console Caden after they revealed the xbox. Something was definitely up.

I get that it’s doubling as a guest room.
But if that’s Messsss’s thinking that it needs to look like one. Why did Mimi and Poppy live with easily removable dinosaur stickers on the wall and all of Landen’s stuff for months.

The only redeeming part in that video was that Scooby realised Caden was upset and reassured him. The best part was when he stopped Kaden going in before the boys. He at least seems to be picking up his parenting game a tiny bit.
Don’t get me wrong, he hasn’t dramatically changed but I’m noticing little things that he’s improving on.

She should have done a video game theme. I've seen a lot better ones than what she did with that beach theme. I think the beds bother me as well. She could have done 2 full beds and for guests it would have been plenty, what guest needs a king bed? The boys finally have beds but only because they double for guests. Its just sad. Those boys are an after thought for her, she needs to stop with the mom of 7 because she doesn't care about T & C at all. But then this is someone that bought a 10 year old Chutes & Ladders.

I have a 10 and 8 year old boys who share a room and we gave up on “themes” the both have bed spreads they love one is DJ marshmallow and one is a Skelton gamer. Their furniture is the same color but their room is their space for their individuality so I don’t give it a theme. My 13 year old is the same way her bedspread is gravity and the colors she likes are bold but again not a specific theme. Idk why do people need to have this sense to decorate a entire house room to room? My kids know their rooms are their space! Caden and Tommy visibly were not excited for this space.

I don't think T & C went home. They've never had them the whole summer, it just is another lie Jess tells to make it sound like they have them more than they really do.

That one year she tried to say it was because their sister was born (end of July) but then they didn't come back until labor day weekend. Then last year it was end of July they left. I don't think she's been there since they first moved in. Someone said they bought a home in a 55+ community (can grandkids visit/spend the night there cause some have rules against that). I assume she is getting ready for her school to open but what happened to being there on weekends? Lol!

Idk if they can visit or not.I'm sure they won't allow kids out running around screaming;that's kinda the whole point of it being 55+.lol
Jesss said it was a mobile home park,so they prob. have a small living space n may not have room for them to spend the night. At least not comfortably or for very long.
Maybe that was the whole point of downsizing anyway
