I am one of those that believes this isn't going anywhere, I also think numbers (false positives, etc aren't convincing me otherwise) but I won't make it political.

What does bother me about Jess is she NEVER took it serious when everyone was trying to social distance, she was having family and friends over. When people were out of jobs, her biggest issue was that she had to parent her kids and did so by getting a bounce house aggravating the neighbor. When that didn't go her way she cried about how unfair it was when others were just trying to put food on the table. Jess refuses to see how blessed she truly is. And then her complaint about how hard homeschool is but then gets these kind of opportunities for her and her kids with 2 stay at home parents just rubs me the wrong way.

The airports would probably scare me more, but at the parks at least you can spread out.

What also irritates me is how much she whined and whined that DL was closed, when again there are so many other problems going on in this world. She got Disney's attention though and is rewarded for her whiney, entitled and bratty behavior.

Girl! Calm down! That ish isn’t going away. We’re all going to be exposed. Jess wasting her money on yet another brag worthy Disney trip isn’t going to put you at risk. You wear a mask don’t you? There’s plenty of things we can complain about regarding that family. The simple fact they go to Disney ever time the time changes can be one of them. Don’t be dramatic about COVID. Flying IS SAFE! Her Tahoe trip was more of a risk.

200,000 people are dead in the U.S. alone but calm down

Look, this thing is here for the long haul and we can’t live our lives like complete hermits. That’s just the reality of it all. We can branch out a bit while still take precautions, like, say, going to a pumpkin patch or even dining on a restaurant’s patio.

Getting on a plane and going to a theme park is totally irresponsible. Disney doesn’t fill any needs. It’s not even providing her with any type of socialization she wouldn’t get in a more controlled setting. If she so DESPERATELY needed to go to Disney, that’s a problem.

It’s a pandemic. I’d say small risks are worth taking to make it livable. But we are all going to have to sacrifice and if Jess can’t even give up Disney for a year, maybe two, that’s bad.

Of course Sunkissed stalker commented that it's probably the best time in life to go to disney. Um, no. Sure it may not be crowded, but we're in a freakin pandemic and it's going to be very different than it typically would be. I think I read no parades, no character meet and greets and stuff like that? They won't even get the full experience and Jesss is into that stuff.

Exactly. The level of selfishness and brain washing is just amazing. The northern hemisphere winter is going to be an unprecedented disaster and the wave of Parkinson's disease that will follow in 5 years might be even worse. She is absolutely stupid to go and Disney is officially one of the worst companies that has ever existed.

I love Disney/always defend them but I think it’s gross and irresponsible to be paying youtubers to come to Disney and brag about it to literally try and influence people to come to the park.

I’m torn because I get it, it’s a company that’s losing money...but Disney has so many senior cast members it scares me for them

I completely I agree with you but I think everyone saying 'i get it, it's a company that's losing money' is part of the reason we are in this mess. In my opinion a company's revenue is never going to be as important as human lives. Allowing billion dollar companies to say 'waaah were losing money' and reopen is allowing them to endanger the lives of their employees, the people who visit, and everyone they could take the virus home to. There's NO justification for that. I feel so bad for small businesses that are in a shitty situation but companies like disney who could take the loss a million times over can kiss my ass, it's just greed.

I'm not at all surprised by Jesss' behavior. She's always been immature and selfish and only cares about herself and what makes her happy in the moment. This is typical Jesss behavior.

The virus isn't going anywhere but people flocking to beaches and Disney or having gatherings which become events with a lot of COVID cases is stupid and dangerous and no amount of downplaying it will change that.

Once again, I’ll never understand the Disney hate on these threads. Hate the people who act this way but we’re not all like them. I love Disney but haven’t been to a park in maybe 10 years (because expensive and no one to go with.) I was actually supposed to go the week that everything shut down. Finally had convinced my husband for only the second time in our 12 years together (the first was at the very beginning.)
